Was referred to this shop from a friend who had work done and had nothing but good things to say about Ben and his team.Unfortunately I was in an accident with my business truck and there was a lot of issues with the insurance companies back and forth on repairs vs total loss. Ben stepped in and help navigate me through the process and got my truck from the verge of being a total loss, to having it repaired like it was new again. Thank you to Ben and his team for a great outcome and getting me back on the road in a timely manner.

I cannot say enough great things about twins auto body!! I've been to both locations and had an equally positive experience. Not only do they do beautiful work on your vehicle. The staff including the owners are just the most wonderful, professional, understanding people. So save yourself the time on looking around for the perfect auto body shop and chose these guys!! You won't regret it.

I had a terrible accident and was referred to Twins. The owner Benny took the challenge of restoring my car back to life. They were able to not only fix my car but restore it back to a perfect condition. Benny was in constant contact with me throughout the whole process and even took care of insurance concerns. FOUND ALL PARTS NEEDED & TRAVELED ACROSS STATE LINES to pick them up personally. I hope to never get in another accident but if I was to Twins and Benny will be getting my business again.

This place is an amazing! Got into an accident and was referred here by my sister. Juan got me right in another car without a headache and the car came back impeccable. Benny had my car looking brand new. Clean and detailed. No headaches from the insurance. They handled everything!

I've been bringing my Car(s) to twins auto body since 1990! Yes started with fixing and painting my 1984 red Camaro z28 to an amazing corvette yellow!Was the greatest transformation of a car that I've ever seen!Ever since then, I have been bringing all of my cars, my families, cars, and I had recommended several friends to twins auto body!The big difference is: with Twins Auto Body no matter what kind of car you have, whether it's a 1984 Chevy or 2024 Ferrari, whether you have insurance or no insurance insurance, no car will ever leave that shop not looking in mint showroom condition!They are Fanatical about their work and know how to deal with the insurance companies to save you the most money possible!!Highly recommend - Five Stars now for close to 40 years!Their Experience, and the way they treat their customers is invaluable and second to none!You won't be disappointed!

Had an incident that required me to get a new bumper. Most shops wanted me to wait at least 2 weeks just for them to look at the car to give me an estimate then another 2 weeks to complete the work. I called Twins at Fox Chase because they were right down the street from me and I recently seen something on Facebook which reminded me they were there. They took me immediately once I called them and gave me a quote right on the spot. They were able to have my car ready within a week even with the weekend and holiday in between. Super friendly and will definitely come back here again. Thank you!

I ve been a customer of Ben s for 25+ years, prior to the Fox Chase location, and he has always gone above and beyond dealing with insurance companies, adjusters, supplements any issues you run into he has been hands on assisting and taking control until issues are resolved. Needless to say my vehicles have always been returned looking as if it was off the dealer lot. He is maticulous with his work and I ve never had to worry about being disappointed when I ve picked up a vehicle he was repairing. I recently had my 2013 Mazda 6 in this repair facility due to a front end collision, the owner Ben kept me posted on the status of my vehicle throughout the initial repair process as well as finding further damage related to the accident, he was able to meet all of this in a timely manner. I picked up the vehicle and his work is impeccable both mechanically and cosmetically, it s a rare experience to find a owner who takes so much pride in his profession as well as his staff showing empathy while maintaining communication and delivering a beautiful finished product, I will be referring Twins to all of my friends and family in the future..Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I was recommended by Friend to see Benny said he did amazing work, and that I wouldn t be disappointed and I wasn t Benny went above and beyond to make sure my car was in the exact condition that I had purchased a vehicle. He went back-and-forth with the insurance company to make sure they didn t cut corners and purchase off brand products He kept communication with me and the insurance through phone text and email I recommend him to anyone who needs work done will not be disappointed

I have brought all my cars to Benny since 1990. He has repaired all my cars to perfection. He has worked on my cars from Mercedes to Toyota. The attention to detail, professionalized service and quick turn around makes him the only shop my family and I choose. If there is ever an issue with the insurance company or payment he goes to bat for you to make sure they pay for what is owed. He does not sacrifice quality and makes sure the car is perfect before it leaves his shop. I guess that s why he has been in business for 35 years. I highly recommend both locations for any repairs.

Ben over at Twins was awesome. They handled all the communication with insurance to get this whole side of my truck bed replaced after I was hit. It turned out great, the paint job is a perfect match, and he got the whole thing done in a very timely fashion. This was my second time going to Twins as my first experience with another car was seamless. My car came out looking perfect and in addition to all the body work needed, Ben even went the extra mile by replacing a bad socket and bulb on the left side marker light. He was patient and supportive w issues I was having w my insurance company as well.. not to mention they cleaned the inside and outside of my car when I picked it up! Highly recommend Twins you won t be disappointed!

My hood had some severe paint damage from a product defect and I took it to Twins in Foxchase after getting some quotes from other shops. Twins came in at a very reasonable price but gave me the peace of mind that my vehicle would be taken care of. After a few days, I got a call from the shop and checked out my vehicle and the hood looked brand new, like it never had any issue.The entire team at Twins was very friendly and the owner and I struck up a great conversation about our Italian heritage.If anyone wants the additional peace of mind that your vehicle will be looked out for and wants to support a local business, I highly recommend Twins at Fox Chase!Service: Painting

Best job done on the car. Car looks like new again. The people there make the claim and repair process so easy. Amanda is so nice and friendly. I brought my van for repairs to the floor pan in my van because it failed inspection. A number of other shops didn t want to take on the project but Benny and his shop were open to doing it even though it involved grinding rust and getting into tight spaces in the van. They did an excellent job and treated as it if we re their own. There was a week or so when they had to wait for a part and let me take the van back so I could use it even though it made more work for them. I highly recommend this shop! Great work, honest, communicative and thorough.

Ben and the entire crew were fantastic as usual...not my first time at Twins. They have always done an excellent job in taking care of me and my family with any issues. I brought my brand new Tacoma in their for a simple little project of changing out my back bumper caps! Owner and staff were all very nice and job was done quickly with zero problems! I have seen their paint work as well and suggest anyone to get body work done from these guys! Had my first car accident that involved a semi-truck hitting me. I was suggested this place by a friend and I m so glad I was. Ben And his team are excellent! My car looks brand new and drives like it too! You never would know the accident that occurred. Their service and help was above and beyond anything I expected. They answered all my questions about my car and insurance and were extremely helpful! Twins was my second estimate because my insurance company sent me to their Autobody shop. I am so happy that I decided to call Twins Auto because they not only did a great job on my car but the owner Ben actually helped me deal with issues I was having with my insurance company. He didn t have to go out of his way but he did. Not many body shops would take the time to want to help customers in areas that don t have to do with fixing the car.
