JFK Ford in Phoenixville was simply awesome. From showroom to delivery, it was a 5 star event.There s a vehicle dealer there named Matt, super accommodating and nice. He was patient with me as I asked question after question. He helped me build a truck from beginning to end. Matt was always accessible when I needed to know something about the truck order. He never once pressed or pressured me into anything and was always professional. I would highly recommend asking for him if anyone ventures in there! He knows his craft.Thank you Matt

I just had the best car buying experience I have ever had! I worked with Chris P. And let him know what I was looking for. He was able to locate the car (color, interior and all the options I wanted!) and get it in for me without any issues. Then when it came to buying the car and trading in, I told him what I was as looking for in payments and he was able to get it done without all the hassle. This is the third car we have bought from them and plan on coming back for our next. They valued our loyalty and showed it with this no hassle experience. I m over the moon and very happy with my new Mach E! Thank you!

All I can say is Wow ! I m new to the area and began my search for a used SUV. I came across John Kennedy Ford and inquired about a car and I was quickly connected to Chris Phillips. I m telling you, this salesman truly went out of his way to assist me. He even came to my house to bring me to the dealership to test drive cars. He explained all options and also discounted the price for me to meet my needs. He was in constant communication with me and even delivered the car to my home. He was friendly and went above and beyond my expectations. This dealership will have a customer for life with me! Loving my new ride!!!

Highly recommend this dealership. Especially Matt in sales! He was amazing, so friendly and very attentive. He answered all of my questions and was super helpful throughout the whole process. I ordered my Ford Maverick the end of July 2023 and was told it would be here in January 2024. My salesman was Matt Bierer, he was awesome and a total professional, he kept me informed on the path of my Ford Maverick as it made it's way across the country and when it arrived January 15, Matt took the time to give me a complete run down of my new Maverick. It's been 3 months since purchasing my Maverick and it's exceeded my expectations for a compact 4-door pickup truck. Also the business manager Nate Dougherty was professional and knowledgeable with the financing aspect of my purchase.

My husband and I recently purchased a Bronco Sport Outerbanks from John Kennedy Ford. The salesman who helped us was Joe Rahm, and we have to say he was excellent to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He worked hard to find the vehicle we were looking for, even driving to another dealership to pick it up and bring it back.Joe also worked hard to get us the best deal on our trade-in, and continues to answer any questions we have after we brought the new car home.If a new Ford is in your future, I highly recommend Joe Rahm and the Kennedy group.

I was very pleased to work with Joe Rahm and the rest of the team at John Kennedy Ford. I had a better experience here than I did in dealing with other big dealerships in the Lehigh Valley area. I highly recommend to stop and take a look at their inventory. I hope you have the same experience as I did. Everyone that I came in contact with, were very welcoming and professional. I'm no longer giving my business to this place. My vehicle was perfectly fine. I got an oil change, and they always say it includes multi-point inspection.They told me that I will be needing a $2000+ repair soon. So they obviously checked something.I pick up my truck, and the next time I drive it, the check engine light comes on. I called to tell them I had no light before the oil change, but now I do. They tell me it's not related to the oil change, and it will be $185 to run the code.Guess what, I will take my business elsewhere. Because you don't know if it's related.

Honest staff, friendly, terrific communications. Matt Bierer is the sales consultant you must ask for, he is courteous, smart, experienced and he knows cars. I could not be more complimentary of this dealership and the used car I just bought. You can trust the people here to give you a fair sale, and an excellent experience. Manager James Malarkey is among the best I've met in this industry. You cant go wrong at John Kennedy Ford.

I called on a Monday with an issue with my F150. JK of Phoenixville was able to take the vehicle in the next day. I explained to them I was in a time crunch, needing my vehicle for vacation a few days later. They made no promises it would be done but they told me they would do everything they can to get it done. They were able to get the vehicle done before my trip. Jimmy hung around after hours to wait with me while the tech completed the work. Adam my advisor was extremely helpfully and communicated to me throughout the process. I appreciate this one JK of Phoenixville.Thank you

I needed to have a software update installed in my Mustang Mach-E that was going to take 2+ hours, and when I said I would be waiting for it, they told me they have a new complimentary service for picking up and delivering cars that require service.They even have an app that let's you know when they're on their way and exactly what time they'll arrive, the name and picture of the person who will be picking it up, and their contact info. They picked my car up an hour earlier than I expected (heads up!) and returned it several hours earlier than expected (pleasant surprise). For those of us who aren't usually able to have someone help us drop off our car, this was most helpful and an excellent experience.

Great sales team and great service team. Very professional. I ordered my first new vehicle through them, a 2023 Maverick truck. When it arrived, the buying experience was smooth, everyone was accommodating, informative, and not pushy.After 6 months, one of my power windows failed - I called the service team and they fixed it the same afternoon! Again, very accommodating and they honored the warranty without hesitation. I highly recommend this dealership.

Edit: Changing my review as JKF responded promptly and exceptionally.Been going there for 7 years or so. Serviced multiple Fords and currently service our Two Lincoln s there. Even talked my sister into buying an SUV from there.My last experience I had some issues and I contemplated not going back.However, after speaking to the service manager Chris, I d say JKF went above and beyond to satisfy my concerns. Unfortunate things happen sometimes and I think the way they responded gives me confidence for future business.

My wife found the perfect car for herself. Her last car was destroyed by a deer crash.....she originally wanted to wait before going to look at new cars....Last night she just happened to look for a car like she just lost, and found one a bit nicer than the previous one....It was at John Kennedy Ford , a two hour ride for us....We called and talked to Joe, he was very nice and offered to take some pictures of the car she was interested in, and sent them to us...without hesitation we made appointment with Joe. When we arrived hours later, we met Joe. He patiently was waiting for us...He was very friendly , asked about our trip there, then he showed us the car..........Just what she was looking for.....very nice car...we began buying process. Joe had the team prep this car and detail it....BEAUTIFUL AZERA....Everyone there was very nice. Joe was great and extreamly helpful and understanding. Answered all of our questions about the car and buying process..He even took care of getting our rental car back to the rental company...We are very happy to have met Joe, and very happy to have done business with JOHN KENNEDY FORD....HIGHLY RECOMMEND SEEING JOE IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A VEHICLE ...IT' S worth the drive.....Thanks Joe, Beverley and Daniel Givens from New Jetsey.

Not the best experience here. I asked service to check for a firmware update for the stereo system as it has been doing abnormal things. There was no mention of this at pickup. They were unable to find an engine related noise that developed after 6 months of ownership. It was deemed a "characteristic" of the engine. The oil life was not reset so I had to do this. These are mostly nuisance items and I suppose if there were serious problems they would have been addressed.

After two hours still have no navigation or ability to make phone calls! The assistant keeps telling me navigation is not available even though I know I paid for it. Also, if I try to make a phone call, she tells me she is still learning???? Hope it gets resolved soon. I HAVE ON BOARD NAVIGATION. MY PHONE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT. PLEASE GET ALLBOF THIS RESOLVED!

After a month long (frustrating) search around the entire area and beyond, I found a home at JK Phx! Chris P was extremely open, honest and helpful from the jump. He truly listened to my needs and was amazing through the process. I knew he was my guy when we looked at a ok truck and he shut it down, knowing I would be settling for less than I wanted. Soon after we found the truck for me and I couldn t have been more satisfied!

Shout out to Matt on 5/17/2022 who still takes great care of his customers! I m thinking of trading in my SUV and getting a hybrid. He helped me out with all my questions!I absolutely loved my experience at John Kennedy Ford in Phoenixville. I worked with Matt Bierer and told him what I was looking for in an SUV as well as my price point. He was able to work with me and explain my options in order to find what best fit my budget as well as my family. He made trading in my old car easy breezey and I am now the proud owner of a new to me (used) 2014 Dodge Journey. Shout out to the whole team as well as Rob McCoy in finance! He and Matt worked together to get me the best interest rate. The whole team was wonderful and I highly recommend John Kennedy Ford in Phoenixville!

This is a great dealership. I just bought a Ford F-150 and it had a tire problem 5 months in. I brought it back today and they apologized for the inconvenience and took responsibility for the issue and got me newer tires. I'm very pleased with this gesture from the Ford team. I will be recommending more people to this Ford. Not to mention great customer service.

My experience at John Kennedy Ford (Pheonixville) was awesome. They made the process quick and easy as well as stress free. Also, they were highly attentive/receptive to my needs for my new vehicle and made sure the vehicle was in tip top shape before I drove it off the lot. Not to mention, my vehicle arrived early and they called me right away!Their service center is also great. They payed attention to every detail and ensured I was happy with my service. I definitely left my car in good hands. If you re looking for a reliable Ford Dealer with excellent customer service, this is the place to go!
