PLEASE FONT USE THIS SHOP!!!! He will rip you off. A friend of mine ordered a rim and tire package from Luis, pre paid him $2600. After a week and no rims, Luis lied to him and showed him multiply different tracking numbers. Still no rims showed up. He ask Luis for his money back, he said he doesn t have no money to give him back. So what he did he showed my friend some rim and tires that was on a customers car that was in his shop, removed them since they would fit his car, and gave them to him. Can you believe that!!!! There was also 2 other customers in there with the same issue. Youve been warned

Excellent inventory and even better customer service. G & Alva were cool as helI and if you can't find what you're looking for in the store, they'll call around or find you something online. Alva had my order shipped to the store and set up my appointment to have the rims mounted all within a week. Best of all, they won't beat you over the head price wise, plus they offer financing just incase you don't wanna spend all that bread off top. 5 stars!

Worst place in philly they don't know what they're doing. I took my 28s inch rim to put a new tire on Took them 3 days to put the tire on and they scratched up my rim all up And damage the bead on the new tire which caused my tire to pop in the highway and I almost got into an accent I called so we can work something out and they refuse to do anything. Said that that was not their problem

I finally decided to get aftermarket wheels after I cracked my driver side factory wheels from Mercedes. Who want to pay stealership prices for wheels when you have a plethora of better looking aftermarket wheels to select from? However, in my specific situation, my car (2016 MB C450/C43 AMG) is extremely picky when it comes with wheel and tire sizing because of my enormous front 4 -piston brakes inside a baby benz wheel well with giant upper control arms. My choices of wheels and tire combos that fit were very limited. I think there is all but a handful that works without shelling out $$$$$ for custom 3pc forged wheels.The Wheel Thing took up the challenge that my car had in store for them and they conquered it like champs. Big thanks to the entire team there, especially Alva, who was there with me from the first step to the last steps of tweaking the wheels and spacers to work with my crazy car specs.We finally decided to go with this staggered setup:Niche Vosso m203 Satin Black 19x8.5j et35 and 19x9.5j et48 with 5mm spacers in the front to give me a couple mm of clearance for the control arm in the front.Tires: Continental Extreme Contact DWS06 245/35/19 and 285/30/19This is by far the biggest tires I can fit in this vehicle and the Wheel Thing did an amazing job every step of the way to make sure my new wheel setup works for me and they did it with topnotch service and a very competitive price.I had done my extensive research of wheels and fitments and tires for 3 weeks before pulling the trigger. Everything down to the science and mathematics of fitting wheels into my complicated car. And yet, Alva still taught me a whole few chapters of knowledge about wheels I did not know about during the process. These guys at the Wheel Thing knows there thing! I will be coming back here for all my future wheels and tire services!

I went in December to put a deposit on rims near Christmas and a week into January the shop has been closed.. the phone number posted on the building doesn t work the cell number for one of the male employee I was given became out of service I ve been going by there several times all of January and there closed! I was so excited to get rims but at this point I just like to receive my deposit back thanks disappointed customer

I order mats for my Tesla model Y back in September gave a deposit called a few times the guy behind the register told me he would call when the mats came in and he never called and it s now December never called almost never open when I stop by this is the worst place ever now before the pandemic they were a great place to do business I feel like I got robbed for my money I had to get my mats else where terrible place of business now never heard back from anyone and I won t even be able to get a refund place sucks

If you need anything to do with wheels, make Wheel Thing your first and last stop. I made the mistake of starting on Ebay for my CLS 550 only to find out the offset wasn t correct. Brian and his team went out of their way to make it right (even though I didn t purchase the rims from him). A first class experience from a full service team that really knows wheels. Brian s decades of experience in the wheel industry will meet and exceed your expectations I am very selective and they have me as a recurring customer.

Hours says open but never open took my wheel to get repaired I haven t been in state and now no one is answering the phone and I have to leave today can t drive the truck with out it

Excellent customer service, really seemed to care at making me happy with my purchase. From the manager to the cashier it was a great experience and I highly recommend this place. Worked with me getting the exact tire and rims I wanted and even ordered other parts that I wanted for my jeep. Also talked me out of a sale to save me money as he did not feel it would look right on my jeep, taking money from himself and using his experience on what would look right as add-ons. VERY HAPPY with my purchase and the great customer service. Highly recommend the Wheel Thing Store :)

If I could give these mfs a 0 star I would!!! Very unorganized and unprofessional! They didn t fix my rim after having it for 8 days. Louis didn t answer my calls or text messages when i was trying to reach him! I will never go to get service from these people if they were my last option!!!

Great customer service, friendly staff, They even suggested other tire stores that may have the tire I needed at a lower price. That was true, but I went back to them because of the I did not receive the welcoming treatment anywhere else. To me, being treated well as a customer is worth a few dollars more.

This being my first experience adding Rims to my vehicle I can honestly say was a great choice! Alva suggested a great set of rims that I went with. Very knowledgeable staff and reputable business. Great prices for sure, I felt very comfortable spending my money here and satisfied with they're customer service. Very Friendly atmosphere, Lou installed my radio and alarm system & G was very helpful as well.

The wheel thing will always have me as a customer. There is no other rim shop that treat there customers with respect and make sure that you are satisfied with your wheels or car alarm. Alva and her team are awesome! She made my car look beautiful and Luis hooked my alarm system nice and clean. The Wheel Thing team are amazing and they have my five star vote and my business.

This place is the best! I blew a tire out and bent rim hitting a pothole. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. I think I'm going to go back to get the scratches tajen care of and get my rims painted with glossy black! This too at a cheaper price than was quoted me from elsewhere to only repair scratches. Great friendly staff too!

I highly recommend this business if you want rims for your car. They actually help me pick out the best looking rims for my Mercedes-Benz. I get at least 10 Complements a day about how nice my car is.

Great experience and great work is all I can say about them. Truly professional and made my job very easy selecting my rims and what color to paint my brake calibers. Highly recommended!!!

Been going here for years, never been disappointed. I've always said you either write up a review if you are extremely pleased or slightly dissatisfied and I am definitely the former. The owners a knowledgeable dude and is always straight with me regarding the problem and solution. The only downside is that some uneducated people sometimes like to come in and cause problems, but that don't worry me none. And I just want to respond to the review from the UTI student, they have a drill machine that can fit any set of tires to your cars bolt pattern (they did it for me!). I give this shop my highest recommendation!

I love this place great wheels and tires and great prices. Alva was the employee who helped me out and she was great. Very helpful and her knowledge of wheels and tires is perfect......It's like she was in my head LOL..... she know exactly what I needed and wanted and picked the perfect wheels and tires for my vehicle

They say first come first served but when you get there and you asked several people can you do the job and they say yes so you wait for hours me I waited three hours to find out from someone else they cannot do it wasted my time And the person that does the alignment is never there so every time you call and after purchasing a set of wheels and tires good luck on trying to get a wheel alignment right after!!!!!! And another thing they change their prices randomly for Wheel balances so if they tell you one price and you save up for that price next thing you know you go back they change the price on you

My husband went there 4 times to schedule a appointment. Finally the 5th the gentleman & lady told him to come back on 9/7/2020 at 8:30 . My husband goes there the place was not opened, so he waited. When the gentleman & lady that just told him prior to come in for service on 9/7 they said to my husband they don t remember saying it or remembering him. My husband explained to them the words that were translated back him and forth with them for remembrance. The lady first said she was too busy , but then told my husband to wait and they would he assumed to service his car after going back and forth. My husband waited outside in his car for 1 hour and No one has came out to say or do anything. I decided to call another place for service for his car and told him to leave. The CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE WHICH HE NEVER RECEIVED HORRIBLE. I wouldn t recommend this place to NO ONE!

Brought my tire in there to fix rim and get a new tire placed on it. Worst experience ever! First they just took my tire without saying a word. I had to go back in three times to get an answer as to how long and what price. Finally, I get an answer of,'?" it will take two to three days and someone will call me with a price"However, NO ONE called me! I had to call them. And still wasn't satified with an amount. Then on the FOURTH day, I called again, only to be dissapointed with still no pick up or price for my tire. Finally, on the second to the last day they said I can pick up tomorrow. Still no price. Having called them again to see if tire was complete, I went to pick it up 6 days Wrong tire and A burn mark on the therim.I n get home with the tire. Place it on my car only to see they never placed my valve cap back on my tire. Needless to say, When I was spending $2000 grand to originally get the rims and tires everything was great! But when I needed a tire fixed they were very unprofessional. And I was gonna get rims and tires for my truck but not ANYMORE! I will no longer be using this place of business.

I live a hour and 20 minutes away and they won't give quotes over the phone. When I did go to the store to order my tires and come a week later to pick them up the lady "Alva" never ordered them and told me to come back tomorrow. Such an inconvenience and unprofessional

This has to be one of the most unprofessional we dont have it type tire shops ever. At 1 point they were good but now its jus a bad experience and sickening feeling jus to call these ppl. I will be taking my business else where and wouldn't suggest this place to fix my daughters big wheel wheel...

I don't even think 5 stars expresses how happy I was with the customer service I received at Wheel Thing... Alva was phenomenal and went above and beyond not just to make a sale, but to make sure I was happy.. and let me tell you I'm beyond happy! Next time I want a burger I'm calling Wheel Thing FIRST to see if they sell them and if not then I'm going to five guys lol. I say that to try to express how much of my business they have earned. Best wheel shop in philly!! Scratch that best wheel shop in the WORLD!!! Great prices and the staff is the best. Brian gets the jobs done while Alva and G spend so much time with their customers.

After searching through several auto wheel and rims stores in philadelphia , Delaware and New Jersey , I decided to go with the wheel thing store on broad St and I'm glad I did . They were very professional and offered a great service with a very competitive price for my SL 65 AMG wheels and tires. I would definitely recommend them for that as well as rim repairs which they did to my brother's car.
