All of the advertised convenience of coming to your home to perform the service means NOTHING is they never contact you on the day of your appointment and never show up at all. It's super frustrating to research multiple businesses, make multiple phone calls and inquiries, and finally settle on a place you think will do what they say, only to have the business act is if you never existed. Now, I have to have my car sit overnight again with a missing window while I choose another place to perform the replacement. Today was a completely wasted day waiting for them to keep my appointment, let alone even contact me. I wasn't even worth any contact on their behalf. True Blue Auto Glass is False in my book.

John from True Blue is exceptional! I cannot say enough about his timeliness, communication and excellent work! A much more reasonable price than others! I called on a Sunday afternoon and John called me right away the next morning and he was out by 11 am that day to replace my windshield!! So grateful!! 5 stars!!! Highly recommend!!!

True blue is by far the best of the best. They exceeded my expectations. Rear glass was shattered and needed to get repaired. I contacted true blue and the same day Paul texted me to get more details and provide a quote. They got me on the schedule and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They completed the service right at my home within an hour and was done flawlessly. I really appreciate the customer service and professionalism of this company!! Thank you

Had windshield broken with a golf ball. They were here the next days at my house replacing the windshield. They kept me informed as of the time. They were very reasonable compared to other companies. Scott was very accommodating when setting up my appointment. My workplace has an overcrowded parking lot and I was worried about the service tech finding space to work. Scott assured me that Adam, my service tech, would be in at the early end of their scheduled window. Scott and Adam delivered.Adam arrived promptly, found space to work in a busy parking lot and made this a quick and painless process. He was very friendly and professional, the glass looks great and I was asked to pay after the service was complete, my total was arranged up front (excluding sales tax) and there were no hidden fees after the fact. 5 stars all around, I would reccomend them to anyone.

Let me start by saying this company from speaking with the rep about scheduling an appointment, to doing my quote to the installation shown great customer service, and urgency for replacing my windshield. Jay, the technician from this company is amazing! He did the installation so quick and He was super friendly. I will definitely keep this company as a go to, if for any of my future installations.Thank you!

My rear drivers side window got broken last week. And I was researching and found True Blue Auto Glass. They got back to me the next day and they came the following day to fix my window. They quoted me a certain amount and they stick to it. Jay came from True Blue Auto Glass to my work and fixed my window. He was incredibly professional and was so nice. I highly recommend True Blue Auto Glass for everyone in the Delaware Valley! If I need a window repair again, I m calling them!Service: Window repair

Quick response and even faster on the repair. Denise worked with my insurance for me, which was greatly appreciated since I'm new to car ownership. When I got a chip in my glass, I was recommended True Blue by a friend of mine and they did not disappoint! Both Denise and the technician (I forgot his name) were incredibly helpful and communicated everything that was going on. They were also extremely flexible with my work schedule! All around fantastic service, I'll be keeping them in mind!

Scott and Denise are fantastic. I have used True Blue three times now and have never been disappointed. I own a contracting business and my trucks are constantly on the road. True Blue comes directly to the job site. On two out of three occasions, site addresses changed the morning of the install and the process never skipped a beat. In the last year, True Blue Auto Glass has replaced two windows on two of our cars (windshield on one, rear window on the other) and they are excellent at what they do. Denise is very attentive and kind when getting a quote and setting up an appointment. The technician was also very professional, great at his job, and showed up on time. I especially appreciated how laid-back everyone was and how well they treated me as the customer. Prices are good too and Denise was very nice in looking for the best possible window prices, she really took her time for that.For the second replacement, I did speak to one customer service representative (before getting Denise on the line) who was a little curt and not very friendly. But it was a minor thing, overall service was excellent.Don't pick anyone other than True Blue Auto Glass for your automotive window needs!Services: Auto rear window replacement, Auto windshield replacement

True Blue was very helpful throughout the entire process of getting my windshield repaired. They were incredibly kind in helping me log an insurance claim. They came out to my house shortly after and replaced my windshield in under an hour. Great service, I would definitely use them again.

I have nothing but good words for True Blue Auto Glass. For starters I want to say thank you to Denise who I initially emailed about my window problem . She was very courteous and very quick in her responses and set up an appointment for me during the same week. Next I would like to thank my window technician Jay for doing an awesome job. He was very kind, knowledgeable, on time, and professional. I ordered a part, online but it turns out I needed another part, and he came back and installed the other part for me free of charge. Their prices are very reasonable as well and they offer mobile service. For reference my window needed a new regulator and motor. I would definitely recommend True Blue Auto Glass, and if I need any other window service I will definitely give them a call.

All Businesses should operate this well.From the first called I made to make an appointment for the installation of a new windshield, True Blue operated like a well-oiled machine. Despite having to re-schedule twice due to weather and travel restrictions, True Blue went out of their way to accommodate me. Both Scott and Denise were quick to return my calls/emails, and were both always very understanding and empathetic. The day of my appointment, the technician, Jay, showed up early (a very good sign in my opinion), was very professional and thorough. In a day and age where good customer service is hard to find, True Blue totally delivered!!! They were very professional, extremely accommodating and came out the next business day to replace our windshield. The service technician did an excellent job; he was polite and was finished in a very short amount of time. I will definitely use True Blue again and will recommend them wholeheartedly.

Jon C. called and said he would be at our house in 40 minutes. He arrived right on time! Also the work took almost the exact amount of time he said it would. Jon was friendly, courteous and proficient. I even recommended True Blue Auto Glass to my tire place, when they replaced my stickers. I highly recommend this company! Highly recommend, super professional! Needed a windshield replaced on my Porsche 911 and Denise responded quickly to my calls and even went above and beyond making sure insurance approved of using the correct parts for the job. My car is more complicated than average and requires atypical parts, tools, and specialized training. Instead of risking doing a less than perfect job, they acted in my interest and recommended me to another shop with Porsche expertise. Wish I could have given them my business, if you ever need auto glass done I'm confident they'll do great work.

I've used True Blue for two different cars' windshield replacements and I couldn't be happier. I have a glass policy on my insurance, and True Blue is "in-network", so I haven't had to deal with any billing/paperwork at all! Denise is a pleasure to schedule with, and their technicians are friendly, thorough, and do a top-notch job. Highly recommended!Service: Auto windshield replacement

My front windshield crack took over the whole window. When I called True Blue Auto Glass I was given a quote better than others and they would even come out and do the work at my location. It took about 4 months before I was able to get the work done but they still applied the discount that had been originally offered to me. After the install I found a flaw in the glass from the manufacturer of the glass. True Blue sent a representative to inspect the issue 2 days later. Them they replaced the windshield again at no extra charge and again at my convenience and chosen location. The staff and technician remained friendly and helpful no matter what. This is a great experience and one I feel you will have also. The glass was not cheep knockoff it had the factory tint stripe across the top even. Not a single piece of glass was found in the car after the installs.Great job to all of them.Thank you

I called True Blue after reading the high reviews . Consistent with what other reviews said, the service is excellent and the whole process went smoothly, from scheduling to repair work. The schedule assistant is very efficient and responded call fast. The repair guy arrived my house on time and completed work within 45 mins as I was told. Apparently it was nice job done. All are professional. Will definitely choose True Blue again if we have glass crack issues in future.

I received a confirmation call over the weekend, payment was made over the phone, service technician kept me informed of his arrival time, he was polite & professional, and windshield was replaced in less than 45 minutes! When my windshield cracked while on vacation, I called my insurance company right away. I did not have glass coverage so the replacement would be out of my pocket. My insurance company said that they had discounts through a big named company. They turned out to be the most expensive, more than $120 more than True Blue. I emailed True Blue and they sent me an estimate promptly. They were the least expensive but their reviews were hands down the best. I booked them, received a phone call confirming and giving me the details of the day of appointment. Everything that they said was true. They were on time, courteous, and extremely professional. I am thrilled with the service I received and the price I paid. I will tell everyone to use True Blue and I will surely use them again if needed!

True Blue is fantastic! When another company told us we needed to replace our windshield due to a small crack we decided to go with True Blue as they came to me for free and had better pricing. When they arrived they let me know we could repair instead of replacing which made it a lot cheaper. They did great work and were professional the whole time. They called in advance to let me know the exact window they'd be there so I wasn't waiting for too long. Really great experience. I'd definitely recommend and use again.

I needed to have the seal in my windshield replaced due to a leak every time it rained/snowed. A quick internet search lead me to True Blue. Having only lived in this area for 5 years and never needing this service, I took a chance.Upon scheduling my appointment with them to come to my home, I was informed that removing an older windshield may result with it breaking. I was quoted two prices, one with a new windshield and one with just replacing the seal. Both prices were reasonable.The technician arrived early on the scheduled day and was able to remove the windshield without breaking it and repaired the seal. He told me to let him know if the leak continues and they would come back out to try to figure it out.This repair took place in November of 2020. So far, after multiple rain storms and some snow, I have not had any leaks. True Blue did an excellent job.Service: Auto windshield leak repair

Excellent experience working with True Blue. They are a preferred Allstate installer which ensured that there were no billing snags. The installer gave me a courtesy call about an hour ahead of arrival and he performed the work quickly. I was hesitant about anyone touching my vehicle, but the install is perfect. No glass debris, wiper positioning was perfect and my rain sensor was left undamaged. Very satisfied.
