Super satisfied with the service at Clark s! I needed to get my car inspected within a day in order to sell it (other shop fell through last minute) and they were able to get the job done on a Friday! The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was realistic and pleasant. I will continue to do business with them!

I finally found an honest and competent car service/repair business! They don't push repairs but tell you what should be done now and what can wait. They keep my 2001 (yes 2001) Honda Odyssey & 2018 MDX in great shape! Friendly customer service (Jamie & Ladd are the best!). I just had my Honda Fit in to Clarks for service for the first time and I was very impressed! All of the high praise they receive in their reviews is well deserved...they are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Pricing was very reasonable and I'm very happy with the quality of their work and their expertise. Looking forward to visiting again when needed!

A great local, family owned mechanic you can trust. They are honest, fair, and just all around good people. Very accommodating and fast turn around times. Great communication and I was kept updated every step of the way. They really care and it shows! Take your car to Clark's, you will be happy you did!

Clarks has delivered dealer quality service for the 3+ years I've gone there. Great experience with Clark's. Very friendly and took time to cater to the needs of my CRV. Only in town for a few days, but they were good to fit me in their tight schedule when an unexpected check engine light came on. I purchased my Honda Civic from Limerick Honda dealer and went there faithfully for car service for years. After a bad service experience with Honda Limerick, I went to Clarks Auto. They were awesome and helped me out when the Honda dealer could not. I continued to go there for the next six years and they even helped me sell my Civic when I decided to get a new car. They were always straightforward about what work needed to get done verses what was optional. I appreciated their honesty and would high recommended them.

These guys are a hidden treasure in Phoenixville. They're skilled...'good at diagnosing issues others haven't been able to...and they're prices are good too.If you own a Honda or Acura, there's no need to go to your dealer for service ever again. I'm told they know these cars better than any dealer in the area. In addition to owning a Japanese car, we've always had late model German and American cars and my experience has always been positive. On several occasions they've gone above and beyond the call -- and I've heard much of the same positive feedback from neighbors and friends. Above all, they're good, hardworking people and tell it like it is.Take your car there and you'll be a customer for life.

Take your Honda here. They used to work at the Honda dealer and know these cars inside and out. Plus the customer service was fantastic. They worked with me to get my 03 CRV up to inspection, and also gave honest feedback on what did and didn't need to be done to keep it on the road long term. I've definitely found my mechanic for as long as I drive a Honda

So I went to Clarks Auto Repair since it had such great ratings and I needed to figure out what was wrong with my car while I was at college away from my usual Auto Repair place. I was hoping with such a high rating they would not take me for a ride but I was wrong. First they charged me $70 for just a diagnostic, where most places do a diagnostic for free. Second they told me I had about $1000 worth in repairs needed on my car. I took it to my home Auto Repair shop and they said only one thing needed fixed and that my total cost was $130. So unless your a regular customer and you know you are being treated fairly do not go here.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS...ESPECIALLY TO YOUR WALLET. Where to begin....They offered to buy my car for a fraction of what is was worth. 2 errors codes came up. $53 for this info--they told me it would take hours to diagnosis. The dealership fixed the issue for $135! Not the thousands Clarks said it could cost. As for good prices...you should check the dealership (or really anywhere else) first. Maybe a $5-10 difference. My car had a rattle--guess who did not event suggest the $240 repair to fix it? Clarks. I'm thinking they wanted to keep the rattle in the hopes of me selling them my car. NO SAVINGS in time or money!!!

I have been to clarks auto a few times over the past 4 years for my Bmw. They were quick in getting it in every time and diagnosing the problem. I have saved many hours and money each visit. The staff continuously accesses my car better than my dealership, and gets me out without putting me through the ringer. Just a friendly honest local company. I would recommend them in any situation.

Visiting in the area at Christmas, daughter's older Honda Civic was overheating and she needed to return to Tennessee that day. Worked her car in to busy schedule morning after Xmas and had results complete before noon. Very reasonable price, excellent work. Got her home safe and on time.

To day I went there for the first time, I got in an accident, and brought my car there. They weren't able to fix it due to the extent of the damage, but the people were great! This help mitigate the stress from my disaster of a morning. Instead of trying to do something they weren't equipped for, they told me upfront. They also let me park my car there for most of the day while I tried to deal with insurance. Additionally, they went above and beyond, by taking me home, since my car was not drivable. They are good honest people, and I would go back any time.

Honest, Dependable and Great Customers Service! They are a small local family business and taking your car to their shop is a great way to support our local economy. They have taken great care of me and my car. You won't be disappointed.

Absolute garbage!!!! Wanted to replace our entire transmission when it was just a battery issue? Quoted us 4000 when it was just a battery??? Wouldn't trust this shop with anything.

Worst service ever they pulled a fuse out and tried to charge me 1100 to fix it.
