We have had such a great experience with Blaise Alexander in Philipsburg! We needed to trade in a car and quickly for a larger vehicle last year. We didn t get an expensive vehicle, actually one of the cheaper used vehicles on the lot, yet we were treated so kindly and have been ever since! Cam was our salesman and is so down to earth and welcoming. He went above and beyond, even after we bought our car. We ran into some car sensor issues while traveling a few months ago and Cam + the team at Blaise were on the phone helping us and did everything in their power to find a solution. They have been nothing short of wonderful and we highly recommend them. We are so grateful for such great service and kindness!

I never thought I d purchase another vehicle from Blaise Alexander Philipsburg again. However, since the GM and sales manager are no longer there, the new management is great! Complete 180! Dustin did a great job getting me the perfect vehicle and treated me great on my trade in. I plan on buying all my future vehicles at Blaise Alexander Philipsburg. Thanks Dustin & crew!

I had an unexpected problem with my Trailblazer yesterday which I have only had since October. I went up to have them check it out around lunch time. They asked if I could be back in an hour. I did so and the car was checked out by service. Great service the kind I have to expect from Blaise Alexander. They are a very professional group!

Always a great experience working with the guys at the Philipsburg Blaise dealership. Recently bought a truck from there, and everybody was a pleasure to work with.Definitely give them a shot if you're in the market for a new vehicle!

I recently traded in my 2019 Camaro 2SS for a 2023 Camaro ZL1 at Blaise Alexander in Philipsburg and couldn't be happier. The staff, particularly my Sales Consultant Shawn Luzier and Sales Managers Cam Watson, Austin Luzier were very knowledgeable and transparent, ensuring I got a competitive value for my trade-in. They also laid out all of my financing options clearly and helped get in the loan that was right for me. I was able to drive off the lot without any concerns about my finances. I was treated very well at Blaise. I was helped by Jay as soon as I walked in the door and he and other staff members explained everything in great detail. My trade in was negative equity, which I knew coming in, but the staff explained why and where they get the numbers determining this info. The process was quick, smooth, pleasant and friendly. I hope the best for the car as I end to beat them up with high mileage, but my experience here will surely outlast the car. Thank you guys. You are awesome.

I have a 2019 3500HD, the DEF system warning came on. I called Blaise and they said drop it off and our techs will look at it when they get a free slot. This was Thursday the 21st. I was expecting not to get it back until after Christmas. Friday morning they called and said it's repaired. System needed a reprogramming. They then went the extra mile and did multi point inspection. They treated me great. I did not buy my vehicle from them. But I will definitely look at them first for our next Subaru and Truck. Had the car taken in for an antifreeze leak. They said when they started the car it had a miss in the engine. Instead of contacting us, they took thing's apart. Get the car back and it has a huge miss fire, like it is completely down a cylinder. It was definitely NOT like that when it went in. The only thing wrong with it, was the antifreeze leak. Doug and Dustin are nothing but thieves! Avoid this place at all costs, even if it is $200 more someplace else. You will still save money someplace else.

Came in to look at Silverado 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton trucks, they answered a lot of my detailed questions and let me test drive two trucks. I ended up finding a great deal on a used truck in another state for a great deal, but the customer service was excellent. The manager and sales team are truck enthusiasts and thus very knowledgeable.

Unfortunately, Blaise Alexander of Philipsburg took advantage of my senior citizen mom and sold her a used Buick Encore lemon. In less than a year, with less than 4000 miles driven in the months she owned it, the following has broken and/or needed to be replaced: Spark plugs, water pump, Ignition coil, turbocharger, tire monitoring system, and the rear wheel differential. There is also a small oil leak. After only driving it like 1000 miles it needed an oil change. They couldn't even give it a new oil change after getting it from the previous owner? I assume they did the bare minimum to get the car off the lot, but sold it for $14000. I asked them how much they would give us back for the car and they would only offer $500-$1000 on a trade-in, so the car became worthless in less than a year.Update 3/25/24: Honda Altoona gave us $4250 as a trade in for the Buick. Blue Knob offered $4750 for the Buick, and the dealership who sold this car less than a year ago, offered only $500-$1000...

This was our 1st experience working with Blaise Alexander and Jay made this experience phenomenal! Jay was very personal, worked with us to get what/where we wanted to be & always had an answer for every question! When we walked in the door he was ready with a smiling face to help us! We are very pleased with our experience at Blaise Alexander and with Jay ONeil. I m in love with our new Chevy Trailblazer!

Doing business with Bryce Shutt was an amazing experience. Made it nice for us to sit there and talk and make it like we were very much welcomed there. Made the sale so much easier with how informed! Dustin Shuey the manager did great talking to us and making it easier as well doing the paperwork. We walked out of there with a new truck!

Usually not a fan of dealerships but our salesman was so kind and considerant when my mom was getting a new car! No pressure. I will return to the Philipsburg location. ( not the State Clooge one , they're very pushy....)

They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition and always kept me informed. They made sure to address all of my concerns with consideration and understanding. We purchased our Equinox from Blaise Alexander of Philipsburg. Unfortunately there was an issue with the tires that was not noticeable upon a quick inspection. We had a tire separate shortly after purchasing it. Blaise was very helpful with rectifying the situation and took care of the issue quickly and in a very professional manner. The communication and entire process couldn't have been easier. I made an appointment to have 3 things addressed with my vehicle. One (minor coolant leak) I felt should be covered under warranty. The second was an issue with the brake pad indicator system, they repaired as asked. The last was PA inspection. What I didn't ask for was any recalls, but they did that as well. Happy with the friendly service.

I highly recommend this dealership. I bought a new trailblazer Saturday August 12 and could not have been treated better. The sales person we dealt with. Kacey Leigey. He was most courteous and professional. Had we not had him. I probably wouldn't have bought a new car. So please consider dealing with Kacey. The general manager was also great in the deal we made. Purchased a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer from Blaise Alexander in Philipsburg. I was working away during the week so I couldn't get to the dealership at the time to make the deal. Salesman Mike Ross did a great job working with me over the phone the entire week and kept me updated multiple times per day on the financing and overall process. Since I was on the road I was worried the vehicle would be sold before I could get to the dealership but Mike worked hard to keep the process going and keep the vehicle available to me. I got back on Friday and met Mike at the dealership and we got everything signed and I was out the door in less than an hour with my new Trailblazer! The entire dealership did an outstanding job of working with me and I recommend them. So if you're looking for a vehicle ask for Mike Ross at Blaise Alexander in Philipsburg!
