Super friendly, informative, and non-condescending to those of us who know nothing about cars. The manager went out of his way to help us, and the attendant was incredibly nice.

I normally come in there the customer service is great but today YALL DIDNT LISTEN ONE BIT. I asked for ORANGE COLLANT YOU GIVE ME YELLOW! I can t use that. The year of my car needs a certain color. ORANGE NOT YELLOW OR GREEN.

Awesome customer service!!! I needed to replace my burned out brake lightbulb and Michael Reed helped me. He was super nice and he even replaced the bulb for me. The best part was that he showed me how to do it myself for any future burnouts. All of that on an early Monday morning. That's definitely going above and beyond. Thank you Auto Zone and Michael for always providing top notch customer service!!!!

My car has 289.000 miles so I m familiar with various auto part stores in the north hills area. This store by far has the best customer service. Highly recommend.

autozone is autozone its just fine. this 1 star Is for your manager on duty today. "really, you a red shirt is going to tell me, a Grey shirt, what to do?" super disrespectful towards the staff. customers notice that stuff. either Mustache doest deserve his Grey shirt. or his higher ups need to spend more time on proper training and/or have better decision making regarding who they promote.

Anytime I shop here I receive some of best service. Today it just my head lights but even so GM Michael is a gentleman and a true professional. Part of the big reason I continue to shop at this location.

Great customer service by JoEl. He listened to my problem and set about finding the hardware I needed (which the competitor chain first didn t even provide, then gave me the wrong item); JoEl never treated my questions as minor or acted like I was interrupting his day and wanted to make sure I got what I needed. I will be a return customer to this AutoZone store all because of his good service.

Went to get freon for my girlfriend's car. The counter person was very helpful. He took me to the kiosk that had what I needed. He also pointed out the pricing differences between various brands. I ended up buying the Autozone brand of freon which was about 50+% less than the next product. I highly recommend this store

Went to this store today. Bought something for my truck wasnt sure if it was correct. Once out in the parking lot realized it was wrong. Worker was trying to refuse my return. Even though I never even left the parking lot. Employee lady was extremely rude and had major attitude for absolutely no reason. Absolutely the worst experience im an auto parts store ever. Management needs to have a chat about how their employees conduct themselves.

Needed to get some parts and random items for a repair and Sadie was super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I didn't feel rushed or like I was interrupting her from doing something more important. She got me sorted out and on my way quicker than I had anticipated.

My name is James Guardino and I am the owner of James Deans Autoworks on Jacks Run Road. I called, ordered a part and was told they had it. I had to keep calling over and over again to see where my part was, and they kept promising it was on the way. 4 hours went by and still nothing. So I called to talk to the manager, who is Kris. She refused to talk to me and sent one of her other employees to talk to me. I unfortunately never caught his name, but he was rude and blunt as ever telling me they didnt feel like looking for the part they kept promising me was on the way. Why lie about it? The sad part of it is, it was a simple wire connector. I ordered from them religiously EVERY SINGLE DAY. Yet I was still treated as if I was nothing. They have no idea how to treat their business customers. If you order parts from them to have delivered, good luck.

Went to get Oil for my 2017 Hyundai Santa fe had an oil change 6 weeks ago, it needed 4 quarts of oil today. 3 staff on this morning no waiting. Recieved what I needed in a timely manner. I usually go here for service when I am in this area.

I was in need of a battery at 7pm last night . I called this store asking if I could possibly get a new battery installed in my car they told me to bring it over. After being turned down at two stores these guys were so helpful. I didnt notice the workers names but they had me in and out in no time. Great customer service guys.thank you so much for your help

I went there 3� in the last week and everyday was dealing with a new person that didn't know anything or there trying to treat me in a negative way cause I'm a female. What they don't know is, I know more than they do. Lol. This is why I shop online.

Very helpful employees who always assist me in putting burnt out fuses in my vehicle. Even asked if I wanted to return a product I'd just bought but now didn't need. Another employee dealt patiently with someone screaming obscenities over the phone at her.

Want to go ahead and say that I love coming here to get smaller hearts for the car and also like to come in and just browse and pick up some cleaning products another reason is the main reason why come here is because of the employees. He is always helpful always kind and courteous one of the best

I had the best experience in this store. I ve gone to other stores and they weren t always helpful, but revived great service from the manager, Rich Campbell. It s clear he cares about his store. It was clean, employees were respectful and helpful!

Terrible phone experience. I called on behalf of my frustrated grandfather who had been working on my car for 3 hours early in the morning. He needed a tool but could not remember the name of it. I tried to explain what the tool was used for to the young man on the phone and he acted like every word out of my mouth was nonsense. Then when I was speaking to my grandfather to try and get clarification for the young man, he hung up on me. This store is closest to my house but I would rather drive to the McKnight store where I have had good experiences.

Employee was rude, and then lied to me that they're not helping customers put in batteries due to COVID - which would have left me stranded at work had I not called a friend to help me install it. Then he tried to pass on business to the Monroe place next door to replace a battery (which he was too lazy to do). There were ZERO complications with my battery (it was not under the computer system or anywhere else for a 2015 Infiniti QX80). I called two other local AutoZone stores who said it wouldn't have been a problem. Now I ALSO need to return the battery for a refund because my original one was only 2 years old and still under warranty. LIED TO, AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. COMPLETELY UNETHICAL. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION WHEN SO MANY OTHERS ARE HANDLING CUSTOMERS WELL AND PROPERLY. AVOID!!! I've also reported this location to corporate.As an update - the ownership contacted me, made things right, and was going to handle this with his team.

I had purchased a new battery a few hours before, but didn t have my car with me because, well my car was dead. I returned later with my jumped car and battery expecting them to be able to replace my new battery (I can do it myself but didn t have the tools with me). The man looked at me in the eyes and said We do not have a garage, we do not do that. SINCE WHEN DO YOU NEED A GARAGE TO CHANGE A BATTERY???? Give me the tools and I will do it myself. Go to McKnight road instead (where I purchased the battery). Better service and, believe it or not, will change your battery without a garage.
