My daughter brought her car down for a simple battery replacement. The car was kept for over a week with little to no communication. Upon receiving the car back - the steering is now not working properly and neither is the speedometer - both weren't issues before dropping off the car. It has been a disppointing and frustrating situation to say the least. The worst part was having to call numerous times and not receive phone calls back. It showed a lack of concern for the customer.

Very accommodating and fit me in for a sit in inspection kind of last minute. Inspection was completed in less than an hour and was affordable. They re very friendly and responsive.

We have been using Saunders for at least 10 years. They are honest and responsive. Price is always reasonable. I am a stickler for customer service and I am never disappointed. I finally found a reliable, dependable, honest and local place to get my Nissan serviced. Tony even found a fix to a long time issue with my Nissan s heater which a Nissan dealership cannot even fix. No consideration of customers time. Left my van on Sunday for a Monday appt. Picked it up on Wednesday in disgust. No phone call from him, I had to call to have any idea of what was going on. He did look at it and said he d call Tuesday afternoon with an estimate. No call and closed earlier than website listed closing time. I gave up and picked it up Wednesday morning. He s useless. Told me he d get me an estimate. A week later, not a word.Customer service is horrible. As unprofessional as they come.

A squirrel had chewed wires to my turn signal about a month ago. My insurance didn t make the process very easy, but I thankfully found Saunders Auto. The entire process was stress free and simple. He fixed my car in about 5 hours (the dealership quoted me 3 days) and I couldn t be happier! I would definitely recommend Saunders Auto Center to anyone experiencing car trouble.

I went to Saunders for my first inspection and was very pleased with the service. Saunders was fast and very professional. As a policy, he doesn't do any work until he confirms it with the customer, so I wasn't surprised at the end by the exhaust work I needed to pass inspection. He also warned me about potential issues my car might have in the future.

I went to Tony with a few issues with my car. He was upfront and honest. He kept in touch with me through the whole process. His pricing and service are second to none. Saunders has everything you want in a mechanic. Definitely going there for all my future work.

I dropped my car off there this morning for an array of auto issues and an oil change. I was greeted by Tony who was behind the coolest desk I'd ever seen. We had a brief chat about what I was experiencing in the car and he called me later in the afternoon.He clearly explained the issues he was seeing, did some research and found an open memo regarding my transmission from Nissan. A less scrupulous person could have used this as an opportunity to cash in on a costly repair. Instead, he encouraged me to check in with the dealership and they indicated they had extended warranties for this very issue, saving me thousands.My girlfriend picked the car up later in the day and said she was charmed by how polite and helpful the man was behind his sweet desk. This was our first time there, but it won't be the last (but hopefully our next visit won't be in the near future!)Services: Transmission, Oil change

I can't say enough positive things about my experience dealing with Tony. I've been taking my cars there for over 5 years. He's probably the most honest mechanic I've ever dealt with. He's great at explaining what the issue is, and never suggesting any unnecessary work. True story: one time my total ended up being $20 more than the estimate (for a valid reason, extra parts or labor I believe), I totally didn't mind and paid over the phone, and he left a $20 bill in my car when I picked it up after hours. Integrity like that is hard to find, and I'll be a Saunders Auto customer for life!

I moved from Delaware and was confused with the inspection process. Luckily I brought my car to Saunders. Tony was very helpful. I didn't have a print out of my insurance card so he offered me the option to text or email it. I dropped my car off and went to work, midday I received a call that it was finished and everything was fine. I was half expecting to get a list of problems with my car (2013 Fiat) since most places generally find something wrong with your car to bump up the price. The cost for safety & emissions was very reasonable. I will 100% bring my car here. This is the first honest mechanic I have encountered!

Have never had a bad experience in the 3 years I've been bringing my car here. Owner of the business has always been fair with repairs and prices. Service has always been fast and communication open. Will keep going back.

I have been here twice in the last 6 months and had a great experience both times.- basic oil change and inspection.- they were able to resolve a 2 year old issue with a gas smell coming from my vehicle after another Garage performed work on my car which created the smell. Multiple auto places could not find the problem while Saunders found the problem and fixed it. Smell gone since the repair!I will not hesitate recommending them in the future.

Saunders Auto Center solved a problem with my O7 VW Passat that had an oil pressure warning. What I had worried would be an expensive repair, Tony found to be a faulty sensor. The repair cost was very reasonable, the service was fast, and Tony is a super nice guy, who I trust.I highly recommend Saunders Automotive Center because of their honesty, quality service, reasonable price, and dependably. It's not easy to find a good honest mechanic, but my search has succeeded by finding Saunders Auto Service.

I failed to ask the mechanic's name. He was very nice and professional. He took the time to explain the issue with my car to my husband and I. He even gave us a discount. It's so hard for me to find a decent mechanic so I'm so glad I found this shop.

Great guys! Gave me some free advice and saved me $200 by not having to buy a new tire. STS told me I had to buy a new tire. Got it patched and good to go. Highly recommend this local shop!!!!

I was in a serious Pickle. Tony at Saunders was calm, when I was purdy freaked out, he took care of me and my car at a fair price, quickly. I am so glad I trusted them with my car!

I love how informal this place is. It's not the cheapest place I've ever been to, but they never waste my time, which is ultimately more valuable.I ask for auto work. He gives me an estimate and a time. I either agree or decide to put it off. If I agree they do the work. No muss, no fuss. This is what I call professionalism.

I've had a lot of people recommend this place to me and I see why! It is a relatively small place, nowhere to chill but easily walkable to Bridge st. Definitely make yourself an appointment ahead of time.

Good guys but poor Customer Service. I had dealt with them for MANY years and several vehicles but will NEVER take a car there, ever again. When the Customer Service was good it was really good, and when it was bad, it was REALLY BAD.
