Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Went in and talked to the sales rep Joe Miranda . He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and proved amazing customer service through the entire process. I would 10/10 recommend this dealership if you are looking for a great experience without any kind of pressure sales tactics. They are straight forward and don t hide things in the fine print. Go in and ask for Joe if you want your next car buying experience to be easy, smooth, and fantastic!!!!!!!

This was one of my best experiences in the four vehicles we bought at Cochran! Joe went above and beyond to help me get what I was looking for. He was highly respectful and listened to my situation. The sales managers and finance were equally great to work with. The process from the minute I said yes to the finish was excellent and quick!

Service manager was friendly and even got me a shuttle ride home so I didn't have to wait. They washed my truck and provided excellent service. I will use them again to service my truck.

I was very happy that they could get my truck in on short notice and that they had the parts in stock to fix my issue. They had my truck in and fixed in no time. I will certainly get repairs done there in the future.

An amazing experience all around! Bill is so kind and keeps things simple! He made sure that I was able to get the color Envision I wanted even though it meant bringing one in from Youngstown to Robinson! On top of that, he took his time to explain all the details with me. later on, Taerice was so helpful with walking me through all the details of my new car!!! A wonderful experience all around!

By far the worst experience I had here by far. The service Secretary was rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment I arrived 15min early. It took 2 hour for state and emission inspection just for the tech to send me a video thru text to tell me a license plate light is out. Then took another half hour to replace it. I Was told they had loaner vehicles thru text and that they would get back to me in a timely matter. This text was received on February 12, 2024. No one ever got back in touch with me. Until I returned back March 17 2024. I then spoke with the secretary and she responded rudely and aggressively. Needless to say I still haven t got a definitive answer about a loaner vehicle. I need a loaner vehicle so that I ca. drop off my vehicle and get transmission and electrical checked. I do have Easy Care I didn t think it would be this difficult to do preventative care on my vehicle that is covered by Easy Care

This was the worst customer experience I've ever had!! They had my truck for almost 5 months. I was understanding that the strike impacted part availability but their communication was downright horrible & they didn't even try to accommodate my giant inconvenience. I had to call the GMC complaint line to get a rental car covered and Cochran didnt give me as much as a complimentary oil change or car wash the entire time. The extended warranty only covers the parts & labor but I still had to pay for a transmission flush (which could've been something they could've covered as well). I will never go back to this dealership & I will never buy a GMC vehicle again. This entire situation was just so inconveniencing and unacceptable. They need to do better.

I had an oil change and tires rotated. It was a very positive experience from the beginning.Christie was friendly and helpful. She told me about my GMAC rewards, which I was unaware of and because of that I received a free oil change. Everything was like clockwork. Highly recommend.

Car dropped off night before for 8: 30 appt. I was told would be 2.5 hours. Noone called and service never picked out for 2 hours!!! I had to drive up to see it was done before you closed! I will choose another GMC dealership for all my service needs

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! On Saturday February 3rd 2024, I drove 260 miles round trip to purchase a 2017 GMC Sierra and after them checking my perfect credit score, they came back and told me that they did not have the vehicle title in hand. Therefore, saying I would need to drive another 260 miles round trip to finish the purchase. Also, I was not permitted to take the truck home on Saturday if I was to continue with the purchase and had agreed to return the following weekend to complete the paperwork. I was very disappointed there was no apology or was offered any kind for compensation for the aggravation and inconvenience I went through or had I agreed to come back to finish the purchase. If I was able give no star rating, I would have.

Making the appointment was easily accomplished online. Was disappointed that I was given a $10 "coupon" for making my appt online, but was not permitted to use it as I used 2 coupons that were mailed to me for discounts on oil change and wiper blades. I did not see any statements about limit on number coupons. I had my oil changed, but the digital tracking of oil life was not reset, I had to ask for this to be done. If the sevice tech is not going to reset the tracker then they should put a windshield sticker identifying when oil was changed. I was promised a car wash with service when I purchased car, but more times than not I do not get this service and when I ask for my car to be washed, there is always an excuse as to why it was not done. I had an inspection and tires were rotated, by air pressure iessedn tires was not addressed and when I asked for air to be added received another excuse why it was not done and no effort to accommodate. When you spend hundreds of dollar for service to maintain your vehicle, I think customer service could be better.

When my car was returned to me the tire traction light was on. I went in to have my battery replaced. I called several times and no one has returned my call yet. Otherwise, I don t have many complaints and I will consider returning in the future.

The communication sucks ! I brought my car in for a diagnostic which was ran at 11am (they sent a picture) I didn t get a call about it untill 4:30pm they then proceed to tell me they are fighting with Easy care (warranty) to the work that needs done covered ! The advisor never answered the phone resulting in it taking 2-3 so get in touch to even order the car piece .I turn around and pay 1500 because it wasn t covered (which is fine) for me to go pick up my car and it had the same issues I came with and was told once it sat new codes came up.. now I have to wait 3 more days to have it inspected after I was just told it was ready for pick up ! I wasn t contacted until end of the day the next day AFTER I was told it was ready with new problem my car sat in the dealership for a week already.

shortly after leaving I noticed the hinge on my driver's side door was rubbing, so now the door catches every time I open it. I went back to show Tim in service, the auto body person is out on vacation, so I have to come back next week, Tim said he would get it fixed

I ve had nothing short of an amazing experience at the Kia Cochran of Robinson. The staff there goes above and beyond. After only 5 months after being in our amazing new carnival A bus hit my husband and totaled the car. There were no injuries thank god but the team at Kia went above and beyond to locate the exact make and model of the van which would otherwise be on back order untill the summer. I will never purchase a car anywhere else. The manager Mile Reiderer located the car and had it delivered from WV. He is great. Our sales team member Dawn Wilson was wonderful and explained everything we needed to know. our financial guy Eric cathcart explained everything in such amazing detail and talked us through every single thing. And last but certainly not least Jocelin Herstek who was our previous sales team member now a financial apprentice helped us every step of the way answering every single text and call to can my fears and help guide us while waiting for the car even tho it was technically no longer her job. I am just so grateful for the people who work at this dealership!

Took my vehicle to have a specific concern diagnosed in the service department, they go over the vehicle, components that did not relate to the reason I had dropped it off. They take a video, mind you the vehicle is 17 years old, point out there was rust under with and some other leaks that were going to be addressed by us at a later time. He then proceeds to tell me that they don t, want to be involved with a vehicle in that condition , and that I can pick it up. I have had many vehicles serviced there, with no issue. I have also purchased multiple vehicles from #1 Cochran. After this experience in the service department, I may think twice before considering any further business with this dealership.

I wish I have had better experiences here because the people are very nice. However, they have very poor communication. This has resulted in me having to take off work more than once to drive there multiple times due to their errors. Now I am waiting for a part that I was told was going to be ordered, I waited 3 weeks and still no one ordered the part. I have taken my car here only 2 times and both times have resulted in me taking extra time off work because of their mistakes.

I had a car get service recently and was basically forced into a $180 diagnostic charge, despite knowing exactly what was wrong. Zero customer service skills, they don't listen to what you say and certainly don't care. Read the other low reviews, all say the same thing!!!Please take your vehicle to another shop, this place is beyond subpar. Ignore the bogus automated response below my post from them, read the other reviews and don't go to this place.

Very first time owner of a GMC car, (it s used) walked in and they acted very annoyed that I had questions about a squeaky seat. Showed them a service butteltin that might be the cause and they acted very dismissive rather then interested in my problem. I ll let them do my oil change but would rather give another GMC dealer the 180 diagnostic fee if it comes to that.

Came in to have an oil change done to my vehicle. The oil change was done in a very timely manner. I was out of the service department in under an hour. The gentleman that I dealt with was courteous and friendly. Would highly recommend!
