Trust. this. place. They have done work on my boyfriends car before so I called up in a pinch and they were extremely helpful. Totally took care of me and hooked me up. As a young woman, I'm still sometimes learning where to go for certain things and who to trust to not take advantage when it comes to cost. Ott's does not take advantage of you and is such a nice, warm family place. They also have a sweet dog to greet you as an added bonus :) I'll absolutely be returning to Ott's when in need!!

Local Community,I wanted to share my recent experience with Ott's Body Shop and express my gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Donna. Despite several shipping delays and challenges, including Covid-related complications and the holiday season, my car was in their care for approximately 90 days. Donna was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process, ensuring that I had a rental car that accommodated 3 convertible car seats and providing daily updates on the status of my vehicle.Donna's caring and professional approach made a difficult situation more manageable, and I am incredibly grateful for her support and dedication. What an amazing auto body shop! Not only was the work that they did on my car fabulous but the staff (Donna) was so helpful! I was rearended and Donna walked me through all the ins and outs of insurance claims, no-fault situations and my own insurance policy! The whole team was fantastic and responsive to questions while being flexible with my own schedule. Such great service all the way around!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Joe is an incredibly consistent mechanic and puts me at ease compared to the Norristown Dodge shop. He explains things in layman s terms, takes photos of work done, and is transparent about pricing.He just serviced my 11 year old Jeep and new issues kept popping up, but he continued to keep me in the loop and resolve it all.Highly trusted and while you re there, say hi to his friendly pup, Junior. Donna and her team at Ott's Auto Body did an absolutely amazing job on my WRX that got damaged in transit thanks to Carmax. In just 4 days they repainted a nasty door scratch that was down to bare metal and blended it perfectly into the factory paint job, which is a very unique color. They also installed a spoiler that I brought in, and it looks like it came off the line at the factory, it just looks perfect. I would recommend Ott's to all of my friends, as they are super professional, fast, and communicative.Service: Painting

Brought our car to Ott's for body repairs after having a run in with a deer. Donna was extremely friendly and helpful in walking us through the repair and insurance claim process. The repairs were were finished pretty quickly and we are very happy with Ott's.

I took my car here for an inspection. Donna was extremely helpful and when I wasn't expecting my brakes needing to be done, she offered to break up my bill into 2 or 3 payments. They did a very thorough and awesome job. I would highly recommend Ott's to everyone. Thank you Donna and staff!

They were GREAT! Donna is nothing short of amazing. They not only helped with a repair from a fender and dealt with everything with insurance for me, they went above and beyond to get things as cheap as possible but gave quality, beautiful results. Highly, highly recommend!

I have an older model vehicle and needed the rear door replaced. I had looked around online for junkyard pricing for the door before I called Ott's (once I realized I couldn't do the repair myself), so I know that I was charged a fair price for the part plus labour. They wrapped my window so I wouldn't get rained on while they waited for the door to ship. The work was done quickly and they even cleaned my car! Everyone I interacted with was great.

These folks have done a great job every time we've brought a car in here. My most recent visit was to repair bumper/panel damage. Donna is a great point of contact who kept me well informed of everything they were going to do and my bill was on point with the estimate, so there were no unpleasant surprises when I went to pick my car up. The work was excellent in addition to the service - paint was a perfect match and the bumper repairs made it look brand new again. On top of that they cleaned the inside and outside nicely when it was done. I left there with the car looking as good as the day I got it! Hopefully I won't need this type of work again soon, but if I do I'll be sure to call these guys up again.

If Google allowed me, I would give Donna and her team 6 stars.We took the vehicle in for auto body repair and she handled everything .She helped us arrange the car rental, handled the insurance and delivered on all her promises.The work her team did was exceptional.I would highly recommend Ott's Auto Body to anyone without hesitation.

Donna's customer service and attention to detail is bar none. Work was completed promptly, satisfactory, and with no lapse in communication whatsoever. My whole experience with Ott s was amazing. Donna Ott was very helpful and informative. She explained everything and all costs to not only me but also took the time to speak to the other party involved in the fender bender. So nice and super professional- one of the best feelings when using a local family business. Would definitely recommend

Donna was great and easy to work with. She made the whole process easy to follow. They installed and painted a new rear pumper to match and it looks perfect. They also went above and beyond and used the extra paint to touch up a non-related scratch. Will definitely use them again in the futureService: PaintingService: Painting

There are not enough stars for this body shop!!! I hit a deer early in the morning and reached out to them for an estimate. Donna took care of everything as far as contacting my insurance company and making sure that I had a rental care while the repairs were being completed. I never thought that I was being taken advantage of! She was in contact with me through the whole process, letting me know when repairs would be completed! Donna even stayed late at the shop the night before Thanksgiving so I could pick up my car to head out of town for the holiday. At pickup, my car was cleaned inside and out and it was as if there was never any damage! Would definitely use them again! I will DEFINATELY being using them again for and work needed to my car! HONEST, HARDWORKING auto body shop!!

I went to Ott s talked to Donna Ott. Got "This is no problem" and then never heard from them again with a quote. So I cannot make a comment on thei work because they never worked on my car.

I just stopped in to get a quote on a small job, and Donna was so pleasant and helpful. I always dread going to auto body shops for quotes, but Donna made this so easy. If I keep my 2008 car awhile longer, I will use Ott's to spruce it up a bit.

I damaged my bumper and I called Ott's Auto Body and they saw me right away for an estimate. My vehicle was fixed 3 days later. Great service!

Very satisfied with there services ,we had a budget to fix one of our work trucks and they did a superior job and met our needs,I would highly recommend them,Donna was great and her team is awesome,I want to thank them again for the great service and also the turnaround time, hopefully we wont need auto body services anymore in the future lol, but if we do we will certainly use them again,We highly recommend them to family and friends. I truly believe that this place is run and owned by genuinely honest people. Not once did I feel like I was being taken for a ride with the estimate or the repair process. I had a small scratch on my bumper and gathered several estimates that I felt were ridiculous until I found Ott's. Now my bumper looks great again and I still have money in the bank.
