Excellent work and excellent communication. Quite satisfied with the experience, and appreciated the status updates on the progress. The work was completed right on time, within the estimated timeframe provided. They even attached my front tag bumper guard that I had left inside the car, after the repairs were completed, and my car looked great, shinier and prettier than before :) Thank you Justin for the great service.

I have been a customer of this body shop for close to ten years. (They sort of comically refer to me as one of their "frequent flyers.") Justin and the team there do work that is outstanding! We have had all 4 tires and wheels stolen on two different occasions. They go out of their way to get me towed and get whatever car was vandalized in the city onto a truck and safely to the shop without further damage. The cars have always been returned looking like I just drove off the dealer's lot with a brand new car. John Napoli, the owner of this business, has also been super helpful and always takes my frantic calls on his cell phone, and does all he can to help resolve all problems. They are just amazing! I would never go anywhere else! (And they never overcharge!)

This place does quality work. I am extremely happy with the work performed. Very professional in every aspect. From the work being done to speaking with Justin. I would highly recommend Urban Collision. Oh and they did a little detail on the inside. A very nice touch. Keep up the GREAT WORK!!

Met with Justin here and had a great experience. He is a nice guy and this place did an excellent job fixing my car ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this shop and the staff as well. If you are lookIng for a quality collision shop, this is definitely the place. Unfortunately I had an accident recently and these guys one again made my car look great, they are honest and dependable and the best Autobody shop that I have been to.

Justin has customer service skills that are out of this world. He goes above and beyond; super professional, respectful, and he makes sure the job is done well in a timely manner. I have used Urban Collision for body work on two occasions and the outcomes have been beyond my expectations each time. They really take care of you and your car from the moment you walk in to the moment they hand you your keys. Justin also makes the insurance process a breeze. I can t recommend this shop enough and if I could rate them 10 stars, I would. Also, their other shop for auto maintenance is also equally as phenomenal for oil changes, tires, and brakes. They re my go-to guys all around and for good reason!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes, Oil change
