The service department at the South Hills location did an excellent job. My oil change was done quickly, and since I told them I was going on a long trip, they took time to do a multi-point inspection of the entire car to ensure that I'd be safe. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. I'd like to give a special shout out to Jay, the mechanic who did the work on my car!

I am very appreciative of the excellent service received at Hyundai recently. When I arrived at the Liberty Avenue garage, Garrett explained the needed repairs and found me a ride home since these were lengthy modifications in response to recalls.When I returned later in the day, I did not recognize my vehicle with its "new car shine." ... so nice of you guys!My car is running beautifully. I've been taking my car here for service for years and have typically had a good experience. However, I recently brought my car in for a scheduled inspection and was encouraged that my wanting to wait was "probably not a good idea" and convinced to go home. I was then called at the end of the day and told that my rear wipers were bad despite not having rear wipers on my car along with some other minor issues. I was told these things at 5:58PM, 2 minutes before they closed and told I could just give them my card over the phone and come pick up the car whenever. I refused to do this and I went back the next day to talk about how there was a mix up with my car and no explanation was given. I was also not given my discount for scheduling online and was rushed out of the office without even being walked to my car. I understand things happen but no one seemed to think it was a good idea to try to make things right with me. I probably won't be back.

I absolutely loved Yvonne and all she did for me while looking for a new car. She was super informative, kind, and understanding. Her bosses and financial rep in training were amazing as well. They helped work with my budget and gave me an awesome deal. Just didn t love one of the men who did not listen to my wants and needs as far as my lease went and made me feel bad for not being able to afford more a month. Times are hard, but I d recommend Yvonne any day!!

The experience from this dealership was great. Very clean, great car selection, good test-drive experience. Yvonne was especially great. She kept in constant communication and was very helpful and transparent through the process.

Even though I'm completely legal. Since I don't have a greencard, the staff said get a greencard and come. He even accused me of theft and said, "How will the bank know if you will take the money and run away?" Afterwards, I went to Tesla and they took very good care of me and I bought a new Tesla car. I don't know why the staff did such a thing, but I will take this issue to the end. . The employee treated me very badly because my English was not good. In fact, when he was going to write my name in the credit check, he said jokingly, "Should I write your name or your friend's name?" I will initiate legal proceedings against that employee. It is not an acceptable situation. Who are you to blame me?

Originally had an inspection appointment set for a Tuesday at 10:00am. When i arrived the power and internet were down so the service dept asked if i could reschedule for Wednesday at 10am. I agreed and dropped my car off at 10 am Wednesday. My inspection only needed 2 tires and a taillight bulb. They called me at end of day and advised I needed the tires, and that my car would not be until Thursday morning. When i finally got my car home Thursday, my fianc� noticed that my taillight was out.I have a big issue with me having an appointment time set for 10am and just because i drop off my car instead of wait, my appointment time meant nothing apparently. An inspection with 2 new tires does not take all day to complete. Keeping my car overnight for a simple service was a big inconvenience. Also not happy that my car had a burnt out tail light immediately following my appointment. I was at risk of getting pulled over all night until I could fix the bulb myself the following day even though i paid for it.Im summary, the quality of work was fine. But when you make an appointment time, the work should be done the same if you are waiting or dropping off. My time is just as valuable as a waiter. Also unacceptable to send a customer home with a burnt out taillight after overpaying for the bulb and installation to begin with. I will take my car somewhere else now that it is not covered under warranty.

Called last Monday to schedule a follow-up for my inspection. I was told they could not schedule me for several weeks, but to "just come in this Friday, we're not busy that day". So I asked why they would not just schedule me for a time if they're not busy. They couldn't (or wouldn't) because.... "it's not set up like that."So I went in today and they asked me what time my appointment was for. When I informed them about the phone call earlier in the week they told me they were now "very busy", because for whatever reason they were willing to schedule other people after my phone call.They still took me today, and it took them almost ninety minutes to measure the tread on my brand new tires and check the undercarriage for my inspection.

Never ever use this dealership at all! I purchased my car there and now totally regret the decision.Totally not customer friendly! They definitely don't stand by their products and have no compassion at all!Proves that the place i spent$37,000 for my car does not care!I also felt discriminated against since I am a transgender woman. I can read body language.It was one of the worst experiences i have had in my life. I have cancer and it didn't help at all.

My overall experience with buying my new Tucson at #1 Cochran was excellent. In particular, Yvonne Pavlik, my salesperson was terrific. She was a pleasure to work with. The only negative was getting a hard sell on buying various extended warranty packages from the finance manager when closing the purchase.

Couldn t be happier with my new Santa Fe! Yvonne has been helping my family for years and I couldn t imagine having anyone else help me with my new lease. She was extremely informative about the best deals and was constantly in touch with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. She goes above and beyond for her customers and #1 Cochran is lucky to have her! Go see her, she s the best!

I dropped my Hyundai Venue off at Hyundai of South Hills Sunday evening, to be inspected on Monday morning. The service technician reached out to me every step of the way. Communication was excellent and my vehicle was completed by 10:00am. I always have a great experience at this dealership.

I was treated in a friendly professional way upon dropping off my vehicle. The rep called me to report the items that needed attention for the inspection and explained in detail the price of each service. When leaving, he walked out to the lot with me to make sure my car was not blocked in. I commend my rep and tell you that he is a value to your business.

I came in for a service for a recall on my vehicle. Everyone was really kind and attentive. Garrett assisted me with the entire process and he made sure to communicate with me every step of the way ! Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a service department. They had my car for 8 MONTHS and couldn t figure out what was wrong with it. Ryan s communication was horrible until I got Hyundai corporate involved. Even Hyundai Corporate made comments on how they were not answering their calls or emails. They were simply not working on my car at all. I know this because I had to come pick something up from my car and it was quadrupole parked in their underground parking lot. Ryan would get very smart on the phone when I would ask for updates telling me if I didn t like it to come pick my car up. How can I pick my car up when it s in limp mode? Isn t the dealership supposed to know how to fix their brand s car? They tried blaming it on a minor accident when I hit a deer but these SAME CODES AND ISSUES happened 2 years prior from when I hit a deer. After 8 months waiting on them to fix it, I decided to just come pick it up and take it back to another mechanic. The other mechanic had my car fixed THE SAME DAY WITH 0 ISSUES SINCE. Avoid Ryan and this service department at all costs as they have 0 idea what they are doing. Worst customer service and service department, look at all the other bad reviews as they all say the same thing. I hope this helps someone else because I wished I knew this before taking my car there.

I have been pleased with my service experiences for my Hyundai at Cochran South Hills, both for regular oil service as well as for the recall work that was required. The staff have conducted themselves professionally, including Jay and Garrett. I do hope that they will be able to increase their capacity in the near future, as the primary challenge is securing an appointment.

I was happy with the service to change my oil. I wasn't happy that my appointment was scheduled to get a recall fixed. When I got there was told I had it done in June2023. The problem is I took a day off work that I didn't need too. I got.. my letter from Hyundai in Nov 2023 for the recall after it was already fixed which I didn't remember from June.

I came on the incorrect date for an inspection and oil change. As I had moved things around to make this appointment, I was pleasantly surprised when Ian M offered to squeeze me in. He also helped me with some technical difficulties I was having with my device even though he was on a break-they were busy overall.The service was completed in an unexpectedly short amount of time. I could not have asked for a better experience!

My saleman Jeremy was fantastic. We test drove 4 vehicles and he knew the answers to all my questions for each. Professional and personable.The finance manager Anthony was very thorough and didn't rush thru the paperwork, even though it was after closing time.My 3rd car purchase thru Cochran and I'll be back next time I'm in the market.

Garrett our service rep did a very good job keeping us informed about the progress of our repair of our tucson hybrid . However a repair that was over a week in duration a loaner vehicle was never available.
