I was able to get a next day appointment. Safelite was booked out a week in advance. Safelite was also 200$ more. I would highly recommend this service.

They were great, the guy came on time, vacuumed the glass out my backseat and out my back window I am so happy that I have a window again. I would use your services again and tell my friends about it, everybody likes fast and good service.

Fast, easy, friendly, fair pricing, no pushy upsells. Auto Glass Discounters got back to me quickly (same day, within an hour or two) after an initial online inquiry with a price lower than 3 other places in the area, including the national chains. They were able to fit me into their schedule faster than anyone else, and were able to do the install onsite without additional upcharges from the original quote. Extremely easy process without having to wait around or drive to an out of the way shop. They also didn't push me to buy 'bottom-barrel' wipers for the new windshield like other companies do.Top notch.Service: Auto windshield replacement

The price was the best price even came to my vehicle to replace it. They are less expensive then the one that claims they are 50% and they don't come to you. The customer service over the phone was just as great and smooth as the person they sent out. Tim called before he arrived, he was polite an professional. I truly wish there were more Tim's in this . He told me what to expect as far has what he would do and that the strip around the window may look different but it serves the same purpose he told me about how long give or take. Auto glass discounters are awesome. Called on Thursday they gave me the best quote by far. No comparison. And they were here the next day putting in my new windshield. I couldn t be happier. They ordered my windshield and had it installed within a week. They came right to my job and replaced it and even saved my oil change sticker and inspection and emissions stickers. Beautiful job and they beat the price of everyone around definitely the big name companies. I can t believe another company tried to criticize this one; Tim was great! Not only was Tim wonderful but Greg was as well. It took 2 days to get a windshield at a cheaper rate and the work was excellent. Both Tim and Greg were great at communicating and never made me feel like my time was being wasted. Hopefully I won t be back but if I do, this will be the place I go to! THANK YOU AGAIN!

This was the first place I called when I needed my windshield replaced after a big cracked appeared. They called me back less than 24 hours after I sent my request, gave me a quote over the phone, and set up an appointment to do work right away. The work was done in my driveway and very quickly. Good quality and very professional. My only trouble is that the inspection stickers no longer stick but that s to be expected.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Needed a new windshield, and Auto Glass Discounters had the best price. They were able to come out to my work the next day to replace. Bob was professional and got the job done quickly! Paid the exact price I was quoted over the phone. Would use again.

This is the second time I've needed a replacement windshield in my life. The first time, I had issues after.The workers who did the job, came to the house, went straight to work, came prepared, didn't waste time, they took off my expats and inspection sticker AND put it on the new windshield! I am very pleased with my services from AutoGlass Discounters.Originally I had tried to get an appointment with a different business named Xtreme AutoGlass Pros, but they wanted to just play a bunch of phone tag and not call me back after I left voicemails for them.I am so glad I called AutoGlass Discounters next.I called them, they answered immediately,and then we made an appointment for a day later, fitting with my availability. They gave me a quote on the spot for my Honda Civic's rear quarter panel replacement and checked to see they had it in stock. They let me know they'd meet me at my house.The day of the appointment, they called me to say they could come earlier to my house if I wanted, which was great, though I kept the original time due to my availability.The repairperson Thomas was very prompt, very polite and professional. He easily found the meeting spot I asked him to meet me at. It was a very hot summer day, and we were in the dead of the sun, but Thomas made it go by easy by being so well-natured and making me laugh.He fixed the quarter panel and reassembled everything back together again and vacuumed out the broken glass from the back of my car.The service for my quarter window/rear vent replacement was $245.03. My windshield on my old work van was cracked in an accident. I thought it would be at least 500 dollars to replace it and I would have to wait for an appointment to get it fixed! I was so thrilled to find Auto glass Discounters in Pittsburgh. I called, got a quick inexpensive quote and unbelievably they CAME to my home THAT DAY and replaced the windshield. I had my windshield for Nissan Rogue 2017 cracked for quite a while.Everywhere I went they told me to leave the car for full day and gave me a pretty high quote.I m glad I found Auto Glass Discounters and the day I called them even though it was cloudy but Bob showed up within half hour but unfortunately he didn t have the right windshield for me because I didn t describe my car model right.But Bob scheduled me the very next day upon my availability.He was very professional and friendly got it replaced quickly and PRICE WAS RIGHT!!!Thank You Auto Glass Discounters

My daughter needed a new windshield for her car before inspection. I Googled Windshield Replacement in Pittsburgh area and started researching my options. I messaged 4 different Businesses and 3 messaged me back with Replacement Quotes immediately. Gary from Auto Glass Discounters messaged me and gave me the Best quote, by far, on the windshield replacement. I set up an appointment for the next day. Bob came to our house and did the replacement in a timely manner. He was Polite and Professional! I would highly recommend Auto Glass Discounters to anyone that needs a windshield replacement! A++

I had about a 2-foot wide crack in my windshield. I thought I was going to be in the hole hundreds of dollars for the repair. But not with Auto Glass Discounters! I contacted the owner, Gary, through Yelp for a quote; he got back to me right away and they came to my house the same day. They were done in 45 minutes. It couldn't have been easier! Not to mention it was half the price of what I anticipated; my fianc� and I were wondering how they do it so cheaply! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that needs auto glass replaced.

Affordable and really good service! I have a salvaged Prius that isn't road-ready yet, so we needed a replacement service to come to us. These guys are based right in town, and they were able to set me up with an appointment on the MORNING of the day I called. They were also able to save my quote while I checked to make sure it would fit in the budget, which was really convenient.I messed up my order (turns out the Prius C is shaped nothing like a regular Prius, oops), so Bob got me a new quote on the spot for the correct windshield and brought it over to my house within half an hour. Took em maybe five minutes to figure it out over the phone. The new quote was barely $20 higher than the original, so you can expect no last-minute fee hikes from these guys!He's still installing it, but I'm pleased enough with the service already to give Auto Glass Discounters a full five stars.

The guys from Autoglass Discounters replaced the windshield in my truck. Very pleased with the service and the price. Appreciate the fact that they were able to come to my location to do the work. Definitely saved a couple hours of my day!!
