My family has been using Strada for almost 30 years and we ll never use another mechanic as long as they re in business. Most honest and respectable people in this business by a long shot

I will never go anywhere else again. We were referred here by someone who had been going to Strada for 20 years. Had excellent things to say and they definitely lived up to the hype. I have had horrible luck with mechanics. I mean really really bad. This place was awesome. We have an older car and it needed a lot. They fixed everything faster than we expected and worked with our budget (actually referred us to an exhaust specialist that saved us A LOT, I don t think we would ve been able to go forward with the repairs without that savings). Very honest mechanic and greatly appreciated.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I've used Strada in Phoenixville for over 20 years I've always been extremely satisfied. They provide old fashioned personal service and problem solving, not like you'd get at a national franchise. Jules and his small team of auto experts are simply the best. My car has been breaking down on me for the last two years. It broke down for a final time recently, and the damage cost more than what the car was worth. I am a grad student, so finding myself without transportation was very distressing. Jule s, the owner, after making sure my car was really doomed, offered not to charge me anything for his troubles, and he and his employee Carla even got me in contact with a guy that buys disabled vehicles. As a daughter of a small business owner, I can appreciate when an owner really goes out of his way for a client. Even though Strada s Auto Repair could not help me repair my vehicle in this instance, they certainly earned my gratitude and my future business!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Excellent customer service! Honest repairs!We've taken 2 Volkswagens to Strada and have nothing but good things to say. The first time Jules helped identify a thermostat that was going bad. We were able to make the repairs ourselves and received nothing but advice and encouragement, which isn't always the case...Since then we've come back for inspections, diagnose, and repairs. Carla and Jules do an excellent job everytime. They make sure we know what's going on, what we're paying for, and provide us with the info to make a decision instead of pushing us into a decision.

Jules was very upfront, honest, and open about the repairs he was looking to make. He also gave me options which was nice.His repairs and service were very thorough and as a DIY'er, I have complete confidence in using his shop again. I highly recommend Strada Automotive What a amazing Auto shop the dedication and honesty is what does it for me these guys play no games when it comes to your automobile thanks guys you are appreciated this area needs more shops like this one, with people who care. always a great job guys always .
