This was my 1st time getting a big job done and they exceeded my expectations. I wasn t aware that in order for my install to be completed, they had to do some modifications. Very pleased with the outcome & will return for future custom work for my vehicle.

What more could you ask for?? The gentlemen were polite, very knowledgeable, handled other customers along with myself with GREAT care. They treated our vehicles as if they were there own. I will definitely be bringing my car here for any future needs! I stopped here after being told by another service center that my check engine light had a transmission code that needed looked at prior to passing inspection. I got there to drop my car off, but they asked if I had time to let them check it now. They did so very quickly and came back in to explain to me what was wrong. Turns out I had no transmission code, I just needed a factory gas cap (my gas cap was replaced by the place I came from but wasn t the right one and was still causing a leak and my light to be on) I replaced my gas cap, my light went off and my car passed inspection! Everyone was super nice and explained things well to me. They even gave me some advice for what to do with my car in the future and what kind of cars to look at when looking for a new one (my car has had issues so this is probably the last inspection I m gonna have for it). I would recommend going here for your car needs! :)

Brought my truck in for an odd sound. They diagnosed the problem and called me to explain exactly what the problem was. The price was right and they had it done that same day. Everyone is looking for a mechanic you can trust. These guys are them.

Read reviews at Autoworx Robinson they had a lot of great reviews. So I took my vehicle there for a transmission. Chris and the team were very helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. Chris kept me informed constantly and handled the entire process professionally. Thank you.

These guys know their stuff! I had an aftermarket clutch and flywheel installed on my Honda Civic Si a few weeks ago. Chris was not only confident but also eager to work on the vehicle.When other shops straight up denied to install the clutch parts for me, Chris and the rest of the crew at this AAMCO location completed the job accurately and finished within 5 hours on a job that could easily take 8 hours or more to install.I've been driving on the new parts for a few weeks now and they feel great! I also want to point out that I enjoyed the conversations about cars we shared while I paid in the lobby, great guys all around. A+ service! From one car guy to all of the others at AAMCO, much love!

Chris explains every detail of what he does to my car. I got the oil changed my tires rotated and even my car inspected a month early! I will always trust them with my car!

Wonderful service place. Didn t know them at all. My daughter s car gave up in In Pittsburgh where we went for her graduation. We towed the car to this shop after hours and they took care of the car their next working day. We just communicated with them over the phone and they were fabulous. It seemed as if they had known us for a long time. It diagnosed the car and told us everything that was wrong with its transmission.

AAMCO of Pittsburgh, on Steubenville Pike in Robinson Township, PA replaced the transmission and worked on the engine of my 2008 Jeep Commander, this past week. Their service was amazing and highly professional. Representative Matt is the best ! He explained everything and was extremely helpful. This AAMCO location is very trustworthy. They never recommended unnecessary repairs like many Car Dealerships do. Also, their Work Quotations were the most affordable and the final Invoice Total was actually lower than the original quote. I have been dealing with countless car repair and dealer service shops for 50 years, and this Automobile Service Center is the best I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I will definitely use AAMCO of Pittsburgh in Robinson Township, PA again in the near future.Services: Engine repair, Transmission repair

I needed to have my car pass a state inspection and emissions test as I'm transferring my car from VA to PA and while I originally chose this AAMCO location because it's within 4 minutes of my house, the service I received here was PHENOMENAL and I will most certainly go back to these guys. The two men I interacted with were incredibly friendly, very knowledgable and accommodating, and made the whole process incredibly easy and enjoyable.Not only should the time dedicated to post this positive review be a testament to how worthy these guys' service was, but I am also writing a direct review to AAMCO to applaud their service.

Needed A Valve Body Replacement. They are very responsive. Reasonably priced. Very professional. I would recommend these guys to anybody. I will definitely take my car there again I'm the future.

Was having some transmission troubles with my gti and these guys were super awesome getting it in and done fast! They put a new clutch in for me as well and it s feeling great! Another note worthy point is that they were eager to do the work on the car where pretty much any of the shops I had called prior were either rude or flat out turned me down all with their own excuses. They re a bit of a drive for me as I am in plum and I hate going through the tunnels when I don t have to, but I would 100% take my car back to them if need be they re great. And Kenny I m told is who did the work so good job Kenny you re awesome!

Finding a reliable auto repair shop is a rare gem these days, given the prevalence of dubious mechanics. Many places may suggest unnecessary part replacements, overcharge for essential components, and still fail to address the actual problem. However, my experience with AMCO stood out, thanks to their exceptional commitment to resolving issues.The management, particularly individuals named Steve and Chris (sorry one of the names may be different), went above and beyond to assist me with my brake and vehicle problems. Their profound knowledge was evident as they explained the issues thoroughly and outlined the necessary parts for the repairs. Prior to discovering AMCO, I had consulted the Ford dealership, which recommended an expensive replacement of the HCU/ABS module. The rationale behind their suggestion seemed dubious. Another shop claimed the issue was related to the hybrid system, not a mechanical fault. The conflicting diagnoses left me perplexed about how to address the ongoing regen brake failure problem.Initially, I approached AMCO solely for a wheel bearing issues, but I briefly mentioned the brake problem to managers Steve and Chris. Intrigued, I wanted to see if their perspective aligned with other shops. Amidst varying recommendations from three different establishments, AMCO was the only one that provided a coherent and sensible solution to fix the issue. Based on the compelling explanations from Steve and Chris proved to be the right decision. A month after the wheel bearing and brake repairs, the issues have been completely resolved. The regen brake failure, harder to brake, and warning lights that plagued my vehicle are now a thing of the past.Having spent considerable time and resources at other shops for brake diagnostics, I am relieved to have finally found a trustworthy solution. Contrary to the Ford dealership's insistence on a faulty HCU/ABS unit, which was wrong the unit was workly correctly. The problem was effectively addressed by the skilled technicians at AMCO. In retrospect, it's evident that these technicians excel at working on Ford vehicles, surpassing the expertise of the dealership itself.

Well some time ago I remember having Aamco rebuild a transmission for me in my 2004 Dodge Stratus and now they fixed my 2008 Ford Fusion. Seems to be good work. It's no longer leaking. I did have a pleasant experience and all went smoothly.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

You are so overpricing your customers. Along with telling them they need things when they don't just to get more cash from them. You are a horrible businessI didn't have service. But 3 of my friends have and each one was crazy expensive for parts and labor and one you said needed all these things done and 1 thingneeded done that would have costed maybe $1

I had reocurring issues with a check light for my car. Had work done at multiple different shops only to have the same issues appear over and over again. One day I came across AAMCO online and was able to call them and schedule an appointment in the same week. They provided details with images about the concerns they found with prices before working on the car. Ended up clearing the code while fixing another problem. They were friendly, fast and efficient, I plan on bringing my car back if I ever have an issue!Services: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system repair

I am so grateful for the staff here. I came in expecting the worst news, or to be nickeled and dimed like all the other shops. Instead, Chris took me to my car to explain the issues in detail. He went over the recommended work and the absolutely necessary work, and the labor that would be involved. When I paid for the repairs, I knew exactly what I was paying for and I felt so at ease. Then they checked in a couple days later! 5 stars guys! You earned it!
