This place is great, everything runs smoothly and they treat you so well. My husband took my Nissan Rogue in for an inspection and they even sent me a video and explained everything to me! And threw in a free car wash! We've been going here for a few years now and when ready for a new vehicle will definitely shop here.

The entire experience was great. Everyone that I dealt with....from the salesman, to managers, to the finance guy, to the other salesman that helped me learn the features of the car AFTER the purchase, was amazing. Before buying a car, I had some anxiety because all you ever hear are horror stories and that you have to prepare how you will react when they try to up sell you. There was NONE of that with this dealership. The whole process made me so comfortable. I will 100% only ever deal with #1 Cochran Nissan South Hills. They made it easy. I was able to put my anxiety aside and I was actually able to ENJOY the process of getting a new car. 100% fully recommend.

First time ever we almost let inspection expire. Service department got our Leaf done next day. Mechanic realized tires needed rotated. Service advisor didn t charge us for rotation since new cars get free oil change but Nissan Leafs don t have an engine. While checking out new Aurya on the lot I did mention a complaint to a salesman. When we were buying our Leaf we were told Chademo charges are available at Cochran s Nissan stores. It s been frustrating for us that chargers at Cochran South Hiils always have new cars parked in charger spots. Even your employees ignore the signs.

First it took a lot longer than it should, at 4 hours, as the computer was slow to get through it's steps to program my extra key. Then, as they are about to give me a loaner as I would have to come back the next day, then they fixed it just in time. Or so I thought. One of their Techs somehow hit my front and back passenger door with a tire and made a massive long dent....Soooo, I still needed the loaner. It was supposed to be fixed the next day, but their dent guy couldn't come in till the following day. So why the 5 star review? Carson Cook treated my very well during the entire process. They were honest about the dent, as I would have never seen it till after I left. All the other people were nice and considerate as well. If I ever need a new car, this is where I will go.

It is a welcoming inviting place which for me at least has always been on time and on budget. I keep coming back for more. And they take care of all makes and models not just Nissans.

I made an appointment online and was able to still get the $10 off even though I couldn t find a place to put it while signing up like it says. I got there a couple minutes early so I knew I was going to have to wait a little longer than usual but it did not seem like it. They were quick with servicing the car. I recommend going here because every time I go here they have always been extremely nice and helpful!

I ve purchased my last three Nissan s from #1 Cochran of South Hills and I have nothing but the HIGHEST praise for their Sales and Service Teams. I always have my service for anything on my vehicles done by them. They are thorough and make it easy if I am at work or whatever my schedule is they accommodate me. Their mechanics are experts on Nissan products and inform me of everything. Enough said! Thank you for the opportunity!

I just had my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe in for emissions and state inspection. They also did a thorough inspection of the car and sent a video of the same. They also ensured the undercarriage spare was properly inflated. When I picked up my car I discovered that they washed it as well! Thank you, Carson Cook!

My vehicle was inspected by Joseph Zilles he was very professional. I even got sent a video after the visit reviewing what was done. The video even included my tread depth levels and my brake level readings! It was just such a great experience, thanks to everyone at #1 Cochran Nissan South Hills!

Salesman could use some people skills. He essentially told us he will not negotiate and that he sells enough cars he doesn t need to. We ve been car shopping at many dealers over the last few months and this is by far the worst customer service we ve experienced.

If you're in need of a car, bypass everyone and ask for Alan. He was attentive to any and all questions, responded within a few minutes no matter the time of day, and just an overall sincere guy. He made our purchase so easy and enjoyable.

My battery died and AAA told me I needed a new battery. I had to drive directly to my dealer. They were so accommodating even though I did not have an appointment. I asked them to please top offmy fluids since I was traveling a long distance in 2 days. No problem.

Edit to add this dealership has been harassing me for days now over this review. Calls and emails nonstop trying to defend and give excuses that are untrue, no "other options" were offered, the service was awful and unprofessional. Your response is a lie and the person responding wasn't even there for the interaction in question. I told them to stop contacting me and they continued to email me until I literally had to block them. This is insane and unprofessional. Be better.Awful to deal with, classic used car salesman rip off artists. We both have bought cars through Cochran and neither of will ever be doing business with Cochran ever again. Tried to charge my girlfriend (with exceptional credit, who's been a Cochran customer for over a decade) THOUSANDS over bluebook and told us "there's really no room to do anything". Absolute slime balls.

I have been a customer here for almost 10 years. I have leased my last 3 cars through this dealership. My current lease is up this month and I wanted to buy it out but these salesmen were trying to tell me that my car was still worth thousands more than it actually is. They spit a bunch of lies when I initially leased the car and told me it would make so much sense to buy it out. The older salesman was very rude and dismissive when I voiced my concerns about the price. I will never do business with any cochran dealership ever again.They say the provided alternative options but they showed me no alternative option other than getting into a new lease which was $150 higher per month than what I had been paying. When I said I could not afford it that was it. I was never spoken to about used cars or lower priced leases.

#1 Cochran Nissan South Hills Service department made scheduling service online for my Sentra very easy. Also, once again, they provided the service, completed the service and explained the service in a timely, efficient and professional manner. The bonus was the low cost that they also discounted. When your car needs service, I recommended giving #1 Cochran Nissan South Hills Service department a try.

I m old, frugal and hate buying a car, but my first-time car-buying experience at #1 Cochran Nissan SH was actually pleasant. Salesperson Yvonne Pavlik was helpful, pleasant and not pushy. She found the only car that could work for me and manager Ryan Firestone made the numbers work. I crossed a river to make this deal. Is there a higher compliment in Pgh?

Brought the vehicle in for a wheel replacement and inspection. They had the car for nearly a week, and gave it back with the check engine light still on. Staff was friendly and communicative, and did give us a loaner vehicle for the last couple days, but the whole thing was inconvenient, and there is still some issue with the vehicle.
