The guys at my United have always taken great care of me. They know me by name, and I trust them. Plus they do great work on my car! I've been going there for at least 15 or more years. I won't go anywhere else.

All the work these guys have done for my car has been awesome. What makes them really stand out is Mike. I have never left an expensive car service in a good mood, but Mike has a way to make it fun. He explains things so simply and matter-of-fact that I don t feel stupid or taken advantage of. He has a great sense of humor, is so kind and personable, and is really smart. The place is clean and comfy with a big pretty fish tank, too!

We had four new tires and alignment performed for my Audi A6. Alex presented 5 options of tires at various prices and suggested what set he would go with based on previous customer reviews and if it was his family driving on the tires. Work was performed quickly and professionally and I got a great price. I will come back for sure

I had a great experience with United Tire today. Mike was helpful and very nice, both over the phone and in person. They were able to patch my tire within the hour that I arrived and I believe the price was fair. As a woman I can be apprehensive about doing any car-related things alone, but nobody tried to upsell me anything or take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. I ll definitely return next time I need a similar service!

Honest, helpful and reliable service! State inspection service is incredibly smooth first time in YEARS that I don t have to dread a surprise bill when getting my car inspection. Very flexible to get an appointment near the end of the month and their amazing staff are so friendly and incredibly helpful!

I was in to get my tire repaired, but needed a replacement. They don t have it in stock. Understandable since it s a rare car with snow tires. They gladly researched replacement for me. No pressure good customer service. I didn t end up using their service for reasons of my own. But experience was good !

This place is great. The staff are super accommodating without pressuring you into anything. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I'll be returning. Thank you, Jake and Mike for getting me in and out so quickly.

New to the area and searched for a trustworthy car repair service. I chose United Tire based on positive online reviews and they lived up to it. Got both my family cars serviced the same day. Very friendly, professional and prices were reasonable. Will be using for all my automotive needs going forward.

I am very pleased with my experience. I showed up at almost 5pm on Thanksgiving Eve. Mike was quick to greet me and assured me that my late arrival was not a problem. He explained the process and quickly had someone look at the tire. Fortunately they were able to repair rather than replace. No one tried to sell me tires or scare me in to replacing anything. I felt very comfortable there which was partly due to the beautiful fish tank. When I do need to replace the tires, I know where I'm going. Thank you for all your help.

Super friendly service! They do really good work and I never feel pressured for any extra repairs or add ons. They work with your budget, and have your car ready in a timely manner. Super convenient location in Phoenixville.

I will ALWAYS choose United Tire from an oil change to replacing all my tires and brakes. I ve been coming here for years and the men that work here are true gentlemen. Jake, Mike and Alex are very understanding and level with you. Their prices are fair and I appreciate them not patronizing me, as is an unfortunately common occurrence in this field.

I love United Tire! They have wonderful customer service, they are very honest and always take good care of my car. When my car basically broke down out of nowhere, they let me drop my car off the same day I called. I received it the very next day all fixed up and ready to hit the road! Love and appreciate their hard work. :)

Great service! Never high-pressure situations, either. Definitely have stopped by a few times without an appointment and they took the time to check my car out. Been going here for years without issues.

Best experience i ve ever had at a garage. Would recommend to anyone needing work done.Coming from out of town, we had 2 nails in our tires and went to United to get it fixed up. They took us in right away, explained what they could do and told us it wouldnt take too long.Price was extremely fair, service was impeccable, and conversation with mike was the cherry on top!Keep at it guys.

I have had nothing but WONDERFUL experiences with the gentlemen at United Tire. Alex, Mike and Jake are always so helpful, understanding and always looking for your best interest. I know they wouldn t suggest a repair they didn t find necessary, their prices are competitive and fair. The guys at United Tire are very nice and knowledgeable. I got new tires put on there and they gave me a great deal. I just went back yesterday for an oil change and free tire rotation. United tire are fantastic. They are great guys who always take fantastic care of me and get me in when I'm in a pinch. Great prices and fast service. They also have very comfortable office furniture with a nice little sunbeam that I always accidentally fall asleep in when my tires are getting changed or my car is getting inspected.

I was traveling out of town and they had my tires rotated, engine filter and an oil change finished quickly so I could hit the road for a 12 hr drive. I love this shop!
