Melissa was super helpful throughout my repair process. She kept me informed and worked through the slow process with my insurance. Very happy with the repairs as well. Just great service overall.

ARS was recommended for a quote on a repair for a small fender bender. From the initial call to meeting for the first evaluation/quote, it was a smooth process. Was impressed from the first phone call to arrange the quote as the person answered immediately and was super friendly. Then the day of the evaluation, Melissa was super nice and it took no time at all! Was in and out with a reasonable quote. Explained the process thoroughly and made it simple to work with the insurance.

From the moment I called to the moment I drove my fixed car away, everything was amazing! Everyone was so kind. They went above and beyond on my car. They made sure I understood exactly what they were repairing. I can t comment on price because insurance covered the repairs but I can tell you it would be worth it to have to pay!

Outstanding automotive repair. Had just above $1000 worth of side swipe front and bumper damage to my new Ford ranger. They restored it to its new looking condition. Was done a day ahead of schedule. Easy to work with great for getting rental cars and arranging pick ups. Works seamlessly with my insurance company as well. Melissa was quick about the estimate, ensuring the quote with me to expedite my claim.

These guys did a great job on my yellow jeep. I had someone smash my mirror and they came to the rescue and helped me mange my insurance company and get my mirror fixed. I added before and after pictures what a great job the paint was a perfect match I would recommend my friends and family to get there car repaired at ARS automotive thanksgiving again bill was a big help also

Had an amazing experience with the staff while my car was being worked on. Leann was especially helpful and so nice! When I got my car back, everything looked showroom quality new. Their was quality of work is amazing!Crossing my fingers my car won t be in another car accident, but if it were to be, ARS Automotive will be my first choice to get it repaired at!

I wasn't sure if my truck would ever be the same after a large tree fell over it. The entire crew at ARS made certain it was not only safe mechanically but worked to get it looking just as good, if not better than it was prior to the storm. While I dont like having to get the car repaired. I love taking the car to ARS. Every vehicle I have had repaired came out looking better than it did before the accident. Highly recommend.

I recently took my car there to get work done on my passenger and back door and it came out fantastic. They were able to take my car in earlier then originally said and even finished working on it earlier then they were supposed to. Would 10/10 recommend and would use them again if anything happened.

I brought my 2017 Impreza here after a minor fender bender. Everyone in the shop was pleasant and easy to talk to. It only took a few days to fix. Now it looks as good as new and was freshly cleaned when I picked it up.

I recently had my first experience with ARS. I needed body work/collision repair done on my vehicle. From scheduling the initial repair estimate to final pick up, the entire process was painless. Melissa was amazing. She handled everything and I barely even had to speak with our insurance company. Everyone we encountered was so nice and helpful. My car looks as good as new and they even took the time to vacuum and wash it! It was also done ahead of schedule! After ARS took great care of my parents vehicles, I brought my fianc�s vehicle in for repairs from an accident. ARS was extremely easy to work with and did a fantastic job on replacing the door of the vehicle.

I ve taken my vehicle here twice now for collision damage from hitting a deer. They do an amazing job!! They go above expectations. I recommend everyone to them. I won t go anywhere else

Very well done auto repair. I needed just over $3500 repair work (replacement parts and painting) done from a minor accident. I thought the whole process from notification to finish would have taken much longer but was pleasantly surprised. The entire staff was very accomodating and professional- I dealt with Melissa the most and she couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. I know I'm leaving out some other people's names but they were all wonderful. The fact that my rental car was brought to me at ARS also was very much appreciated. Took it to get my bumper repaired on my Lexus ES350 and I couldn't be happier with the results. I had two insurance claims from two different insurances for two incidents and Justin walked me through the whole process and worked with both insurance to get things handled easily and done when promised. And that was greatly appreciated.Car looks perfect! Everyone is so friendly and professional. I love that I can go there for either body or mechanical work. One stop for great service. ARS was great to work with getting our vehicle repaired. The paint correction is spot on and everyone at ARS was friendly and easy to work with. I am SO impressed with the work ARS did on my RAV4- it looks better than the day I purchased it! They were able to get it in a month earlier than expected, finished the job in a timely manner, and the website they used to update me on my vehicle s progress and expected completion date/time was very convenient. They even detailed it which was a nice, unexpected surprise. My partner and I joked I need to get hit more often to get it cleaned because I m so messy lol. ARS turned the dreaded experience of needing body work done into the best experience it could be. Thank you guys so much!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had my car fixed by the folks at ARS. They did an incredible job, communicated well with me every step of the way, worked with the insurance company, and for the cherry on top: my adventure-fied (muddy and dirty as heck) Subaru was returned to me clean inside and out, which actually meant a lot to me.From the first moment I went in to get the estimate they were attentive and honest. Contrast this with the big name a few miles down the street (#1 Cochran) who wouldn't even give me the time of a day for an estimate!

I have used ARS for years for vehicle repairs and they never disappoint. Quality work done by quality people in a reasonable timetable at a fair price. I chose this shop to fix my car up after a fender bender and they did a great job! went above and beyond, all of the employees and the owner himself were super nice and helpful. They even did a little bit of detailing on the interior of my car as well ! they were quick and efficient as soon as the parts came in and two days later my car was ready to be back on the road. 10/10 experience and recommend this shop to anyone looking for a good reliable place.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My first experience with ARS and I am beyond pleased. When I initially contacted ARS, my vehicle had been sitting undiagnosed at another repair shop for almost 2 weeks.My 1st call to ARS I spoke to Joe. Within a few minutes of the call he understood my dilemma and was confident & willing to help. From our brief conversation I could tell Joe was very experienced. He made a great 1st impression.My second call to ARS, I spoke to Justin, I explained my concerns and he was confident and willing to help. Justin, even arranged towing to get my car to ARS. That one kind gesture helped me so much. He relieved so much stress for me that day. Within a few hours of my vehicle arriving at ARS, Joe, determined the mechanical problem and called with a price for repair. The next day the mechanical repairs were completed.Then they began collision work. I was given a time frame and was updated via text. The collision repairs were completed on time. After the repairs, the car looked brand new. It was cleaned/detailed. My overall experience with ARS was excellent!!!Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

I can't say enough about how well I was treated. Justin took care of everything and kept me updated. The car looks beautiful and handles perfectly after the repair.The waiting area is small but comfy and is stocked with refreshments.Absolutely everyone I met made sure I was waited on. When it was realized my car was blocked in when I went to pick it up, someone was sent out to handle it within 2 minutes. My car was then parked at the front door and ready to go, having already been washed and cleaned.Of course, I HOPE I do not need bodywork anytime soon, but I will gladly refer anybody there.Service: Body & Trim

I called asking availability for an oil change, stating that "I could drop it off this morning and pick it up later that day". Not being demanding, just simplify asking for availability - understanding that I was asking for same day service.The service manager says to me "Yea I don't think we can do that today - you need to plan that out better".A simple no, we are booked today would have worked. Busting someone's chops for how they plan out their day with or without know their situation isn't the way to handle it.
