Honest, fairly priced, and always doing great work without trying to oversell a repair. They let you know what you need, what s coming down the line, and when anything is a safety issue. Will be going there for a while. Pat has taken good care of me and my family.

Noticed the cords of the inside of my front tires showing Friday morning on my vehicle and was worried I would get a blow out.I stopped in after work that Friday evening as they were getting ready to close up, but Pat stayed late and put 2 new front tires on for me and aligned it to make sure they didn t wear out again.The alignment was toe out on both sides causing the tires to wear on the inside but still have full tread on the outside.The tires and alignment were done less than a year prior by Faulkner GMC, do not recommend them at all!Thank you Patrick for helping me out so I could have my vehicle for the weekend!

Staff is always professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Been going here for eight years and will not take my cars anywhere else for oil changes, state inspections, or tires. Highly recommend.

Awesome spot-I work at the spa right behind Mr.Tire and this was my first time going- I had heard it was a trustworthy spot for a coworker. Had a wonderful experience- Pat was thorough, efficient, and helpful! Was able to help me on a whim as well. Appreciated all the explanations as well- Genuine guy, will absolutely be back. 110% trust with my car! Thanks again, Pat!

Very helpful when my vehicle had two damaged wheels. Gave me multiple options to resolve the problem. Quickly fixed my wheels. Good pricing on the fix and tires as well. Good communication on estimates and completion. Will be back!

My wife and I have been taking our vehicles to Mr. Tire for five years now. We ve had nothing but positive experiences with them. Their employees are friendly and have great customer service and have very reasonable prices.

After many unpleasant experiences with chain shops like Midas, Mavis Tire, Jiffy Lube, etc, I was very hesitant to trust another chain location. However, Mr Tire in Phoenixville has always done right by me, easy to communicate with, responsive, and does quality work. Recently took my old rusty Ford Explorer in for a leaking brake line, and they turned it around in less than a day for much less money than I was anticipating. I will continue to come back for other automotive service needs.

I ve been taking all of our vehicles to this Mr. Tire location since we started living in Phoenixville. Now we don t live just a few blocks away anymore and are out of town but we still go out of our way to have our cars serviced at this location no matter what the problem is. Pat has always been so wonderful to work with and is very fair with prices. I ve never once felt over charged or uncomfortable taking my vehicles there, which I have at quite a few other places. I always recommend this place to friends and family in the area.

The guys here are great! They are very kind and helpful. My truck is always completed quickly and they always let me know if there are any available coupons. I ve been taking my truck here for a while and will continue to do so.

Pat at the Phoenixville location is totally wonderful! I have had a positive experience every time I take my car there. He always looks out for potential discounts that could apply to the bill (especially if it's a big job) I'm super appreciative of their honesty, skills, and timeliness. I highly recommend this location and it's employees.

There's a reason this place is so busy, you get a personal experience. The people who work here are knowledgeable and friendly. I had a tire stem replaced and the same one went bad a few months later. When the went to replace the second one, they found a sharp burr on the wheel which they shaved off when the did the replacement and did not charge me since they said they missed it the first time. Talk about good service!

Pat was extremely accommodating and helpful in helping me get my car inspected. After struggling to even get an appointment with any other company, Pat was able help me out although they were very busy as well. He even put my new windshield wipers on for me! I will be returning soon to get some new tires for my car.

Ben is amazing and so professional! I had a run flat go out in my BMW and we put a full set of new tires. The folks at this store are legit amazing and so patient you can wait in the store or be called. They are fair priced and really gear heads that understand your vehicle's needs and above all SAFETY. Thx for keeping my vehicle safe and my precious cargo.

Friendly staff, & very easy to schedule an appointment. I called in the morning and was able to get in within 15mins for inspection stickers. I told them I was going to wait and they had a few cars scheduled ahead of me (since i didn t had an appointment) they were kind enough to re-arrange their service appointments so I didn t had to wait long. I was done in less than an hour. Highly recommend this place for your auto services needs!

Friendly staff. Quick service. Dropped off my car for an oil change at lunchtime and they had it ready in about an hour. They were happy to hold it for me until I could pick it up after work. Gave me a detailed receipt showing all costs (both parts and labor). Felt like I was treated fairly. Will definitely come back for other service needs.

I ve been getting my cars serviced at Mr. Tire since I moved to the area in 2015, and I have recommend them to my friends and family. My primary reason for staying is because I trust them. I ve build a good rapport with Pat, the manager. He has never suggested unnecessary work, and once even disused me from a costly repair that a Honda dealer was pushing for (I went to the dealer for a recall fix), and an unnecessary tire replacement. Besides that they have competent mechanics that always get the job done. If you re looking for a honest mechanic this is the place.

I dropped my vehicle off at 11am to have a leaking tire checked/patched. After 5.5 hours, I called for an update on timing. Patrick (employee at the front desk) answered and was rude during the process of explaining he did not have an ETA and could not give an ETA. Decided to take my vehicle to a business that appreciates customers and asked for them not to do any service on my vehicle.

Inept AND dishonest. Had four new tires installed and went to leave only to find that the tire sensor lights were on. Supposedly one of the fixes was drive a bit and they would reset. Returned when that didn t happen. Pat said he had a new calibrated sensor that he would install. Left for a trip to California the next day and several hours into the trip the tire sensor fault comes back on. The tire sensor band was cut/damaged during installation and a poorly patched up as the fix. Had someone reliable and capable out on a new sensor ($100 out of my pocket)!

I have had Mr. Tire supply me with tires for my SUV and small RV as well as inspect my SUV. They have also done oil changes when I haven't had time to do them myself. In every instance, Pat and his lead mechanic, Tim, have always been so great to deal with. I continue going back specifically because of them! And, because of them, I also highly recommend Mr. Tire to anyone looking for service to be done or if they need new tires.

I HIGHLY recommend MR.TIRE!! This is the ONLY place I will have my car serviced. The guys are AWESOME and I am always sure that they are doing all they can to make sure I am satisfied.....at a fair price. If you are looking for tires, inspection, oil change or anything else, THIS is the place to go!

The owner Pat was amazing!! Our car needed tires and an alignment. We brought it in, Pat was able to get us in immediately had our cat diagnosed same day. He was honest and worked with us in every possible way for a great deal since at the time the amount of work needed was out of our price range. He really went that extra mile to ensure our car was safe and done within our budget. Pat is a great owner and my fiance and I will bring our car back in the future!!!Thanks Pat for everything!!!

Got 4 brand new tires from them, within 3 days the tire is completely flat and upon filling it up, found that valve stem is cut half way. Had to leave for a business trip and got back. Called to have the valve stem fixed and was told to call back later, that they don't have the tools on hand right now. I understand there is a worker shortage, but I got a flat driving, this should have been found during the install of tires. Completely unsafe and terrible customer service to rectify their mistake.
