ATC has done all my maintenance on my BMW S1000RR and my Harley Davidson Softail Deuce for years. The have great communication with their customers and always respectful. This is the best shop in the Pittsburgh area and will go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. I had recently just bought a 2008 Mercedes Benz e350 from these guys for 10k and all John kept saying he stood by his cars and all of his cars are great cars so I thought I was dealing with good people but I guess I wasn t four days after having the vehicle the check engine light came on and red battery light on dash comes to find out I thought it was alternator they told me to buy the part and dey will put it on lol but it wasn t that it ended up being two polleys and tensioner was bad and burnt the belt off the vehicle which costed me 500$ now three weeks now having the car I kept feeling like my tires were rubbing and took it back to the shop now the car is inspected till 3/25 but how is that possible with the car looking like this plus part of the frames needs weldedAlso so plz don t buy no cars from these people they are inspecting cars over looking everything wrong with them then try calling me telling me dey was willing to help me which was a lie John kept telling me he doesn t know what to tell me lol they are gonna take your money and your on your own after that so plz don t buy nothing from these people fyi you took my money and sold me a lemon which is fine and you told me to bring a vehicle in that I couldn t drive and that I would have to buy parts and you will put them on after I gave you 10k like I said money comes and gos and I would never recommend nobody to buy off you yea they just magically broke after 3 weeks after I bought the car everything was just fine huh before I got it lol lol typical response you stand behind your vehicles alright the only thing I regret is letting yall get me outta character and of course anyone would be upset after someone just took 10k of them and left them with nothing but problems many problems regardless of how old the car is

I was there looking at a 4 door, blue ford 2005 explorer. We were looking it up and down since it was gonna be my 1st car. We were looking for cracks, rust, anything that would be a problem that we would have to fix. The oil cap had white wax like stuff all over it. It looked like it was leaking oil, the back windows would not wind down. And the back driver side door would not lock. Nothing that rlly couldn't be fixed. So my dad tried plugging in his scan tool, after we got permission from the owners son. So we start doing it, and the motorcycle mechanic comes out hollering and swearing, getting up in my dad's face screaming at him. Saying were scratching it up and jumping on it, which we weren't. We are very respectful people, and we were about to buy the car, we had 7000 on hand ready to buy it. But then they refused to make a deal woth us

What a great experience. Called Thursday , vehicle in Friday am 8:40am for brakes and rotors and the job was completed by 11am. Called me to let me know what needed done and price before they went ahead with the work. Very friendly staff! Will definitely be back for my service needs and recommend to all my friends and family . Thanks so much!

Didn t contact me for weeks, then the tech was surly with me when I called them. I don t care if you re busy, I called ahead and you said to drop it off. Keep in touch with your customers and give them respect.They also missed a belt that should have been replaced at 30k miles. That belt broke and trashed a pulley while my wife was riding it. Thankfully she s fine, but the bike may be scrap. Not worth fixing. I realize this is not a Suzuki specific shop, but I expect a tech to look up maintenance intervals when working on a bike, especially when a customer brings it in for maintenance. If a shop or tech isn t comfortable doing that, don t accept work on that make/model.

John and the team are great. Very thorough communication from diagnostics to the repair. Fair prices. Great work on the vehicles. Luckily for me the last 2 trips to them were on very short notice before I left for a couple of road trips and they got me in and out in a very short time. Dealing with John and Dave was a pleasure, and the installation of my hitch and brake controller exceeded my expectations, done with a clean, neat cable dress. As this was a re-install from a previous vehicle's equipment, much of that was re-used, saving me money although possibly making the installation more difficult, an effort I can't help but appreciate. These days a full-service garage is hard to come by, but convenient to the North Hills, as well as just off the Parkway North, ATC Sales and Service should be on your list if you need skilled work.

I brought my motorcycle here to get a few kits installed. Their labor rate was slightly higher than North Hills cycle but they more than made up for it with their speed (fewer labor hours). Also they came in around 20% under the quote for the work which was very nice. Honest and nice guys. Would bring work here again. The only negative is that their location is in a kinda hard to turn into and out of location as it's near a higher speed road with no light.

Mike is the best shop manager I've ever known. He's forgotten more than I'll ever know about mechanics. John owns the best shop I've ever been too. These guys have taken care of me many times and have always done right by me, even when it hurt their bottom line. I have never experienced a more honest or devoted shop. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of automotive, motorcycle, or trailer service. Excellent!!!

I purchased a very nice Jeep from ATC. I traveled greater than 60 miles to see the vehicle advertised on craigslist. It was as described which is refreshing! For a smaller dealership, they have a nice showroom, a great service area, and very nice vehicles in inventory. I recommend them without reservation. I have even returned to look at a second vehicle to purchase. That's proof of my satisfaction.

We chose to look for a vehicle at ATC because it's a veteran-owned small business (and all these five-star reviews tell a good story!). We took a couple of Jeeps out for test drives, decided on one, and did the transaction in ~15 minutes. There were no weird sales tactics. We could tell that John, Sarah, and the guys working there really enjoyed what they did and were knowledgeable and friendly.

Just was in the shop on Friday to purchase a car. Owner and staff are top notch. One of the nicest garages I've seen. If your into custom bikes or just need to get some work done on your bike or car I'd highly recommend them very professional to say the least!

Finding a good, honest mechanic may be more difficult than finding a soulmate. These guys are very honest and know how to run a business and treat customers. It is very rare that I find a business I can truly say, "It's a pleasure doing business with you." I've been going to them since they opened with motorcycles and cars. I have 100% trust in them and highly recommend them!

Google search of "auto wiring repair" gave me a hit on these guys so I called. After a miscommunication as to when the car was going to go in, that was probably my fault, I dropped it off a couple days later. I had a light fuse that kept blowing after initially working for a couple minutes, although all other functions on the car would indicate power source was fine. It was intermittent, likely meaning an exposed wire shorting somewhere. This can be a pain, I get it. But I was asking for it to be solved, no matter the labor spent. They called me after looking at it for an hour and said they checked bulbs and light housings and so forth and everything was working so who knows. Ok. 45 minutes of labor $67 and out not a big deal. Except if I feel if you had checked the bulbs and wires running into the headlights even for a moment you would have noticed the wire with corroded cover touching up against metal 2 centimeters from the LED bulb in the headlight. 5 minutes of examination by a novice and a strand of electrical tape later and the problem is fixed. What this says about the shop is up to you to decide. Guy seemed nice enough, but if you don't want to mess with electrical stuff just say so. Funny part was in my head I was thinking "Ill pay up to $1000 bucks for this headache to just go away". And it really just needed a piece of electrical tape.

I just bought a 2013 Yukon Denali from here. Beautiful SUV. They washed it before I left. Super friendly and didn't take long to finalize. Definitely recommend!

Great personal experience from the very second I got there. They take great care of their products and give some of the best deals i have seen. Buying a car from here is easy, and they won't try to sell you something you don't want. They went above and beyond for my wife and I and we greatly appreciated their customer service.

Took my vintage motorcycle in for inspection. It was done in a day and lower price than the shops on my side of town. Stopping back in for more maintenance work. John really has gone out of his way to help me out when I was in a pinch. I blew the motor out of my bike and he was the only one to answer my call on a Saturday and loaned me a ramp to pick my bike up on a truck, saving me a trailer rental. He also got back to me with a diagnosis first thing on a Monday morning and helped me source parts. Really outstanding service!
