Had my windows tinted on my work truck a week ago. Didn t drive the truck for a week then rolled the windows down the last couple days because it s nice out and the passenger window started to peel up from the bottom corner. I ve never had that happen ever from any place I ve got my windows tinted.

I had my windows tinted and a subwoofer and amp installed. Tint work is beautiful and the system sounds amazing! The guys there know what they are doing & the hospitality there is amazing! Will be returning for all the work in the future!

Never had any work done, but I wanted to. I stopped by as soon as I bought my Forte to see if they can help me wrap it and give it some flair but they acted like I had no business being there. 2 guys standing and 2 guys working on another car and they all just brushed me off.

A great group of guys with knowledgeable staff. Check them out. I got hosed by some other shops but they will do you right when it comes to your vehicle upgrades.

Beautiful car wrap done and tint replaced ! She was once black, and is now a silver/ice blue. Manager Sam and staff Chris took care of my needs and any issues. Both are professional and personable. I love my new car look and will definitely return. Thank you!

When you go in the door, they seem to be annoyed that you're there, I feel uncomfortable when I'm there, shouldn't feel uncomfortable in a business like this, I'm doing this review in their waiting room while waiting, they are redoing my window tint that came off, we'll see if it holds up the second time.

Great communication, fast and great price. I called in to get tint on my vw golf and they took me in the same day! I waited there and the service was quick and clean, the tint came out great and I couldn t be happier! I was so impressed with how fast and efficient they were, if I need tint on another car I know exactly where to go now.

Had remote starter installed in my sons 2020 Nissan Altima for Christmas 2021-Employee told me they had to use the spare key fob to make it work because it was a newer model with a push button start. I said fine go ahead.I Called today because the car will not start because the spare key fob battery died - the employees solution on the phone was bring it in we ll look at it ok that would be fine but my son is 6 hours away at college and THE CAR WONT START! I asked where the fob was located so he could get it out and replace the battery and I got it s behind the dash and he can t get to it no solutions suggestions or help even seemed annoyed that I called.

Update- took them to court, won, and have a lien on their property.This tint shop is a complete nightmare. They only take cash, didn t give me an itemized receipt, and tinted OVER my inspection stickers. They promised to correct it and then razored my windshield making the problem worse. The tint guy personally told me he d redo my windshield after damaging my inspection stickers. I dropped my car off twice, the first time when they apologized and said they misunderstood, and the second when they promised to correct it yet again. The same dude who asked for my number (total creep) while drinking a beer on the job, told me late in the afternoon while I was teaching that I d have to take it up with the owner when he was back in the country because technically I voided the warranty when THEY RAZORED THE TINT. Not sure how correcting THEIR mistake turned into trying to scam me out of even more money saying it would be a lot of time and money to strip it. This same guy even had the nerve to say the day before I promise we re not trying to scam you. Hmmmm... that s exactly what y all did. I m taking them to court because they never returned my emails, have so many different owners listed when you look up their business, and when I contacted Pittsburgh Police they go I know exactly what business you re talking about. Did I mention the entire building reeks of weed and you can overhear conversations about them being offered 10k cash to install stash boxes? Honestly not even sure who would actually be dumb enough to launder money through these idiots but do not let them near your vehicle. Total misogynists and completely shady.

I called quite a few locations receiving quotes to install an overhead DVD player in my 2018 GMC Acadia. They were not only the best quote, but also the most knowledgeable to speak with. The staff knew the pros and cons of certain units and also were able to describe the installation process in great detail as well. The were able able to answer my questions and eliminate all of my concerns.I received my vehicle after the work was performed cleaner than when I dropped it off. The staff at this shop are clearly professionals in the field and provide excellent quality work and customer service. I give my strongest recommendation to anyone seeking work to use Auto Image. I am extremely impressed with every aspect of my experience.Keep up the good work!

Called in on a Thursday to check pricing for window tints. I believe it was Sam who helped me-- but he got me in right away next day. Even gave me a lift to/from my place up the road. Awesome dude, great service, and my car looks great. Will for sure go back for a few other upgrades. Thanks again!!

Highly recommend!! I took one of my vehicles there for new tires and rims Sam had it in the shop the next day and finished the same day at a very reasonable price I already have recommended more friends to them and. I will continue to take all my vehicles there for upgrades !!!

Had remote start install for my wife's vehicle in Dec 2020. Had problems with it. Had returned to fix 3 different times. They could not fix it. Added more equipment said it was fixed. No it was not. Finally took it to and AUTHORIZED distributor on Vipers web site. Now it is FIXED and coast me more money, but no problems now. Buyer beware.Can't give no stars.

I brought in my 1 week old Civic Si for some window tint. They did a fantastic job dispite the fact that my rear windshield is very hard to cover with a dot matrix around all the edges.While the tint master was hard at work I had a fantastic conversation with the guy who does reception. It's easy to tell the people who work here are relaxed, passionate and very friendly.I've seen some of the other reviews for tint, and honestly I couldn't think of one negative thing to say. Keep on keepin' on my brothers.

So "grateful" (Greg will get that) for all the guys at Auto Image. They went out of their way to ensure that I had a positive experience. True professionals and artists in what they do! The vinyl wrap turned out fantastic and Chris's attention to detail was amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to enhance their ride.

I can t lie, they did an amazing job when they tinted my 2021 charger scatpack. I would recommend my whole car club to come and get service. The crew is real professional and they treat you like family and that s important to me. 10 out 10 in my books

This place quoted us a 2-3hr job on a Saturday... we made an appointment for 11am and the car wasn t finished until 5:30pm. Every time we called they just added more hours to the wait, were completely unapologetic and did not seem to care about anything. It took us physically being in the building for them to get it done. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My remote start I had installed last year lost its programming, because I had a new battery put in my car. I took my car down and within 10 minutes both of my remotes were working with no charge at all. Great service, great prices!

Had appointment for 10am black Friday. Dropped off car around 9:30am and took other vehicle to go eat and do some shopping to give the shop a few hours to do the window tint. They called us at 1pm asking what color window tint meaning the car just now got pulled into the shop. It was supposed to be done around lunchtime not just starting. We cancelled and said forget it. We already wasted gas for 2 vehicles and wasted 5 hours of our time for nothing. What was the point of making an appointment and asking questions on the phone if you're not going to put it on file so you know what the customer wants? They didn't care. Very unprofessional shop.

I didn t do any business, but i came down to tint my whole windshield with 50%, owner said he doesn t have 50%, he only has 5%, 20%, and 35%, I said they are too dark and want only 50%, and i said its fine and was about to leave. I stayed in parking lot and making phone calls, 10 minutes later he comes and asks if i want to come back in couple days so he can order the tint i want. Respect to that guy

Honestly you can go anywhere for tintz took them 7 hours to do they wont communicate this with you, my back windows are fine but my front windows have some bubbles all around decent to half decent job you can get tintz anywhere remember that before calling

Got my 2016 Cruze tints and some wrapping here done. Been bringing my car's here the past 2 years, really great quality work. Old head Greg and the crew are awesome.

Auto Image put the vinyl stripes on my mustang and did an outstanding job so when I needed to repair some wear & tear to the vinyl who else would I go to. Another outstanding job & I highly recommend Auto Image to anyone that asks where I got the work done. Thanks again

4 issues1and 2: I drive an EVO X. I had sound proofing and tint done here. First the job took 3days longer than expected because the tint guy was off those days and no one thought to figure that out before they gave me an estimated time of completion of 2days. The sound proofing I thought was well done but after I tore apart my trunk to install a backup camera I noticed they did the bare minimum and they didn't even cover all the exposed metal on the floor of the trunk! I can't even imagine what it would look like under my carpet and roof panel. Poor work. Now the tint. I had to make them redue half the windows because they had hair in them and they had gaps! Still not done right.3: if you had a business and someone wanted give you money for a service would you take it? Not these guys. I tried to get an appointment to install my said camera and both times I called they said they'll look into cameras for me and call me back. Never did.4: last straw! I called to get an estimate on a wrap for my front lip and he said I needed to bring it in. Totally OK. So I said I will be there before you close at 7pm he said OK. I show up at 6:41pm and they were closed! Seriously. The guy lives above the shop so my buddy called him and didn't even want to come down to meet me. It was a 25min drive to get there racing after work.No respect for my time. No desire to do business. No integrity. And absolutely no professionalism. Avaoid at all cost!
