I am so impressed with this shop! The staff could not have been nicer to work with. Someone hit my parked car and knocked the front bumper off. Caliber s turn around time on fixing my car was incredible! I got it back within 3 days. I couldn t believe it! Adam, Megan, and Christie all were so friendly, kind, understanding, great with communication, and easy to work with. They made my experience so much more positive despite my bad luck. I hope I don t need them again but if I do, I feel confident going back to them knowing I would be in good hands. My before and after pictures are attached. I can t thank them enough!

I recently had my car repaired at Caliber Collision and I must say, the service was wonderful in every way. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the repair process to me. The technicians at Caliber Collision did an excellent job fixing my car, and it looks as good as new. I was also impressed with the efficiency of the service - my car was ready sooner than expected. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for their exceptional service and expertise. Nicholas was awesome. Kept me updated start to finish and my car was done a week ahead of schedule. They even returned my rental for me. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for auto body repairs in Chester County!

Justin and his staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the repair process. Communication with me was outstanding through text updates and they handled the payment directly with my insurance company.The body work repair to my ID.4 looks great, and I was reassured to learn that it s guaranteed for as long as I own the car. There were a few issues with the repair however - a replacement tire didn t hold air pressure (which was an issue with United Tire that was resolved in a day) and the passenger door wouldn t open from the inside. For both issues I was able to make an appointment at my earliest convenience, and had a rental car provided to me for the day. Hopefully I won t need to visit any time soon, but if I have the need in the future I d definitely not hesitate to return to Caliber Collision in Phoenixville.

My car was brought to this facility for repairs, and it took them two months to fix the damage. When it was delivered, there were components missing, the alignment was off, the bumper was improperly fixed, and the paint on the vehicle was unclean. After being ignored, I called the manager (Adam) several times to explain the situation and the car was sent back to the location for an additional week before being brought back with a new issue. In the meantime, the company was paid $ 20,000 but they did a terrible job.Never in a million years would I advise someone to drive there.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This was an approved shop through my insurance. My 228i had to have some minor fender bumper and door work done after someone hit the car in a parking lot and they took care of everything and had the car back to me in 7 days. They also checked in with me as progress was made along the way which was greatly appreciated. Caliber Collision repaired our Subaru Forester so that it looks brand new. They texted updates every couple days and completed the work as promised. If there was a silver lining to my accident - it was getting to work with Caliber Collision. They did a great job of fixing my minivan after I hit a deer. Minivan was finished when promised and all is working great. The staff here processed a collision claim when one of our vehicles was in an accident and the car ended up being totaled; despite not 'doing the work' they kept in constant communication throughout the experience and were good to work with during the insurance process.In a second interaction when I was looking for an estimate, the staff were very helpful. I didn't end up selecting them to do the work but that's really because the investment the team had quoted putting in didn't align with the value of the vehicle given its age. And the staff were very open and forthcoming on that subject and were definitely helpful. Will continue considering them in the future should a new need arise.Service: Body & Trim

Someone had hit my parked car. State Farm recommended Caliber.Adam and the team are so friendly and honest. They kept me informed each step of the way and even worked around my busy schedule so I could be without a car for the least amount of time. Love that! They were super flexible and willing to work with (and around) my work schedule. I was able to get my car back sooner than I had imagined. Justin the manager and the team at Caliber collision East did an amazing job working with us to get through the process of getting our truck back to us after the accident even though Progressive insurance made the entire process so much more difficult. I went to Caliber Collision to have the inner fender splash shield of my 2008 Honda Fit replaced. Since this part had been back-ordered, it was hard to find, and they had to try a couple of places before they could locate and order one. This took some time. After they replaced the part, I was both surprised and delighted when they told me that, due to the length of time and some communication issues, the repair (parts and labor) would be free. How many places would do that? Needless to say, I was impressed!
