What a blessing to have had these guys work on my car. I was incredibly stressed, and they went above and beyond. Not only did they secure me a loaner, which quite frankly, I would have been completely lost without, but they also fixed a difficult issue with my car, as quickly and efficiently as possible. Went in for an all wheel alignment. It was performed to my complete satisfaction. Patrick McCullough is my service adviser and a pleasure to work with. I did not schedule a loaner so I waited at the dealership. It is a very comfortable place to wait with complimentary coffee, tea, juice, etc., and convenient USB ports.

Just purchased a pre owned Q3 and it was easy. Staff was great, they stayed late to finish the deal. Matt our sales advisor even detailed our car because that staff member was gone for the night. Great experience. Jake did a great job getting us out the door with the financing. I also would like to say that Jon , the sales manager, was super friendly and made the deal work when we notices an issue with the wheel. It will be taken car of as part of that deal. Highly recommend Audi of Pittsburgh

We cannot recommend Kurt @ Audi Pittsburgh enough! We just purchased a Q7 and are extremely happy with it! We did most of the financing portion and trade in over the phone, so when we came in to sign paperwork (with our 6 month old!), everyone was accommodating and understanding that we needed to be quick, before she had a meltdown. We were there for maybe an hour! We will be back in a few years when we are ready to upgrade again.

Patrick at Audi Pittsburgh serviced my convertible. The check engine light came on and he diagnosed it and fixed the issue in less than 24hours. My car is now up and running smoothly. The whole process was seamless and I d recommend going to him for all of your car needs! Thanks again.

Everyone was nice, and gave a fair price for that was being sold. Whoever details the cars couldn't get the previous owners bumper sticker debris off either needs to hit the gym or get fired. My lil cousin with a garden hose could have done a better job.

I just leased an Audi Q3. Autumn was my concierge and she couldn t have been more helpful. She is also super friendly and knowledgeable. The process was so stress free and easy. I will definitely go to Autumn and Audi Pittsburgh when my lease is up.

Matt at Audi Pittsburgh was amazing to deal with. I only went into the showroom twice, once to meet Matt and drive the car and the second time to purchase. They were able to do everything else remotely which was great for me since I live kind of far away. They were not pushy at all, super curious and above all else, listened to my needs, concerns, and requirements and did all they could to match them. I would highly recommend them for your next or first Audi

Top flight staff who are so hellbent on you having an amazing front to back experience that it was actually super fun!Emily does amazing work, and grabbed me the vehicle I wanted(same day went grabbed it from a sister dealership and brought it back). She was full press customer service(responsive, knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, patient) the entire time and cared about one thing, making the pre-work(vehicle selection, initial paperwork, test drive) simple and fast. She also helped me ensure I was connected in the myAudi app and how everything in this rocket ship works. She has a super bright future, and I am going to be a repeat customer because of her non-stop efforts! Thank you Emily!Jake helped me have an amazingly simple and easy paperwork process, he knew incredible amounts about this brand, and I left his office super super hyped up to go drive home in my new vehicle. He helped me understand some cool features within my new car and made sure I was beyond happy with the final closeout. He is another stellar employee and someone who, like Emily, will do great things in the future.Thank you so much to both of you for all you do, who you are, and especially how you do business. The actual service on my car was excellent. I had a terrible experience upon first arriving, however. I showed up on time and presented all the paperwork from my purchase in Raleigh, NC. This includes all of my coverage and insurance that I'd purchased for wheel repair, etc. Employee told me that none of it would be applicable to the tire and wheel service i was requesting (this ended up being untrue almost 50% of the bill was covered) and he acted confused as to why I brought the paperwork at all. I called the Raleigh location where I'd purchased the vehicle and they told me this was incorrect. Then, upon giving me my rental car keys he said verbatim "No smoking, drinking or eating in MY car. You WILL BE FINED". Bro it is not your car. Just bad vibes overall. He seemed as if I ruined his day by existing. When I picked up the other person was super cool and we talked about different Audi models for 10 minutes or so. Original dude named Paul is not someone you want to encounter on your first ever service at an Audi dealership. Honestly made me consider never coming back to that location.

Audi Pittsburgh is the only place I'll take my Q5. It was recently due for its yearly service and inspection. I worked with Ray in the service department. He was extremely communicative and made everything simple and easy. Another great experience!

As a 40 yr old man obviously I have strong opinions about car dealerships. Audi Pittsburgh though has changed all that. They got me thinking that car dealerships don't need to fade away.The salesmen was chill, no pressure. The financing person went through each doc and explained all of it.This dealership is top notch. Hands down best experience I've ever had buying a car.

Outstanding experience! We live in New Jersey and contacted Sales Associate, Matt Kessler, about a purchasing a preowned vehicle for my son. Making an expensive purchase from afar can be difficult, especially when the vehicle is 'used'. Matt's demeanor, professionalism, and earnestness in trying to get our questions answered made us extremely comfortable that we were getting solid, honest answers. On several occasions, he checked various points and sent us pictures. For all the reasons above and more, he was instrumental in getting us into the particular vehicle, but mainly because we felt like we were dealing with a very honest person. My son and I flew into Pittsburgh from NJ and were greeted by Matt and Jon Doliveira (Pre-owned Sales Manager) who treated us like old friends. Both Matt and Jon went above and beyond to ensure the whole experience went well and dove into action to rectify a minor issue. The experience of finalizing the paperwork with Jake Akhtar (Business Manager) was also fantastic. Even the staff in the periphery went out of their way to say hello and be extremely welcoming. Every person we met from Dan who prepped our vehicle, to the guys in the repair shop, were genuinely interested in ensuring the vehicle was ready to go and that we were completely satisfied. We never felt rushed and actually felt like we were taking too much of THEIR time...LOL! For not being a potential repeat customer, due to living much too far away, they sure treated us as such!! We give them 10 stars....ENJOY!

We had an amazing experience at Audi Pittsburgh when looking for a new car. Autumn, our salesperson helped us to look at a few cars and brought them on site (from the other location) for a test drive. The sales process was very smooth and no attempts were made to upsell services that we were not interested in. In a few days we left with a new car.

Awesome service advisor, he was on the ball, talked me through everything like a human being.Reporting back on second visit to Audi Pittsburgh. Service adviser Paul is on point. Remembered me and the follow up necessary from the last visit. When I requested a service he advised I hadn t reached the service interval specified by Audi. Could have booked it and took my money. That folks is integrity, don t find that too often and especially at a car dealer. That speaks volumes about Cochran in my opinion.

Updates: The management team has been working with the refund for quite some time (1+ years) and I still haven t received any. LOL!--------AVOID THIS PLACE!!! If I can give 0 stars I would. I did a pre-cross-country-roadtrip service there. They did a terrible job by putting a wrong spark plug in one of my car s cylinders. My road trip was from Pittsburgh to San Diego and my car broke down with engine failures in Utah dessert. Yet this Audi dealer refused any compensation for the inconvenience they caused.

I ve got my new Audi A5 recently and I want to share that I m more than happy and satisfied. My sales agents were Autumn and Jessica who provided perfect service on my deal.That s not my first Audi car and I can assure you that I ve met a lot of horrible people and dealerships around the world. But here I found the best support. I appreciate time and attention to details that Autumn gave to me while I was choosing my car.Thank you guys! I m sure we will meet again for my next one!
