We were just at those store. The employee gave every reason why he may not be able to install a light bulb. Then eventually said he couldn't. He gave me the impression that he had no desire to help me. He did not make me feel like a valued customer.

I was overwhelmed by how many brands of 5W-20 engine oil there were and the employees were super helpful in choosing one that they recommend for me, without it being the higher-cost options. He also gave me a future product suggestion if I continue to experience oil leaks.

Great experience here! Bought two filters for my Honda and the manager offered to install the engine air filter on the spot. Highly recommend!

Great store, great selection, thousands of in stock items. Staff were friendly, personable and went above and beyond. Without hesitation, the store manager installed my new wiper blades.We ll definitely be back

Service was good. However, I obviously didn't know how to put the fix-a-flat in my tire and they could have offered to help me.I didn't successfully use the product bought (green slim).

I was at the Auto Zone location in Harmarville and the Manager John and the worker Joseph are two of the absolute nicest people, they were kind, courteous and respectful. They were so helpful with the checking and replacing of my battery, they spent a lot of time with the issue that I had and were very patient. I highly recommend this location.Donna

I went to auto zone to get a new set of windshield wipers and headlights. The manager was polite, professional and was quickly able to get me what I needed and even installed both the wipers and the lights for me. I was in and out of there in about 10 minutes with everything I needed and without having to go home and try to take a much longer time to do it myself. Great service

I stopped in when my battery light came on, only to find out that a belt had broken. The store employees went above and beyond to make sure I made it home safely. Definitely the best group of guys! Thanks again!

The Personnel were very helpful and listen to my needs. I would recommend AutoZone to my friends. I was in the parts and service industry in car dealerships for 40 years and it was very nice to see people who showed a true concern for what you were trying to do. They also showed me other parts and gaskets I would need to complete the job successfully. Job well done

I always go to this place because the employees there are super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Erik, who willingly helped me with changing a car battery twice in the miserable 90 degree heat. I felt bad, but not once did he complain, he was very patient and super nice. Great customer service!

Eric was very helpful. Was having some starting issues. Ended up needing a batrrey, kind of what I thought. They had them in stock and he changed it out in no time at all. Friendly service, knowledgeable. Definitely use them again and recommend them any time. They are are Soo much better than the competitor next door.Go to AutoZone

D Gabe went above and beyond to help me. I needed a particular tool for a project non auto related. He went above and beyond asking me about my project and giving me advice and great tips to finish my project. I ve had good customer service at Autozone, but this was great. Thanks Gabe.

Never been so frustrated went to get a head light replaced. Paid for everything asked for help getting it in. Someone came out removed a few bolts went back inside for a few custormers.. Never to come back out i waited there and tried myself for over a hour.

It was freezing, snowing, and windy but Jonathan helped me anyway in replacing both headlamps in my Honda Oddysey. He was pleasant & said he was happy to help me. That's above & beyond what his job calls for and because of it I'll go there from now when I need something they've got.

This Harmarville location was able to change my headlight bulb on the spot. Ford E350 van surely saved me a ticket. It was even raining. Excellent service gave him a good tip don't be cheap.

They were not knowledgeable about a simple bulb, I went in 3 different times looking for a replacement bulb for my Subaru wrx and all 3 times they gave me the incorrect one. I gave up and went somewhere else after the 3rd time.

I went in for new wipers after the ice storm destroyed mine, I was the only customer in the store. They looked up the size and had them on my car in less than 5 minutes.

James Young helped me out as a box store s tire place wouldn t put tires on my 1977 car without me replacing 4 locking lug nuts I had. Had to go there 3 times all three times he was knowledgeable and determined to help me fix my problem. I went to the AutoZone closer to my home and a young girl wouldn t let me explain to her where James found these lug nuts. So I just said forget it and went back down to the Harmar store to see James.

Car's electric key was running low on its battery, and it took 5 minutes at the maximum to get in and out of there to get a replacement.Very quick and friendly staff.
