Kenny was extremely considerate and efficient. He treated us more like family than as a customer. He was forthright about the price for the repairs. Despite the backlog of work and shortage of personnel Kenny completed the replacement of the car's headlight and finished the body work (after a deer was accidentally hit by our car) within a few weeks. He really cares about the people who walk into his shop. We wish him all the best and without any hesitation, sincerely recommend him to all our friends and family.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

This was hands down the best experience I have ever had while having a vehicle repaired. Not only was the owner, Kenny, very personable and professional, but he was also extremely honest and straightforward when we discussed the repair.I got quotes from three other auto body garages, and Alley Way's rates were unbeatable (even three times lower then one of the competitors)! I could tell Kenny was considerate and did everything he could to provide the best service for the best price. This is the first time I have left a mechanic's where I felt like the owner truly did everything they could to help out the customer.The car looks brand new (it looks like they even waxed it!), and I couldn't be happier with the work. I've been to three different auto body places in Pittsburgh now, and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Alley Way is the best in the city! Thank you very much for the great service. Will be recommending all friends and family to you.

Referred by the guys at Baum Blvd Auto, I stopped in a couple months ago because my car's grill was broken. I told them I was leaving town in a few days, and was hoping to get it fixed the same day. The owner was extremely nice and said he'd do his best to fit me in. Sure enough, a few hours later, my grill was fixed and I was very happy customer. Work was good and they do their best to keep the cost down. Would definitely good back again!!

This is the second time I've been to Alley Way Auto Body for work because they're just that good! The first time I went because I had scuffed my front bumper and the second time I went to have my side-view mirror replaced.Service is always spectacular and the owner is extremely professional and kind. I don't know him personally but I can tell he's a very stand up guy from my two encounters with him.In fact, I'm surprised there aren't more reviews because this shop is amazing. I would chose to go to them over any body shop, any day. Thank you so much for your help! I'll be sure to keep recommending you!

Just had our car in for a fender bender fix up. It was our second experience with Alley Way previously and were delighted at the professionalism and service provided. Paying for repairs is always a bit of a bummer, but at least with Alley Way, we feel confident that he does all that he can to control costs while meeting our expectations. Although I'd rather not have had the problem, I feel so grateful to have this shop around to help us fix it.

I've had several large jobs done by Alley Way Auto Body. I've found the proprietor to be honest and strait forward with me. He explains all of the issues, and delivers work for the cost promised on the schedule promised. The work has been excellent. In all I find Alley Way Auto Body to be a business with high integrity and high value.

Kenny helped me understand the insurance claim and repair process with kindness and honesty. They did incredible work very quickly and were so accommodating. I'd recommend them to anyone!

This is the second time that I have been to Alley Way Auto, once for replace my trunk after backing into a poll and the other for replacing a broken door handle. Prices are always very reasonable, service is amazing, and the owner has always come across as kind and professional.

I drove there because of it's good reviews. I wanted a few scratches taken out. Kenny walked around my vehicle, took notes, said he would call me the next day, and never called.
