Want to give my compliments to this dealership. Ian was my salesman and he was extraordinarily friendly and knowledgeable from the moment I asked about the Audi E-Tron for sale. He came in on his day off to provide his services and I can t thank him enough. Everyone at the dealership was professional and welcoming. The Audi E-Tron I inquired about was as described and I am absolutely in love with the vehicle. The price was reasonable and I didn t feel like they weren t 100% transparent with me. Highly recommend stopping by here and checking out a vehicle in your budget!

I had the best & honestly easiest experience with Videon, my salesman Tom & finance Chris. Upon entering I was greeted by a lovely smile & welcome. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable & listened. Tom went above & beyond pretty late in his evening to get me into my new Suburban. The transition from one car to another was seemless. I would recommend Videon & will definitely keep them in mind for the future. Thank you Videon team!

Everyone at the dealership was more than friendly and helpful.Mark was my favorite! We have been in contact for several months trying to find the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. He understood the specific "look" of the vehicle I wanted and did not try to persuade me into another vehicle like other dealerships have prior. I trust him and will be returning with my work truck purchase.Very happy customer!

The service department is terrible! Called on Monday 2/19 to schedule an appointment for an oil change. I was told no appointment was needed as they have an express lane. I went in for the oil change today Friday 2/23 and was told they aren t offering the express lane this week and I d need an appointment. When I explained I just called Monday that same week and the excuse I was given was We have had a lot of turn over this week . I am not shocked with how unorganized this place is. I ve also been waiting on a call from the service manger since November.I was willing to buy another car today for my wife since our salesman Ian was so great but the service department has changed my mind.

This was BY FAR the best car buying experience I have had. The staff at Videon was completely open, honest, transparent and friendly. Absolutely EVERYTHING they said would happen, happened. There was no bait and switch...there was ZERO high pressure. This is how car buying should be. They worked extra hard to get all of the rebates for which I would qualify. Absolutely excellent. The next time I'm looking for a vehicle, I'm looking to Videon first.

Tom gave me the best car shopping experience I ve ever had, he was so down to earth and real to work with. He didn t beat around the bush and gave me a great deal on my trade in and the monthly payment I wanted without making me feel like I was having to nickel and dime them like most dealerships do. The finance guy Chris was so cool and was able to hook me up. This was a night and day experience from any other dealership and if you want a smooth pleasant experience Tom is your guy! I was so happy with my new car and experience I brought my husband in the next day and he was able to work out a deal for him as well! Traded his car in, and we came home with a new Trax and a new TrailBlazer. All without breaking the bank! Love love love this dealership. Thanks again!

My husband, Ed, and I have been looking for a truck for a while and it was so nice to go into a dealership where the employees like, Phil Branford were extremely professional. The minute we walked in the door we were treated with respect from everyone that worked in this establishment. Although a little nervous about buying a $85000 vehicle sigh unseen from a dealership hundred of miles away, I have to say it was probably one of the very best buying experiences of my life!! Wesley went above and beyond to answer my questions and to expedite and simplify the buying process. He even arranged for the shipping of my vehicle to my front door. I could not have chosen a better dealership to deal with. I strongly recommend this dealership if you re in the market for an automobile.John Dean

I have never spent less time at a dealership buying a car. And I had a trade in. Ian and the team at Videon made my buying experience seamless and relaxing... Had an emergency break clip ordered and installed on my vehicle along with an oil change. Videon was very flexible with me as it related to dropping off my vehicle and picking it up. The customer service people were great. I was able to do everything over phone and pick up the vehicle at my convenience.Thank you for great service

I had an absolutely incredible experience purchasing my car from Videon Chevrolet. Keo was the best sales person I have ever dealt with and I have been purchasing new cars since 2002. He made it super easy, and was available for any question I had. When I got the dealership I was greeted by Matt, the GM and he was so easy to talk to and made me feel welcome. Keo made my experience unforgettable! Chris from Finance was awesome too, very easy to talk to and made my signing of paperwork enjoyable! Videon Chevy is the best!!!!!!

As a 21 year old female who isn t too bright when it comes to cars my fianc� helped me with the decision on buying my car So I decided on taking the chance with videon Chevrolet. At videon Chevrolet Phil made it such an easy process, explained everything in perfect detail, and he was by far the best sales person I have ever spoke to. I drove almost 2 hours away for my car and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I definitely recommend!!!! (Also there are so many nice things I could say about how amazing my experience was)

Okay so my sales person was excellent, I have absolutely 0 complaints about the process other than negotiating, but I don t think I anyone likes that piece when buying a vehicle. Either way I purchased a used terrain low mileage literally appeared garage kept. After about 2 weeks of having it home, everytime I would break, the breaks squeal. I have not only a factory warranty but also an extended warranty I paid for. I waited 2 or so weeks thinking that since they just replaced the breaks that maybe it was just break dust well about 2 more weeks went by and the squealing persisted so I called the dealership and for them to do diagnostics on the vehicle alone was almost $200 and the only way that would be covered is if it was something covered under my warranty. So essentially if they could get out of taking fault for the issue that $200 was on me plus the repair on a car I just spend over 4K on a down payment on, and drove off the lot less than a month prior to calling the service dept.Again sales was great the rest I m not pleased with.

The only thing I didn't approve with this dealership was that I couldn't get the onstar working until a month later. The wifi/data still had problems connecting. Shop Around for Financing 1st, cause the financing department tried to tell me the wrong information. But I knew better and called the bank in front of them, You never have to go with their Financing Bank Be Smart Choose Wisely

Leaking sunroof caused by manufacturer at the time of production. The problem was diagnosed and Videon installed a brand new sunroof. I had made arrangements for a rental car anticipating the car being in for three days. It took longer than expected and the service manager waived the rental car charges.These people stand behind their sales and do the right thing.Greatly appreciate the superior service and customer care.A++++

From the first phone call to driving our purchase off the lot, we had a great experience at Videon Chevrolet in Phoenixville. We came to Videon with a specific used car in mind. The car is in excellent condition; clean, well maintained, and mechanically sound. The Videon team offered the car at a fair price and worked with our older trade-in. Our sales associate, Phil, was personable and professional throughout the buying process. He answered all our questions and thoroughly explained the buying process. He helped us navigate the insurance transfer with patience. The final signing was easy and fast. In the end, we got exactly what we needed. We highly recommend Videon Chevrolet!
