My experience In Xavier's Auto Center was more than just FIVE I can say that I have found honest people that I can trust my cars maintenance which it s very hard to find now days. They will take care of you like family. I have to say Samuel, Santiago,Luis are very Knowledgeable and respectful and always will contact you before doing anything to your vehicle they will make sure you fully understand the process. Love the app they use which allows you to see with details the diagnosis and status of your vehicle.Thank you for the great customer service and support you guys provide to us. I will definitely continue being a customer here!!!!

If you are having problems with your vehicle come to this place, this people are experts, I brought my car with an issue of no start they found the problem and fixed it, now my car is back to life thanks to xaviers shop, I would highly recommend them, lots of communication and they will show you what they are doing through pictures, thanks for the great service will come back soon

I would like to say I am very satisfied with the work Xavier auto provided. I am very particular (picky) with taking my car to an non dealership for my car to get worked on and Also having bad past experiences with individual that say they work on European vehicles but isn t educated nor experienced. The customer services were great when coming to responses. I do have one con is that they get better with checking the vehicle thoroughly for specific parts when it comes to the invoice and the pricing so you know what is exactly needed vs getting communicated multiple times out the day or the following that you need a new part and it delays you getting the car back especially if you are paying the findings on what is wrong with the vehicle. I do like that they document everything with pictures and video and send it through a portal. I will say it is pricey which is expected for the type of car I have but the quality and service was good so I will not complain about that. They do have a financing option I did not use that but it is an option. I do like they have 1 and 3 year warranty options. Also shout to them washing my car I was truly surprised about that but grateful I do love keeping my car clean so that made my day. I would for sure take my car there again if I don t take it to the dealership.

These guys are the greatest. Hit a curb in my trike and blew out a rear tire. Called them on the phone, and got a new tire ordered and delivered. It was there and waiting when I got there. Got the old one off and mounted the new one in about 20 minutes. Highly recommend them. Thanks guys.

loved my experience here. my car hasn t been able to start for months and they got it running again. the service advisor walked me thru the whole process which i appreciated, no trying to get over on me or anything. the prices are sensible for the service provided and it s completely your decision before making any payment. will definitely be returning here for future service. thank you!

Xavier's is awesome!! Not only do they do a great job fixing your car, they also have excellent customer service (Thanks Sam and Louis ). They also offer financing so you can get your car back on the road quickly and make payments over time for the repairs. I'm so grateful for them!

I was looking for a shop in the Philly area to assist with some accident damage in a pinch and gave Xaviers a call. The shop manager, Luis, was extremely helpful in what I could only describe as a difficult situation. Their communication is the best I have seen...you are always informed. And their communication is modern...text, web platform, etc. The work was completed according to plan / quickly and to our satisfaction.

Took our 20yr old Honda here just after calling a few places I found on Google. Samuel was great to work with, explained everything and offered different approaches to fix it. We were able to get the car looked at that day and fixed the next and was honest and gave fair prices. (Definitely better than the dealership quote) He even showed me the damaged parts after replacing them just to confirm we found the source of the issue. I will come back here next time we have car troubles.

This is the best auto center I have been to, and definitely the best in the city. Luis is extremely helpful and understanding. The entire staff are amazing. They are very efficient and amazing communication. I highly recommend them for auto needs.

Im so grateful to everyone here for the work they did on my car. Samuel especially was so helpful with his constant communication and knowledge! I live an hour away but he still made it so easy for me to involved in every step!

They had me to take out a loan to fixed my truck and they tried to charge me up. My truck still is not fixed right. Be careful on what they and get it in writing. They are slow on working on your vehicle. It took them 3 days just to do one thing and they messed that up and tried to charge me for their mistakes.

Absolutely impeccable customer service, and a very state of the art quote and photo documentation system. I took my truck in for a full Inspection, the team communicated the progress of the repairs, made recommendations and provided me with a very detailed list of urgent items, items that will need to be addressed in the future, and items which are in good shape. Overall, cannot recommend this family owned business enough. Great service, great communication. Everything and all of my options and possibilities were explained to me clearly and I was helped with a ton of other things relating to my car that I was too worried about getting checked due to pricing. We called them today while stranded on the side of the road. The man, I think his name is Sam, it was a poor connection, was very nice. He had to look up our tire to see if he carried it and then called us back to tell us he didn't have it but what our options were. Our aaa tow driver came and handled the rest. Now the reason I'm giving them 5 stars is because sam called me back an hour later to see if we were OK. Who does that??? Nobody!!! Unless you care about people which deserves 5 stars. Thank you sam!!

No one ever wants to experience damage to their vehicle let alone by someone attempting to steal it. From start to finish Xavier s was wonderful. I highly recommend this shop. Everyone was very nice especially Luis. He was very upfront with the costs and any possible issues that I may have with the warranty company. He kept me updated with everything that was going on and even followed up to see how my car was running. My car had gone to a couple shops but they were the ones to find out what the issue was. I had a problem with one of my windshield wipers and they fixed it with no problem.Service: Electrical repair

This was this experience I ve been looking for. I scheduled an appointment online. The day my vehicle was to arrive I received a call from Luis letting my know how my vehicle would be inspected and the cost. From there I received a detailed inspection report which included pictures and videos. Luis s communication was great throughout the entire process following up via call and text when appropriate. I was looking for a place to fix my airbag light that was on and my seatbelt that was locked after a collision. Xavier s Auto Center is the best place that I have been with my car. They are honest, very professionals All of them are great technicians but I had the opportunity to work closely with Luis and Manuel, they will go above and beyond to make sure you got a great service in your car. They give all the details of the work that your car needs with Pictures step by step so that you can understand what s going on with your car. I appreciate Xavier's for their honesty, thoroughness & reliability. I can trust that when they inspect & diagnose a problem with my vehicle that their findings are correct. I also love that they set up a free portal for you so you can see the progress of your car as it is being serviced by way of videos and pictures.I owe a special thanks to Luiz who is exceptional when it comes to customer service. Luiz was very patient when explaining my car's electrical issue to me in a way I could easily understand. The guys over at Xavier auto center was nothing short of amazing. After a hassle of poor communication with another car shop owner, talking to Luis and him ensuring his guys had my back made me feel so safe and secure. Their communication and their thorough check of my car made me know they know what they were doing! Not to mention they cleaned my car inside and out! I ve found a new mechanic home! I am satisfied with the performance of Xavier Auto center. They perform work on my car in a timely manner. Inform me of the work that needs to be done at every level of the maintenance request. The price was perfect for the work that they did. My car is running almost like brand new and I appreciate the fact that they did a fantastic job. I will recommend Xavier Auto center to anyone who needs Auto repair. And on top of that they vacuum the inside of my car!!
