Came in with a bolt in my tire without an appointment and they had it repaired and I was back on the road in under an hour. Neal was friendly and so helpful, told me I would be needing new tires soon. Dionne reached out and offered me a great deal on new tires and got me in on a Saturday morning. Fantastic, friendly service. Will definitely be my go to place for car issues moving forward.

Came for a flat tire and Neal gave exceptional service. Whatever he s getting paid is clearly not enough, he deserves a raise! I ve been to many different Mavis locations throughout my years, but this location is definitely my favorite. My tire was fixed in less than 20 minutes.

I ve used Mavis Discount Tires twice in the last month, once for new tires and again for a State Inspection. On staff member, Neil, is always very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Neil is knowledgeable and always answers any questions or provides any information as requested.For my tires, I was able to schedule an appoint the day after I called, the service was done professionally and quickly (maybe 2-3 hours). My inspection was a similar experience. I dropped my car off the day I called and it was fine almost before I even made it back home.I highly recommend this location, the work is done professionally and quickly and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I have been a customer for over 6 years at this location. Service is amazing every time and I trust them 100 % with all the cars I have had and up until today still do. I recommend them with closed eyes.

Great experience yet again - convenient online service appointment booking. They called ahead to confirm - quiet area to wait in and above all else excellent and honest customer service. I was in for an oil change but also asked about getting new tires - they could have 100% sold me on needing new ones, but they were honest and said I didn t need them yet. I ve been to plenty of other places that try to talk you into things you don t even need - so it s refreshing to finally have found a place who s not trying to rip people off!

Brought our car to Mavis Tire for a tire that was leaking and they were able to look at it right away without an appointment. They also were generous with their time. Thank you to Neil for accommodating us with same day service on short notice.

I've been a customer for many years. Had everything done from complete new set of tires to repairs of slow leaks and everything in between. They provide great service. Nobody wants to spend money on tires however you always feel like you get your money's worth. Great for emergency repairs, usually can get you right in and out. Latest visit was for a slow leak. They saw me right away and plugged the leak quickly and my day was barely disrupted. All for the price of "on the house". Highly recommend this store.

Went in to get two tires and tire rod replaced. Dionne with no information from my visit the previous day was incredibly helpful and made sure I was in and out as quick as possible. It s nice that s a helpful place is close to home.

Great experience overall. I went in to get new tires and an alignment, but the tech let me know that my tires were actually fine. They also found some damage that prevented them from doing the alignment, so they just gave me a tire rotation at no cost. Friendly and helpful front desk.

This location is the real deal ... I made a same day appointment on a Sunday afternoon; they took my car as soon as I arrived at the shop, and swapped my snow wheels in record time. When I went up to pay, the manager (Anthony) pointed out that there was no charge for the work. That's how you drive business for the long run. Will definitely be back for more work!

Came in for a potential balance, alignment and flat tire issue. I m the owner of the Gamers Heaven near the shop if you want to verify this review in person, but they treated us with not only the best respect, but we re upfront about everything from the costs to what it could be, to then showing us the problems and then pointing out what needs to be done and things to consider for down the road, instead of trying to push some massive repair and replacements bills on me, they made me aware so I could start shopping for parts or saving up now. DEFINITELY earned my return business for me and my staff.

Nothing but nice things to say. When you find yourself with a bit of an obstruction (screw) in your tire, they are the guys to go to. Quick and easy service and the staff was absolutely pleasant. Thank you again for being so kind!

Anthony s and Mike s team did an exceptional job again. I have been a customer with Mavis (at this location) for over 2 years and will continue to be. I came in for an inspection and brake replacement. They were professional and did a great job communicating with me throughout the day. I knew exactly what to expect when I came in to pick up my vehicle. Thank you, Mavis team.

Usually Don t write reviews but mike was my service guy and he did an exceptional job in ensuring that i was taken care of even without appointment Same Day. If you are looking to get a service done i definitely would recommend Mavis Tires!!! Great Job Mike and I didn t catch the lady s name but she was helping out from another store but Hope you guys get a raise for your hard work

Why does this place have such a high rating? Because people like Anthony, Dion, and the rest of the crew take care of their customers!I dropped my car off for an oil change, and they finished is so quickly, I should have just waited for it! Fast, friendly, and professional.

Do not come here. Especially if you have multiple things to get done because they do not document what is done and how it s done or who does it. I had a safety inspection done but they didn t even make sure my tires were safe. They let me drive off with 15 psi in my one tires. They claim to of rotated my tires but I KNOW they didn t because my one valve stems is different. & I was supposed to get reimbursed $270 for my warranty coverage but guy didn t try hard enough to call the company. Mike is the guys name. Everyone else I spoke to seem nice but they all seemed new and didn t know anything. They say we don t even do that. & I said you should advertise that then. Cuz i wouldn t go there if i knew that!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE . CANT TRUST THEM

Called about a potential tire slow leak and they were extremely friendly and told me to come in whenever to get it checked out! As soon as I arrived they took my car in extremely fast to look at it. It didn t end up being what we thought but they worked some magic completely free of charge and said they will be glad to check it out again if it continues to give me issues. They were super helpful and I was in and out. I appreciate ALL the help & shoutout to both Mike 1 & 2!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Mike and his team are friendly, helpful and work very efficiently! As a person who is not well versed in automotive issues, you run the risk of getting taken advantage of. At Mavis that is never a concern or worry. I highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience at Mavis Phoenixville. Anthony was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I had a flat tire the morning I was needed in NYC to see patients. He assured me they d fix my tire quickly and get me on the road in time and they did! He was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Mavis to everyone and will definitely return in the future.

I have been coming to Mavis since June of 2021 at the recommendation of a friend. I have 5 vehicles and they handled all of them from tires to mechanical repairs. The service has been nothing short of outstanding. I have been also impressed that they always take the time to save me money through promotions and coupons.

Last night, I hit a branch that was sticking out into the road and it got stuck between my rim and tire. I swung by Mavis on my way home to see if they was anything they could do for me. The associate at the desk explained that they were just about to close but to come in first thing this morning, which I did. I got there right as they opened and they took my car in right away. 30 minutes later and it was fixed. I couldn't believe it when they told me it was on the house, no charge. Everyone that I dealt with, from the desk person to the technician, was so friendly and professional. I will definitely go back!

This is my new go to spot. I just moved from Ohio and had a brake issue and they walked me through the whole process and made the whole process painless. Coming back to get my axle fixed as soon as I have time. Thanks Anthony for your help!!

This is the best Mavis around. I have showed up numerous times with emergency tire situations, and they are always able to get me back on the road. They re always busy but Mike squeezes me in. The prices are fair and the work is top notch. I m very happy to have found this place and will continue to do business with them.Update: I continue to go here. I worked with Dionne at the front desk today and she is awesome! Love this place

Got 4 previous tires fixed here was great, brought this tire in and they said it was gonna be $37 to fix it. When i looked at them funny because it was only 10 the last 4 time, she said to take a look at it. I said ok went out and they didnt do anything to the tire. I told them i wanted it reseated on the bead because thats where it was leaking. They said ok but then they said the valve stem was too short so i said on change it. Then they said they couldnt do that. This is a factory f250 wheel 17", not a space shuttle wheel. On top of that this new person looks like they are on drugs. I do not recommend going there anymore.
