My 2016 Honda Odyssey had a squealing belt. I knew what I needed, so when I went to the shop they did a checkup and found that it was what I thought. I use this repair shop for all of my car repairs. Very courteous and the prices are at the mid range. They are not over taxing with their pricing. I would recommend this company to you and yours.

Customer service is not so common anymore, but United really is the best experience I've had in decades. The owner is kind, the front desk is accommodating and detail oriented, even the mechanics are very nice and always go above and beyond.I take my vehicles here for everything at this point, I don't even shop pricing.They are always up front about the work they are doing, will communicate throughout the process, and are very easy to work with.The mechanics even text me updates as they complete the work.You really don't ever think "auto shop" and smile at the same time, but honestly the entire operation just does a good job.

This place removed a power steering o-ring to scam my retired mother out of money.They don't care about customers, they want your money and will attempt to Sabatoge your car for profit.My mother complained about a power steering leak, I was surprised because I replaced the o-rings Oct 2022. Now it's Aug 2023 and maybe it started to degrade. Upon inspection the power steering line nipple had no red o-ring, I thought that maybe it was stuck in the receptacle, the receptacle had no o-ring!Someone removed the o-ring

I ve been coming here for 20+ years! Always the most polite service and great and reasonable price. They really look out for their costumers and go out of their way to explain problems when I don t understand! I don t know much about cars and I always feel safe coming here knowing they don t take advantage of women or people! Great family business! The son and father duo are always nice to see and always take the time to catch up when they can! Very consistent! They whole family and extended family comes here and loves it! Dude the lady at the front desk is very sweet so DON'T be rude to her. They are awesome they got me in last second for my inspection. The cheapest inspection around after taxes 70. I highly recommend this place.

Been coming here for years and they always take good care of me, even if they can not help or service my need they give me great insight on where to go and what to do. Very very HONEST, fair prices, takes their time, great customer service, & the best part is that THEY DON'T TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF FEMALES IGNORANCE ABOUT CARS. VERY HONEST! Thank you for that! Your mothers, wives, and daughters will be blessed because you're not robbing women! Thank you!!

I love this Auto Shop, they treat you like family.... I travel a good distance to have work done here, they are reasonable, especially if you pay with cash, they are friendly yet tell you what you need to hear and not what you don't. They tend to get busy because everyone wants their service

United Auto has provided excellent service to me and my family for over 20 years. They are honest and reasonably priced. They have a comfortable waiting area you can sit in and the staff is very friendly .

I brought my car in for an inspection. It runs exceptionally smooth. The owner comes out to tell me that it has a leak and is making a noise. Of course, I knew it didn t. It was a SCAM! He did something to my car to get more money out of me! My engine was completely rebuilt and had no issues! My car had a noise indeed when I got in it! Don t go there! If you Love your car, Don t take it here! They are Crooked!Service: Vehicle Inspection

If you need proof that this is a place with horrible customer service and no professionalism- look no farther than their belligerent replies to negative reviews. Do not expect this company to treat you with respect, apologize for their oversights, try to make things right, or honor their words.They gave me a list of items I needed to fix to pass inspection. I took care of those items (for $300 cheaper than their price) and came back only for them to come up with new items in need to repair. They may have a low price for the inspection but it s not worth it for the hassle and the expensive repairs they ask for.

Fast. Honest. Great experience.Dropped my car off 8am. Check engine light. Called 12pm. Quote for repair was reasonable. Explained repair. Engine work was done 1:30pm. Was a simple repair(for a mechanic) they ordered the parts completed the job. Will definitely be going back.

Very friendly and great service. I wanted to get a car I was looking at inspected before I closed on it and they were kind enough to squeeze me in on short notice. Fair pricing as well. Highly recommend.

I Went there for inspection the car the father who is a nice owner and very professional wasn't there but the son was there who is very rude, unpleasant, aggressive, no experience he has no sense of customer service and he has no manner. he charged me for a inspection and emission and I paid him but when I asked him what part should be changed he didnot answer me telling me to leave the shop he was threating and yelling at me inside the business shop at the same time his father arrived the shop and tried to stop him but it didnot work lol i know his father for many years he is very well known Iranian gentleman but sadly his son is damaging father's business badly. Just make sure if you go there don't deal with son wait for father.

Thank you for being honest, well-educated people who know how to do a job well and do it at an affordable price.Here s my story: I started hearing a squeal when I turned and took my car to pep boys to get an estimate. They quoted me over $1300 to fix a whole list of things. I decided to think about it. A few days later, I could barely turn my steering wheel at all. I went to United Auto Repair and they fixed the problem quickly for $200! Apparently a valve was leaking oil onto a belt. They cleaned off my belt and tightened it, changed my oil and replaced my valve gasket cover. They said that the work that pep boys was going to do would not have even fixed the problem. Plus, there s a great hole in the wall Chinese food place across the street (Hunan). You can eat there while you wait.

Before I had kids and after , I've taken every car I have every owed to them. Even though people refer other shops to me, I always find myself going back to them. They will let you know if they can fix it or not. I was even told by the owner stop putting money into my previous van and just get a new car! I go in thinking its going to cost me a arm and a leg for whatever it is, but to my surprise its not and I have money left over. Thanks for being a shop with mechanics that are trustworthy.

I went to this place to change my tires. They broke my tire pressure sensor in the process then told me it was broken. I paid for the part and they replaced it. It never worked. They said it was a programming issue. I brought the car to Toyota and they said there is no pressure sensor installed in the tires at all. I've gone to this place for years. Never again. Now I lost 60 dollars for parts to them and Toyota wants 450 to replace the sensors this place broke.Service: Tires

If I could go into the negative #s for this place I would. DO NOT bring your car here!! they will charge you an arm and a leg! I brought my car here for a brake job last month and the price was through the roof! I needed them badly so I paid the money. IT WAS THE WORST JOB SOMEONE COULD POSSIBLY DO! I had to take them BACK because they were still sqeaking and beginning to grind. They "adjusted" them 2 times after that before I called it quits and got a CRACKHEAD to do a better job than these "professionals" A friend of mine also got an inspection done here and had a horrible experience... it was only an inspection!!!! I dont recommend ANYONE going here if they want quality work!

I always take my car here. My whole family does. They're so nice and polite. This past visit i got an inspection and inquired about a tune up. The owner was honest and told me i didnt need a tune up. Im thankful for his honesty and didnt charge me for something i didnt need. They're quick and good at what they do. I will continue to bring my car here.

I took my car for service..they checked it and let me know what needed to be done in the order of importance. I like that they didn't take advantage of me being a female! I highly recommend this place.

PLEASE DONT EVER PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!!! Our regular family mechanic was honest and couldn't fix the issues with my grandmother's vehicle. She decided to take it to this place. She has a 2002 Chevy Malibu and the people at this place ran diagnostics on her car and told her that all she needed was a tune up.... They charged her $341.00... Then those fools tell her that her car still wasn't running and they couldn't fix it. Finally the car was towed to back to the dealer and was informed of a bigger issue (that should have come up in United diagnostics) and not to mention, the spark plug from the "tune-up" that these cowards did, were placed incorrectly and had to be fixed smh. Shame on this business for taken advantage of an elderly woman. All she wanted was a honest mechanic to work on her vehicle. Ladies, please don't take your car here!!! If they did it to her they will do it to You! Further more if you don't know anything about cars please allow someone who you trust to go with You! After the car was fixed by the dealer, my grandmother drove back to the business and told the guy he had ripped her off, informing him that the tune up wasn't needed and that it was done incorrectly, these spineless individuals only excuse was that the diagnostic machine wasn't working properly. So basically you lied to get money out of her. I will be contacting the BBB!!!P.S your only getting one star because Google won't allow me to post without it.
