(Out of town reviewer)Nice clean location with ample space to sit and get your work done (with FREE BEVERAGES!!) while you wait for your car. Folks seem really nice. I came in for a problematic brake light issue and after three trips finally got it resolved. I drive long distance a couple times a month so they suggested some extra safety measures that needed to be refreshed. I can only WARN out of town people from bigger cities that no Hyundai servicer near me, including this location, had any appointment slots for service for a month+ (which im learning is Pitt problem) so I had try walking in a couple times to fix the issue. Thanks Carson and Chris!

Had a 10am appointment to get the driverside inside door handle replaced because my dad some how managed to break it in half. They said they were swamped and it would probably be 2.5 to 3hrs. They had it done in under an hour!However the first appointment to get it repaired was a waste because they hadn't even ordered the part yet and the appointment was made 2-4 weeks in advance. They claimed they had to see it before ordering the part.

The 5 star is based SOLELY on the service department. GREG, CHRIS, RYAN, rock it each and every time one of our vehicles need service. They find the time and space to make it happen. Always keep you updated and informed. Never been disappointed...Now, with that having been said. I entered today from the front street entrance. A young lady wearing a burgundy top, and long brown hair, was sitting behind front counter. She WAS way to busy on her phone, to greet me, direct me, let alone even acknowledge i existed. IF this is the job, i want to apply..i went to the service area, saw my 5 STAR service team, got my keys and paperwork. I decided to stop in the showroom and browsed over the white ioniq5 and red sante fe on the show floor.. NOT once did any of the salesman bother to get off their backside and walk out and engage me. 3 different individuals doing nothing from my perspective...I know they work commission, so it befuddles me why none cared to see" what I'm interested in". Ive had 4 different Hyundai, so i intend to stay brand loyal. OBVIOUSLY, 3:30 pm on a Thursday isn't high volume sales, but why not see what might happen...Time to look for a new dealership for the sale, and just let the GREAT SERVICE TEAM do the rest...As for the saleteam, just keep playing with your phones and see how that works out...

I had my car towed to this establishment where I bought my car. It arrived thurday 8-25-22. I called the service department and they could not guarantee when they could look at it. They said maybe next week on Wednesday. I work and don't have another car. The gentleman Chris kept saying I am sorry maam first come first serve, we have 10 cars in front of you first come first serve! What a canned response. I did call the Hyandai customer center and opened a case against this business. I will never buy another Hyundai again. This business does not care about a person's circumstances and does not even try to know. I will advise people to go elsewhere and not here

I just had a horrible experience with Pep Boys that lasted over 2 months. These guys got my car in quickly, identified the problem right away, and I was back on the road running great again. They've got my business.

There way to high .....I went there to have my Nissan checked wouldn't start ....they told me it was my battery ....in which I just purchased at auto a month ago ....ok fast forward They replace battery but never give my battery back ....The next day I called auto zone .... You see if they can give me a refund on the battery they sold me that was supposedly bad according to number one Cochran. So I returned the number one Cochran to ask cells clerk what happened to my battery and why it was not putting my car. The sales clerk called back to the mechanical technician and they acted as if they didn't know what happened to the battery. My also needed a control transmission switch which operates the shifting the gears so I was charged $1, 400 for the battery and the shifter for the transmission... My point being said they're very overpriced and I feel that they sold my battery when I went back the next day dishonest... I've been a loyal customer since I bought the car but would I recommend anyone to go there no cuz they're going to rip you off.. very dissatisfied and upset with the service I received.... Very dishonest all about money... Very sad

Have a rattle in both doors and a whistling that comes in my cabin. Detailing job was horrible and they damaged my paint. If you like your car, don't take it here.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Car waxingServices: General repairs & maintenance, Car waxing
