Honestly, most Autopart store employees aren't car people and don't know much about cars. However I took a late night trip to get some brake hardware and am happy to report that Justin really does know his stuff. This is a super rare occurrence, and really appreciate there's someone that doesn't look at me like I have 3 heads when I start using "the lingo".

The employee "Shawna Prunty" is my mother and she works on her car in our back yard. shes great at what she does. She's also a great worker she will clean our house in less then a day, spotless, she's great. Auto zone is lucky to have her!!

Shauna at the Forrest hills store was a great help anytime I m in store she got my rewards points straight she goes above and beyond helping me with parts and tools she s definitely an asset to the store she knows her stuff for real

Shawna P. and Jesse at autozone are really awesome. They went above and beyond to help me. Their customer service and work ethic is resilient. These two really deserve a raise. Work ethic is amazing. Ask for them at autozone so worth the while. Thank you so much Jesse and Shawna for all the help. Truly a satisfied customer.

AutoZone their employees really help me a bunch of great guys to work in there. They may not know their stuff 100% but they get me what I need the best of their ability or they lay me in to right directions. But everybody else might have a different experience when they visit them. Yes, she's my opinion

i had to 2 stops at this AZ in the last 2 weeks. each time..erghhh cant remember his name.....seemed like a manager...helped me out with a few different products each time. i bought a wrong item and they exchanged it no problem. very appreciative of their help

The employees are honest, knowledgeable and incredibly nice. Not once have I ever been condescended like other parts stores. The manager went out of her way to help me take care of a problem with my parents' car. She was so kind and compassionate.

Stopped in to ask if they could put a battery in my car key thingy. The fellow said he could do that. With the patience of Job he not only changed the one he did the other one. If you want GREAT service go to the Auto Zone in Forest Hills. The guys are the best!!!

I ve been here several times over the years and can t recall ever having a bad visit. The employees here are always helpful but a recent visit really stood out for me.I stopped by because the headlights on my car burned out for the third time or so in a year. On his suggestion, Jonathan went out to my car and made sure I got the right bulbs (I got the high and low beam bulbs mixed up and would have bought the wrong ones). I told Jonathan I could put them in myself but he insisting on coming out to my car a second time and installing them for me. Things like that will keep me coming back to this location over stores.He s been there during previous visits as well and he s always been courteous and very attentive.

Have been here a handful of times for miscellaneous parts �mostly headlights and batteries, and to get assistance with battery testing. 3 out of 4 times, I had excellent service �even above and beyond in a couple of cases. The fourth I hope was an anomaly but a woman who worked there was extremely rude and unhelpful to me. But again, every other time was good, and the prices fair, so I'll be back.

The staff was very helpful and saved me almost $50! Pep Boys wanted to charge me $27.99 for light bulbs and another $42.99 to put them in and the guys at Auto Zone out then in for free and they only cost me $18.69! Great customer service

North Versailles auto zone was wonderful. Marshall the manager helped me out so much and especially on the day of homecoming. I needed a new battery which I still had a warranty on and he put it in my truck. I highly recommend him. Thank you Marshall!!!

I was told by the AAA roadside tech that I needed a new tie down part for my battery that he installed because it was rusted. So I went down the street to Auto Zone and took the rusted pieces in and asked where I could get a new one. The manager Drew Davis told me that he could use the same parts and he did help me to tie the battery down all while assisting other customers. I buy all of my auto parts there and I felt he went above and beyond to help me save some money and show me how to tie down and reinstall the battery. Thank you Drew! Excellent customer service at this store!

Kedrin D., and the rest of the staff at my preferred Auto Zone are always helpful. I m always greeted with a hello, how may I help you? I always leave with what I m looking for or more! Kedrin helped me out a lot today answered all my questions and made my day with ease well mannered and knowledgeable couldn t ask a question he didn t have the answer for auto zone is lucky to have him. Had to make a emergency stop @ Auto Zone on Ardmore Blvd the red head man help me change my head light & check my oil with out taking a tip. I ask hem he's name but I can't spell it what a unique name.Good Man! Need more of them!
