If I could give a 10 star I would! Great people to work with, excellent quality work, great customer service explained absolutely everything they were going to do on my Jeep. Definitely recommend Gary's Auto Body. I also like supporting local businesses. Thank you.First pictures are after it was repaired

Took my new truck here to have a line-X spray in bed liner installed. Arrived to pick up my truck after the service had been completed. Found the liner they installed to be sub par considering the $750 price tag. Voiced my concern with the runs, blotches and still wet parts of the liner with the owner. They agreed to peel it out and redo it. Take 2 arrived to pick up my truck the 2nd time. The liner was better this time...still not perfect. There was clumps on the tailgate they just cut out and put repair compound on it instead of replacing the whole liner on the whole panel. The scratched paint In the tailgate jamb and nick on the back of the cab was enough to make me sick in the stomach considering they were trusted with a 70k brand new truck with less than 400mi. on it. I highly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else. This was the 3rd truck I have had a line-x liner installed in and by far this is the worst. I wouldn't trust these people with a tricycle let alone a brand new truck.Service: Body & Trim

100% recommend. Worked with me on an estimate, got me in in a timely manner, incredibly polite. Even washed my car. Can't thank y'all enough. (Original review was for fender/driver side door)Update 5/4/22-Went in again to have the last of the damage repaired and they did another incredible job on my bumper. Still absolutely recommend. They got me in ASAP, made me aware of pricing change, and drop off + pick up was simple and to the point. Thank you guys again!

Amazing customer service!! I will never go anywhere else. Had my moms car repaired and everyone was so friendly. Not only did they do a great job with the repair but it was completed timely and they did an excellent job communicating throughout the entire process. They go above and beyond. Update 15July2019. Upgraded from 2 - 4 stars. They were very understanding and still easy to work with. It is apparent they really do strive to do great work, and their repair was the epitome of their dedication to happy customers. They are definitely worthy of your business.Customer service is good, line-x is nice, but the messed up my truck's accessories 3 different times.Scheduled line-x for my 2018 Sierra and told them I had a tool box in the bed of my truck, explaining it was a bed box that covered the whole bed of the truck. They informed me it would be no big deal. I show up to the appointment last year (I waited so long to give ample opportunity to make a good impression) and was informed they were not aware of the size and scope of removing the box may be but will try anyway. I provided then with the manufacturer's instructions on installing the box and they said they will give it a try. An hour later they said they were unable to remove the box without lots of extra time added to the bill. They gave me the option of paying $65 an hour to remove it and the can try to do it at the end of the day (because they had other appointments to get to) or they can put it back together and I could reschedule with them to remove the box or bring it back having removed it myself. I chose to bring it back after I removed it.I get home and notice it does not sit flat anymore, then, upon closer examination, found the bolts were loose, cross threaded, and son bindings stripped out. I called back and the agreed to repair the damages.After having the damages repaired (they tightened the bolts, but the box still wouldn't sit flat anymore) I took them at their word they fixed everything correctly... Which they did not. They used power tools which was warned against in the instructions they were to reference because of the high potential to cross thread and strip out the mounting hardware, which is exactly what happened. I had to tighten more nuts that were left loose the second time myself, and was determined not to return.After about a year I decided to give them one final try... Again very disappointed.I removed the box myself and found the way they 'fixed' my cross threaded bolts was by removing the bad ones and replacing them with ones that are hidden elsewhere leaving the box incomplete. It took me about 35 mins to remove the box myself, not the hour or two they were taking ( it's 12 bolts, 4 nuts, and two axle bolts). I took a deep breath, said I will install it Correctly when it's done, and took the truck in for the appointment.Everything seemed to go well. They we're courteous, professional, and did a fantastic job... Until I just went to install my tie-down brackets. These go in oval slots that are covered with a plastic/rubber plug that you pop out to use, then reinstall when not in use. They covered these plugs with line-x rendering them immovable and leaving me unable to use my tie-down eyes. I called asking why they did that and was told that's what they do unless specifically told by the customer not to do it. I, being unaware of this practice, was unable to tell them not to cover these holes which I believe are important for the accessories that use them. They said they would have someone cut them out, but it won't be for 2 weeks, making my moving next week rather tricky as I now need to find another way to secure my items.So, I have given them three opportunities to do well and leave me feeling my money was well spent, and three times they returned my truck with the truck or accessories less useful than they were prior to their service.They do make it look nice though.

The worst!! Went there not by my choice to get my front grill repaired! Went to pick up my car and see your team looking at my car and the guys comeing in and say they have a major problem. The manager comes in and says just from being cleaned my windshield like that. I contact them hour later, letting them know my windshield is screwed up. Take it back down and say it came that way, no it didn't. Why did your team wash my car and your team all come into you about and act like it nothing. Then they say I have to replace the windshield that they didn't do it. Then say I am not paying for the damge that happen there then say well I got to do what I got to do because they didn't do it but i have witnesses of them looking at my car when i went to pick it up. So i will have to do what i got to do but glad i got witnesses watch everyone looking at my cat windshield and picture of them doing it.. horrible place will never recommend them. Watch when you drop your car off, they will clean it and ruin your car, then say it wasn't them, but even tho there whole team say they did it. Never gave them permission to wash my car only wanted the front grill repaired. Horrible!

Took our car to have the front grill replaced on our car after someone backed into us. They clear coated our windshield. Went back the next day and was told they would take care of it. Then they say they aren t taking care of it, that we need a new windshield. And if we wanted them to replace the windshield we could sue them. My family has known Gary for years and this isn t how he used to run this business. Don t take your car here.Service: Body & Trim

When you walk up to your repaired vehicle and question if it's even your's...that means the work is AMAZING. Estimated 6 days of work, finished in 5. If you need body work done, Gary's is the place to go!

My vehicle was involved in an accident and I selected Gary's to do the repairs. They worked directly with my insurance company and contacted me about the estimate, the work that needed to be done, estimate on when the work would begin and when the car would be completed. I got the vehicle back on Friday, several days before estimated, which was a wonderful surprise. The work looks fantastic! Thank you to Ethan, Heather and everyone else that had a hand in fixing up my car! I was even able to return my rental vehicle to them, which was very convenient! Just a note on the current state of time it takes to get body work done, NO MATTER WHERE YOU TAKE IT, it's going to be a while!! ALL body shops are backed up due to a larger than normal number of claims and continued issues with supply chain on parts and available labor. They were absolutely amazing at making a terrible experience less terrible. Gary and his wife couldn't have been kinder to my young children and I. We got into a wreck on the highway halfway to Massachusetts from South Carolina after the death of my father. I was an emotional nightmare and when the tow truck came, the gentleman made it easy to transfer the kids and carseats safely to their truck. My children loved the truck... At the garage, we were very comfortable waiting for the status of the vehicle. When it was undrivable, they did not hesitate to help out by getting a rental car dropped off so I could get to my family. Honestly, I didn't even have time to panic before they had a solution to my problem. We ended up having to leave the car at the shop for over a month. They were so understanding and helpful. I am tremendously grateful that they responded to my accident as they made what could have been a stressful situation easy for me and exciting/fun for the kids. I was also thankful I had some change to get the kids a snack...

I just got my truck back from Gary's after they LineX'd the bed, rocker panels and wheel arches on my Ford F250. They did an unbelievable job and I couldn't be happier with the results. The time and effort they put into the prep work was really over the top and it shows. Top notch work that I've already received compliments on. Thank you!

I called this place for an estimate on my car and the man on the phone said come on over we can do that. So I did. When I got to the office a female was there that said we don't do that unless you're getting the work done here, which no one asked me that on the phone. So I said I was willing to pay for their time (20.00) as I needed it for an upcoming trial for a case of road rage against a girl who kicked a dent in my car. They ended up giving it to me and didn't take my money but she was NOT NICE to me....at all.

Family owned company that treat their customers like family. I've had my car here many times for different reasons, tires, oil changes and of course auto body repairs. If you're not happy about a repair, they'll make it right! A+ customer service and satisfaction!
