I was doing expedited loads in my cargo van. The transmission went out and AAMCO was the nearest place. The guy gave me a price of $4500. I told him I would be to get the cargo van towed in a month a mo th he told me it was ok. I then called back to see how much he would charge to rebuild the transmission, he then said $5500. I said no. Fast forward another month he calls me and says I have two days to move it. I get it auto shipped home and when it arrives THE REAR SIDE PANEL HAS BEEN FORCIBLY REMOVED AND THE TIRE HAS BEEN PUNCTURED BECAUSE THERES A HOLE IN THE SIDEWALL.

I went in because my vehicle was displaying faulty transmission code. I was told to bring the truck back as soon as the code came back on. I did as he asked and was told to make an appointment. I reminded him of this and I believe his name was Brad he was extremely rude. He yelled at me saying I have 36 cars here and everybody wants something different!!. Brad told me to sit and wait where I was left for 45 minutes. I should have left when he was screaming buti thought he would help me despite his rude and sarcastic manner. I obviously did leave, but I'll absolutely never go back. This place lacks customer service.Service: Transmission

They always take great care of me here. It s hard finding someone to work on your car because you don t want someone selling you something you don t need, fixing something wrong, or charging too much. These guys have always treated me extremely well with the best products, service, and price. They re also extremely knowlegable and I m so happy knowing I leave with a safe car! I highly recommend and always refer my friends and family here!

I went to AAMCO Transmission in Monroeville and was totally blown away by the service I received. Brad was absolutely wonderful. He took great care of my car and diagnosed the problem right away. Brad, Kurt, and Evan worked quickly to get my problem resolved. They were professional, polite, and extremely courteous at all times. They, by far, have been the best place I have ever had my vehicle maintenance done. And the price....couldn't beat it !!!! Believe me...you definitely want to take your car here !!!!!!!

The service was terrible, they would not tell me what was wrong with my vehicle as well as they would disclose any info to my warranty company, the warranty company sent out an inspector. Then they tried to charge me $8,000 for a rebuilt transmission and they drove my car several hundred miles after they shop was closed. Terrible shop, would never go there again or advise anyone else to.

This is not a loyal business, it's a scam. They provide no communication, misleading clients and lie to warranty company just to charge customers inflated price. Stay clear of this place unless you have BBB investigation in place. They kept my vehicle for a month while driving it for their advantage. God got his eyes on you, unclean and untrustworthy.

I was in an emergency situation last week on my way to work and my transmission completely stopped. I called around to different places in the Monroeville area, Aamco was the only one that has a flat rate for fixing transmissions, which includes parts and labor. Brad the service manager, was extremely nice and they answered all my questions and took care of my Trailblazer immediately. Absolutely will go back to Aamco for anything that I can.

I took it here to check my closed system transmission system (02) Ford, for a top off or refill. AAMCO gave me an estimate for around$2500 for transmission rebuild and never checked fluid. I'm not sure why, later only to find I could've just got transfer case rebuild$300-$400. Not sure why??? Be smart with a few different estimates!

Had my transmission rebuilt on my 2013 Mazda 3 about a month ago. There were some miscommunication and a typographical error during the process, but everything was resolved. Drove around 2000 miles and haven't had any problems.

DO NOT GO HERE!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! I had the clutch replaced here in July of '19. During this time they told me my transmission looked fine and that only the clutch needed replaced. So, let's jump two months later. My car, my ONLY car, was towed there in September of '19. It is now towards the end of Novemver '19. They said the transmission needs replaced upon the arrival of my car. Funny how you pay $2000 to have one thing fixed and the thing that's "fine" two months prior now needs replaced. Months of waiting and not hearing a word. I have not received a single call from them. Every time I have called for an update I'm told "I haven't found the part yet" and am met with rude rebuttals. I am sick of this. Save yourself the hassle, go somewhere else.

Recently had a problem in the front end of my Mariner and took it to these guys who were excellent,diagnosed that I had a bad front wheel bearing and replaced it in a couple hours,they were polite and knew what they were talking about and didn't tryto sell me something I did not need.I would definetly recommend these guys again !

Excellent service VERY prompt ..they dealt with warranty company so I didn t have to. Work hard for me from day 1. RECOMMEND RECOMMEND RECOMMEND. Thanks guys definitely set the bar

This place was awesome, had me in found the problem and took care of it without any hassle or trying to overcharge. I recommend it to anybody with a transmission problem honestly.
