December 6 2021:I have been an automotive Enthusiast for as long as I can remember. I own a social media and automotive technology company and I am always working with different shops on builds and business. I am a die hard BMW Enthusiast and I have a E46 M3 as well as a E92 335i that I purchased as a track car. It was purchased from the original owner with only 30k miles and the original owner pretty much bought and did everything you could do to this car but never finished the project and just sat in his garage for 6 months. I purchased the car to finish and get her on the track for 2022. I did a lot of research for the right business to take care of my car as I am meticulous about who works on my cars. I spoke with a lot of friends and other BMW enthusiasts in my circle and consensus was take it to VAC Motorsports.I have yet to drop the car off but you can just tell by the service and conversation over the phone that this place is the real deal. I spoke with John personally and can say I think I'm in the right hands looking over my car. I am excited to get this 335i back on the road where she belongs and ultimately burning rubber on the track. I look forward to updating this review once the car is tip top and done.***update coming soon. STAY TUNED!***

Knowledgeable and friendly group. One can tell that they love what they do and enjoy working with each other. I love BMWs, have owned only two. A 2004 E46 M3 and a 2017 X3. I wish I had the benefit of these guys when I owned my M3. They answer questions I don t even ask. Will return and if they continue this level of service I am a lifelong customer.

Before my car damaged by the pothole, I never know how close the VAC is from my apartment.John is super nice and willing to show me around. After seeing how those parts were manufactured, I am pretty confident they will take care of my car.Although the price is a bit out of my expectation, I am pretty sure they will be the first choice if your BMW experienced any problem with the its major components (engine, trans, diff, VANOS, rod bearing, crank hub, etc.)Even your car has no problem, I still think it's a great opportunity to see their lot if you are not too far away. Lots of BMW, and lots of vintage car that can still shine in the future.

VAC is the place to go if you need something done on BMW's especially. Everyone is ultra knowledgeable, they provide a detailed and high level of service, and they clearly care.

The personal is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and transparent. They take the time to explain everything in detail, tell you what your options are, and will suggest the best solutions. They can service all your BMW servicing needs and workmanship is second to none. I recommend VAT Motorsports to anyone with a BMW...

Useless. I ordered 3 45dcoe carbs and was sent 2 different part number carbs. It s been over a month with no resolution. I was told we have an expo and I don t know when we will be able to call you back. It may be 2 weeks. In the mean time just keep pushing the $80,000 car outside every morning and back inside every evening until we find time to deal with your issue. It s not our fault the people we order from packaged the carb incorrectly.

Lady is at front says she'll get an answer from the technical side. But never does. Makes excuses for them. I think her name is Veronica Munroe. Bad customer service, never respond to easy questions. If you have another parts supplier that knows how to treat customers then go with them but stay away from VAC.

VAC motorsports attempted to make a customer (who paid thousands of dollars for a billet block and never received it years later) sign an NDA before issuing a refund. After the customer refused to sign an NDA, which he had every right to do, VAC refused the refund. I wouldn t trust this company farther than I could throw them. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
