This shop is great! John was incredibly helpful and made me feel at ease despite my lack of car knowledge. They ordered my tires next day got me in and quickly changed them. Also gave me a heads up about a few other issues but never pressured me into anything. I will def use them again and would recommend them to friends!

These Guys R the best!!!Great friendly service.Excellent Work Ethic!A Family feel of thingsthat make a customer feel at home...I've trusted them since returning home from Overseas in 2014. This was my first time here and the staff and service were amazing. Everyone greeted me and were so friendly/welcoming. They were super efficient and went above and beyond to let me know some other small things that could use attention in the near future. I will be recommending them to my friends and family!

I took my car here to get an inspection. It did not pass because a lot of work needs done to it. Nevertheless, they were honest and so kind. They sent me pictures and a print out of everything. I would recommend anyone to go here. The honesty and kindness was a breath of fresh air!

They handled my punctured tire quickly. When it was too big to patch (over 1/4th inch) they replaced it with tires I got online. We spent more time waiting for FedEx than the repair.

They Saved the Day! Brought my Mini Cooper Clubman JCW to Albert's Tire Service. Another "run flat" was flat. I decided I didn't want to use the Mini dealer anymore, too expensive and they keep your car FOREVER. The techs at Alberts Tire were thorough, replaced brakes (all), switched my run-flats for air tires, performed inspection, and even replaced a rear lamp. John, whom handled the communication, was courteous, and professional. Great job to all of you, and just like Ahhnold, "I'll BE BACK!"

Excellent service, quality customer relations, exceptional pricing & quick work. Called for emergency tire replacement after a hole in the sidewall of my tire.Took the car right in, went over costs (both used & new), discount to help me out, in & out in literally no time. Could not be more grateful for the staff & prioritization in my time of need.HIGHLY recommend, will continue to come back for my tire needs & simple vehicle maintenance/repairs.Thank you Albert s Tire & Service Center!!

I highly recommend going to Albert s. I stopped in for an issue and they were so kind and fixed it in the matter of a few hours. Everyone there is super friendly, I will definitely be back for any other car troubles!

was having a very bad no good start to the new year, which included popping my tire amongst other things i called this place bc it was only a couple of minutes from me and had a new tire and was back on the road all within like barely 30 min. and the staff was super friendly!

Good fast tire service did strip 2 lug bolts and gave an enormously high estimate to replace front struts of 1200 nucks. Struts are 214 for set and take less then 30 mi utes each. Thats from oast experience already had them done. Not 4hrs labor and 800 for struts

I've been going to Albert's Tires for about 4 yrs now. And the staff is knowledgeable, kind and professional. I needed two new rotors last year ( but not to pass inspection ) because they were getting worn down. So I decided to replace them right after my state inspection. Not only did they replace the rotors, but my break pads too, at NO EXTRA cost! Dean and the guys are #1 in customer satisfaction and loyalty. I never take my car to the dealership for ANYTHING...Dean and the fellas have my trust and business.

I was in Pittsburgh moving my daughter into her house for the upcoming school year and she got a flat tire. This place was fantastic. Replaced the tire right on the spot and the price was much lower than I expected. The owner and staff were so kind and helpful.

Nothing but great things to say about Albert s! I got a nail in my tire and got right in to get it fixed. I ended up needing a new tire- the staff showed me all the damage and walked me through the process. As a woman who doesn t know a thing about cars, I didn t feel taken advantage of at all. Super fair pricing, quick service, and the staff was so amazing & friendly! I will definitely be returning when needed and suggesting this place to friends!

Dean here's a nice gentleman. A very helpful even though that he made it air in my tire sizes that he said he had in stock. Unfortunately he didn't. He had something very closed so we went with that because I was stuck. Kind of like a emergency situation. Sometimes you got to do what you got to do. I mean I'm pretty well satisfied with the service he provided minimum wait time they have the tire removed and replaced and balance. Then I was on my way back to my vehicle where I had to blow out

tl;dr - They asked me to 'slowly' drive my tire flat, claimed that my tire's sidewall was damaged, and offered to sell me a new tire while in reality it only needed a tire plug. I also suspect they caused the tire puncture in the first place.I was driving by station square when my car indicated that the tire was going flat. I had to stop in the closest gas station, and by the time I did my tire was completely flat. Another car had stopped in that same gas station for the exact same reason a few minutes before me. Conveniently, this tire shop was next to the gas station, so I went to ask what could be done. After telling my story, the person who attended me, who seemed to me was of higher ranking than other workers, told me that they will only check my car if I drove it into their garage, and that there would be no problem as long as I moved it slowly. So I went to my car, inflated the tire with the gas station's compressor, and drove it into the shop. A couple of minutes after handing them my keys, the guy tells me that the tire was beyond repair, and I had to wait until next week for them to get the tire my car needed. I asked to see the tire, and for them to show me why it had to be replaced. They told me the sidewall was damaged, but I couldn't see any signs of damage. I then told him I'd prefer to call roadside assistance to get my car towed to somewhere else where they had my tire changed the same day. He then drove my car outside his establishment, parked it in the gas station and handed back the keys.The tow truck took my car to the nearest dealership, where they inspected and finally plugged the tire for $23.I also learned through the internet that you should never drive your tires flat to avoid ruining the sidewall, not even slowly.From this I learn that guys here are either unskilled, ignorant and unprofessional of basic tire maintenance, or a fraud preying on people in trouble. They could even be causing the trouble, as having two cars with the same problem at the same time so close to a tire shop is very suspicious.

These guys are a Pittsburgh Blessing!I picked up a huge piece of metal in my rear tire just as I entered the Liberty tubes and it blew my tire out completely. I limped over towards Station Square and randomly found them. They took me in, provided me with shelter and positive vibes while they replaced my tire, and had me back on the road in FIFTEEN MINUTES....I wasn't even late for my appointment! Next time I need any work, these guys are going to be my first call.

We needed to replace an unusual size and rated tire while on a road trip. John had the tires that fit the bill and did a great job replacing the tires we needed while we waited.

Very thankful we called them! We were passing through to get to Ohio & got a flat tire. Everyone else we called couldn't work us in for an emergency tire change, but these guys said "come on in & we'll get you taken care of so you can get back to Ohio." We were in & out fast with walk-in service. They were so friendly & helpful! Highly reccomend them!

These guys are genuinely kind people. I'll admit that I usually get a bit anxious/intimidated when going to get work done on my car.. I don't know the first thing about cars and it's pretty obvious! After today however, I can honestly say I feel like I've found a place I can trust unequivocally.The backstory: Had a tire lose pressure this week. I filled it up and figured if it happened again, I'd take it to get looked at. Well, it happened again today. Went to a free air place and tried to fill it myself but it wasn't filling. Tested the air pump on a different tire that wasn't having issues and the broken pump leaked air out of that one too!My experience: Now I'm definitely in a pinch so I pop over to Albert's for the first time. Walked in, was immediately greeted and they got my car in to take a look. Dean, John, and Seth were so kind. Lovely to chat with and they all seemed really positive and happy in general. You know when people are just pleasant to be around? Yeah... that's what you'll get here! One of the guys was singing while he worked and it was just awesome.They found the nail that was hiding in my tire within minutes, had me patched and out the door. Couldn't have been longer than 15 minutes in and out!Now are you ready for the extra bonus? My car had a notification that said I needed to fill up my windshield wiper fluid - they must have seen it when they pulled my car in to take a look at the tire. These guys took the few extra minutes to fill it up for me at no extra cost. I really felt taken care of here and the little things go such a long way. No doubt in my mind that they take care in all of the work they do. The environment they've fostered here is pretty cool.THANKS SO MUCH DEAN, JOHN & SETH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also going to throw this up on Yelp as well :)

Awesome shop, the people were nice and knew what they were doing. They were able to get me in quickly and fixed my car up in a few hours. Will come back if needed.
