Overall I had a great experience here and glad I stopped in.I called a few mechanics since I was hoping to get an oil change done before labor day weekend and this was the only place that was able to accommodate me. That's not a knock on other mechanics but it was great being able to get an appointment scheduled quickly.When I booked my appointment, the person on the phone was incredibly friendly and made sure I had all the info I needed ahead of my appointment.When I showed up, the mechanic was very friendly and knowledgeable about Audis and made sure I understood what work was needed and the state of my car.In the end, I did wait a few hours for my work to be completed but I had a number of things done on my car so the longer wait time was expected. I was able to chill in the lobby and get some work done on my laptop while enjoying their free coffee.The visit also included a free car wash, which while isn't a crazy expensive incentive, it was nice to get my car back looking fresh and clean.

This is my first Audi. I was lucky enough to meet Sherri with my first phone call and she s since become an invaluable resource and friend. I ve had not so great experiences with service at other brands. I have complete confidence in MaryJo, Paul and Patrick. From the initial oil change going forward, they ve always been extremely knowledgeable without be condescending, very kind and welcoming. I have no hesitation about purchasing another Audi from Sherri/Jon and do look forward to seeing The Trinity when I drop off my car.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine tuning, Oil change

My Service adviser Paul is fantastic to deal with! Dealership is nice and clean too! Best Audi service department I've been to out of 4 others.

Saw a video of their tech s on Autovlog s YouTube channel. Some of the guys back in the service department clearly don t give a damn.
