This place is fantastic. We were from out of town and broke down, and they were so helpful and accommodating. Scheduling an appointment last minute was so easy, and their online repair estimate approval system is great. We ended up getting our car towed home and they even helped coordinate with the tow truck. Highly recommend.

Lost my reliable honest regular mechanic shop when they closed and decided to try these guys in uptown near my office. They are honest and helpful and fast. Fixed my broken hatch, ran a diagnostic for Evap engine light, and followed up at no cost when the issue persisted. Inspection was quick and easy.

I went last week for a brake change and wanted to wait a week or two before reviewing just to check if there were no issues. I can thouroughly give this shop 5 stars. They were very friendly with great customer service and were priced really affordably. I have a Audi and they were able to do all four brake pads and rotors for less than half the price the dealer quoted me. They made sure to cover the seats with plastic and the floor with a mat so they didn't get my car any dirtier. I'm very happy with their service. I think they've earned my business from now on as I don't think they're a shop that takes advantage of the customer.

I was in the middle of moving from New Jersey to Ohio when my battery gave out in Pittsburgh. By sheer luck we were able to jump the battery and muscle the car a few blocks over to All Automotive. The staff took my walk in on the spot and in a race against the clock they ordered and installed a battery, tested my equipment and even threw in a quick oil change per my request to turn an unfortunate situation into a lucky break. If they hadn t been able to work so quickly I wouldn t have been able to finish the last 4 hours of my drive and move in that same day - otherwise I would ve been staying in a hotel until the following Monday. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff, and very impressive capability!

Passing through town right before the holiday weekend when my transmission acted up. Called 3 places to ask them to look at my car to determine if it was safe to drive our way home or if I needed park for the weekend. Asking for no work, just determine if my car was safe to drive. All said sorry we close in an hour this place was the only one willing to help. Thank you for going above and beyond and making sure my family was safe.

They are so nice! Josh is such a nice person to talk to. Chris got us out the door! He even did a training with me, lol. I love the electroic system for invoices and payment. Seriously, no issue at all! They worked with me and my warranty company!!

I usually take my car to Mercedes of Pittsburgh, But, All Automotive is now my guys. Their service turnaround was excellent, and their prices were extremely reasonable. They were able to split my service into two separate calls, so that I was not overwhelmed with one charge. Way to go All Automotive.

All Automotive is an A+ operation.� Their prices seem fair, the people are friendly and competent, and they go the extra mile to accomodate you and to get the job done well. I've dealt with All Automotive several times and I can highly recommend this company.

I had a bad experience, I went to Garage All Automotive to change the oil and after 15min I lost the engine of my Toyota prius .The guy he didn't lock the Screw , it appears a message "low engine oil pressure " and when I call the Garage he said he can do nothing for me .And I kept driving until the car stopped.When I call him he said he can do nothing .I paid 3000$ to fix it .Really they are not professional.

This place is absolutely the best. I called expecting to wait on hold and make an appointment just o have my car looked at, but they answered right away and got me in in 15 minutes! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was unbelievably quick. Absolutely will be returning.

I took my car here for an oil change and inspection and was charged over $700. They said a brake pad needed to be fixed but I have never seen such high prices. I won't be returning.

All Automatic staff is so great and wonderful! They were very responsive, thorough and kind when fixing my car. Great place with great pricing. Would ve had my car done in one day if it wasn t for UPS losing the part. Chris is a great dude who even came in on a day off to help me out. Was told by a mobile mechanic that my car had a blown head gasket. Chris and his guys looked at it determined that it was radiator hose connection to the engine was bad and replaced that along with a valve cover that was leaking oil. He looked at it Tuesday and had it done two days later. Even called me on Wednesday afternoon to let me know that a part was arriving late.

Very impressed with Nick and the team. Had an oil change and asked them to check the brakes. Needed front brakes but the back were fine and there was no pressure to change the back brakes. Didn't have to hear you might as well change the back at the same time. Very professional and great communication. They did nothing until talking with me and getting approval. Highly recommend and will definitely go back!Services: Brakes, Oil change

My car started to overheat when I was on 376, All Automotive was the closest shop off the first exit I could get to. The staff was so kind to me! I was visibly stressed and upset due to the unexpected car troubles but was reassured that everything would be taken care of! The team was quick to diagnose the issues and was able to text me a full report of what was wrong, the length of time it was expected to make the repairs and the cost. I had a great experience at this auto shop. I took my car there for an EVAP systems failure, for a reverse light replacement, and for a wheel bearing replacement and they were able to get everything fixed in two days. Not only that, but they were very transparent in what they were doing and kept me updated on their work the whole way through. Easily the best auto experience I ve had and felt good to not feel like I was getting scammed.Service: Auto emissions testing

It was a great experience from the start when the very caring tow truck driver dropped me and my vehicle off to the finish. The staff was awesome and I appreciate the time and effort they took to make things right for me. They are my new mechanics and I have told others about them. Keep up the great work@

Charged 1.5k without solving the problem. Car had white smoke, which online said may be a cracked head gasket. They said that wasn t the issue and fixed an auxiliary coolant line. Started driving for a 5 hour trip and smoke started coming out within 2 hours

This place is great!!! They explain every car issue to you so you understand, not just charge you for random things. They send you proof of damages and treat you like an adult!! Chris at front was awesome and so helpful. Highly suggest stopping here if you have car problems.

Honest, quick, thorough, and friendly.I needed a state inspection and oil change, and had a feeling my brakes would need to be swapped out. I was semi surprised when I had to have my suspension repaired.However, the photos showing the actual damage explained everything, and the folks were willing to work with me on what to do first.No surprises. Photo proof that something is wrong. Asking permission before touching anything to fix it. And then doing it ASAP to get me on the road in time for my evening shift.Prices were fair and in line with what I expected. Very reasonable, and pretty good considering how quickly things were done.I'd be hard pressed to find better outside of a family member or two, and even they gave a thumbs up.

The team at All Automotive were honest, fast, friendly, and professional. I checked this place out on a friend's recommendation. Nick worked with me to book a morning appointment and I was all taken care of in a couple hours. Needed a second opinion so I walked in to All Automotive. They gave me an estimate which was 1/3 of the price of the competitors. They even said they could take care of the work for me. Whole trip only took about 3 hours total and they passed my inspection, all while communicating and asking for my input. Great team.
