They washed my car, checked the alignment, battery and alternator, rotated my wheels, changed oil and filter for only $168.87, my car looks and drives like new

We had the air compressor fixed on our Nissan Armada recently. We were waiting on the part and Patrick kept us updated on the status. We had a few questions and called Patrick to ask and he was always extremely kind and helpful. When the part came in, Patrick called and got us in right away. Our car was done and out the door in under 2 hours! We were extremely pleased. We will be fulfilling all of our Nissan needs with #1 Cochran Nissan and hope to see Patrick in the future. He is a WONDERFUL employee.

Would not recommend. Ordered two radios both would not work. Why I would not recommend is I was never contacted on the third radio that was apparently ordered, no voicemails returned. When asked about my service through text, still no answers. Had to go to a dealership 1.5 hours away instead with better service.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

My first experience of utilizing the service department was awesome. They stood by their vehicle and took the time to fix what was not working properly. Very happy to be a part of Cochran's family!!!Thanks to my advisor Steve and my technician Jim. (Hope I got the names correct). Very happy customer......

Drive up service (for oil changes and quick fixes) is SLOW. Like insanely slow. Employees are always friendly.

I have been trying to get ahold of the parts department for a week and still can talk to anyone and they will not return my calls. Not professional at all being I can t even talk to anyone about anything I need.
