I had an oil change and tire rotation done here the staff was pleasant and attentive. In the days afterwards, I noticed oil stains on the ground under my car. The source was around the oil filter. I removed the oil filter and found that the o-ring gasket had been installed twisted many times. I corrected the o-ring and no more leak.

Following a state emissions test earlier that week I returned on Friday Nov 3rd to have a new battery amongst other parts fitted to my car. I cannot fault the service the mechanic performed at the time, however I am incredibly unhappy with the customer service. I paid my invoice in full on the 3rd ($1351) however upon returning home and reviewing invoice I noticed I d been overcharged and charged for 2 x car batteries. I called Forest in Munro immediately to query this and he acknowledged he d made an error. I was told he was not able to refund me, instead he d need to submit it to head office. Over a week later I called to f/u, only to be told by Forest he d only submitted the refund paperwork on Thurs 9th. I have since called on numerous other occasions, left multiple messages, been told by another individual who answered that the regional manager would call me with regards my refund. It s now almost a month later- Dec 4th, I have yet to receive either an update call or more importantly my refund! Very, very poor customer service on all levels and in all honesty this would prevent me recommending Monro!

I had to put off getting my brakes serviced due to other bills. When my brakes went out suddenly I was able to get an appointment the same day. My car was also fixed within the same day! Jeff was extremely kind and referred me to multiple sources that helped me finance the bill. He was extremely patient when I was on the phone with these companies to get approved. I could tell that he was genuine and it made a scary financial situation a bit easier. When I lived in another area of Pennsylvania about three years ago, I would also go to Monro muffler, and I had nothing but supportive experiences there as well. My friend recommended this particular shop to me, and I am incredibly glad I listened to her suggestion.

I will never back to this place. I have been a loyal customer. Last month I had to get a new bulb for my brake. The manager helped me out. I had to get another brake bulb today and went back and no one was waiting in the room or had no cars in the area where cars are fixed. This was a 5 minute or less of a job. The manager could not look at it until Friday evening. Are you kidding? I went somewhere else and got it done asap.

I was recommended to Monro by a family friend when I moved to the area. I have gone here several times now and they have been great. I have brought both cars here for regular maintenance as well as a couple modifications for my WRX. The are always friendly and honest. Prices are fair and they do great work.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Monroe Muffler Service of Phoenixville for over 12 years.With a large family driving multiple vehicles, a trustworthy mechanic was a necessity for us.So coming to a place that gives us honest pricing, reasonable suggestions for maintenance, and options to help work within our budget means a lot.I definitely recommend Monroe Muffler Service of Phoenixville for your general automotive maintenance needs.

For years, I have been coming here for various automobile services. I have always thought of the team as trustworthy and honest and dependable. However, on a recent visit, I had a bad experience. While away, I got a nail lodged in my rear passenger tire. Subsequently, an away tire shop fixed the problem for me and marked my tire where the repair was done. After that, I had my car serviced at Monroe, where I was told my tires would be rotated. A few days later when I discovered that the tire with the marker was in the exact same spot prior to my alleged rotation, I concluded that my tires were not, in fact, rotated. The marker on my recently repaired tire gave it away. This concerned me deeply from both a safety standpoint as well as a monetary standpoint. I am putting this out there and would encourage others to mark their tires and I wanted to alert the general public of my experience. Unfortunately, after years of service and purchases at this location, I am deeply disappointed in the management oversight at this location and my family and I will not be returning.

I took my car in because it was not running right that day and I did not feel safe driving it with my 2 yr old in the car. The manager Jeff was excellent. He made sure my car was looked at and fixed that day! The shop waiting room was clean and everyone wearing masks. I am so impressed and will only go to Monro in Phoenixville for now on. They have a customer for life. Thank you Jeff!! You set my mind at ease and didn t try to rob me like other shops in the past!

I really wish I could give more than 5 stars. I ve worked in automotive as a technician and service writer for 15 years but recently left (dealership and local). I ve worked with all sorts of people. Honest and dishonest. These guys are top notch. Today I was driving in the snow when a ton flew off the car in front of me and broke my drivers side windshield wiper. I could barely see and was pretty freaked out. This was the closest place I could get to. When I walked in I was greeted immediately with a friendly and welcoming attitude from the service writer/ manager? I was pretty upset but he was so calm and collected. I explained what happened and he jumped right up and grabbed me a wiper and handed it to a technician (I think his name was Jordan) he came out with a smile as well in the freezing cold snow and put it on for me. No complaints no frustration just kindness. When I tried to pay, the Manager told me not to worry about it and to have a great day. IM BLOWN AWAY. These are rare occurrences in today s times! Since I no longer do this for a living and my home doesn t have a garage I am currently looking for a local shop to do some work for me. This will 100% be the place I use. The shop charges so little on maintenance that I won t even be doing my own oil changes anymore. Would much rather pay these good folks the couple bucks so I don t have to lay in a gravel driveway. Again thank you both so much. I came in pretty nervous about how I was going to get home without being able to see and left feeling confident and like someone cared. I ll be calling later this week to make an appointment!

I ve been going here for a couple years. Always reliable and always super nice. I don t feel like I m getting ripped off and they always give me great recommendations. I was there for an oil change recently and they did my inspection early since they already knew it was going to pass so I wouldn t have to come back the following month.

This is a great place to take your vehicle. Friendly service, honest and accurate estimate. I took my vehicle in for an exhaust leak and I thought the alternator had gone out. Patrick was able to diagnose that the alternator was fine, it just needed a new belt. They got the work done in a day, on time, and for a price that was more than fair. What more can you ask for

I've been coming here for over ten years and have always been happy with the friendliness, professional approach and accurate diagnosis of problems. The attitude is always the same even if if the appointment is just a simple oil change. As a single woman I always have to be on alert for being taken advantage of. That has never been the case at this location. I can't say enough good things about Patrick and the staff at the Phoenixville location of Monroe.

Excellent customer service. The best shop in the area for basic maintenance, tires, and brake work. The manager Jeff is a gentleman and will consult you properly throughout your maintenance and repairs with honesty. I always consult Jeff before moving forward on any major repairs and he always guides me in right direction.

What a pleasant experience. I was in a pinch with a flat tire sitting on the rim. Monroe was the closest place to my location so I stopped in. Jeff was unbelievably awesome. He had no clue who I was or if I was ever in the store before, yet he bent over backwards to help me out. He didn t have a tire in stock so he called around and found me one. He then had one of his guys, Jordan, give me a ride to a tire place so I could buy a new one. After I got the tire he made time on his schedule to switch out my tire ASAP. Truly an awesome experience. They have a returning customer now. Not to mention, this was all on a busy Saturday with snow coming down. Awesome awesome guys.

I had an issue with my 18; year old Chrysler so I called this Monro station since I was originally from Phoenixville. I was very impressed with the way the manager answered the phone..."It's a great day at Monro how can we help you". Well that Manager Jeff was correct. I had a GREAT day taking my car there. Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me a detailed explanation and I totally trusted him.Great customer service and promptl service. I highly recommend this garage and I will only take my cars to this Phoenixville Monro. Ask for Jeff and you will also be impressed

I took my daughters Jeep Liberty to Monro for an oil change today. The guys are so professional and did a great job in a timely manner!! Brandon went above and beyond helping to fix another separate issue we had !! I highly recommend that you get services done at Monro!

Get a second opinion before having them do any work, especially if the work is required for an inspection!I took my car to Monro for a state inspection, and I was told that the entire exhaust system needed to be replaced because of a leak. They told me it would cost nearly $1500, and I needed it replaced to pass inspection. I asked them clearly multiple times, can it be repaired. No, the entire system must be replaced. According to them, it was beyond repair, and no mechanic could repair it.I took my car to another mechanic for a second opinion. They told me the exhaust was in decent condition, and it was a minor leak. They welded the exhaust to fix the leak, and charged me only $200! And even more, they told me my front brakes were completely worn out, and were scraping against the wheel. Now Monro performed a State Inspection, and neglected to mention this major problem with my brakes. The other mechanic even showed me the brakes, and they were completely worn. I'm amazed that Monro did not even check my brakes. Yet they still managed to charge me $58 (this did include an emission sticker).I did get my oil changed here before, and it was a mostly pleasant experience, and was a somewhat reasonable price.

I have taken my car to this location for all kinds of things. They are always friendly and never make me feel like I am paying for unnecessary work. They will even change a headlight free of charge if you already purchased the bulb. I have never had a negative experience with this business.

I took my wifes car here to have the oil changed, They found oil was all over the engine everywhere. What happened was that CJ's in King of Prussia topped off my wife's car and forgot to put the cap back on. Thank God the cap was still on top of engine and the engine was not blown.Also Monro's cleaned up the oil in the engine compartment no extra charge. Very friendly staff.They do great car inspections also.

I will repeat a review posted six months ago. Please update your store hours on Google and on the Monro website. Both indicate that you are open on Sundays. I made an appointment through the website for Sunday and received a confirmation text. I drove to the store. Closed.

I dropped my car of unannounced the night before in the hopes that they could diagnose and fix the problem. I called the next day and Jeff was great. He diagnosed and had it fixed in a few hours. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys!
