I just recently had 2 of our cars shipped from Pittsburgh to South Florida.We've been doing this for 6 years and have had various experiences,most of them poor. I was pleasantly surprised in my dealings with Autoland.I found them to be very professional from start to finish.The owner (Ghena) was very responsive when called, and when my plans abruptly changed, he was able to manipulate his schedule and accommodate me. I would highly recommend them .

Ghena delivered as expected and more!!!We ran into some last minute logistical nightmares with another shipper, not named, so we reached out to Ghena and the crew at AOP Auto Shipping. Let me just say, it should have been my first choice. Not only did my vehicle arrive on time, there were no issues what so ever and the feeling of knowing that your vehicle is in top notch hands definitely provides a much needed breather. They turned a nightmare into a lifesaving moment!I will gladly ship with AOP next time the need arrives. Thank you guys!

Don't bother calling these idiots. Nobody answers the Sales line, it just goes to voicemail. Then if you call back and try pressing 3 for Customer Service you end up talking to the Owner who is no help either. I had asked about a specific vehicle and he took my number to call me back about it. Stated he would call me back in 5 minutes. After waiting for a call for 3 hours, I call again. My call gets rejected with a text saying I will be called in 5-10 minutes. Here it is almost a week later and I feel like Phoebe on Friends waiting for Customer Service to answer her call.

If you are looking for a new or used car, this is the place to go. I got a new Explorer and traded my old car for a fantastic price and great customer service. The owner even helped the transportation between two states. Top notch service.

I noticed a car that was perfect for what we were looking for. Living in Cleveland, I wanted to see a few pics first and asked if they could be uploaded. After calling about 5 times (feeling weird and rather desperate having to do so) over 2 weeks waiting for the car to be ready to look at or see pictures, I took their word that they would call me when the car was ready. We followed up 2 days ago to find out that they had taken a deposit on the car. My wife was told they had tried to reach me 3 times - I checked my phone, no calls, no voice mails. Very, very frustrating. It seemed like I had to sell them, not the other way around - I wanted to give them money. Sheesh.

Don't talk to these people. They won't leave me alone. I messaged them about a vehicle they had on Craigslist and now they won't leave me alone.

If you need vehicle shipping or sales this is the place to go...very fast process easy and affordable.
