I called these guys Sunday cause I didn t know what was wrong with my tires where I had a slow leak. I hit a pothole earlier that actually cracked my rim and bent it out of shape.. Paul the owner of the company sent (Jose Who picked up my tire from my location and Jose was very professional & Very nice and on time on pick up and return) it was very convenient that they came to pick up the Rim, which is a service that they provide,they Sent it out And when I got it back, it was brand new, Paul was very professional, He was very patient with me as well, even if I was aggravated because of what happened with pothole, He also kept in contact with me at all times with updates & returned all my calls and my text first time doing business with this company and I highly recommend them.. I will add some before and after pictures.

I can not say enough about Tristar! Saturday evening at around 8:30 pm. Flat tire in Northern Liberties. Called them and they answered right away. Took the time to get my precise location so they could find me quickly issued an invoice which I paid immediately and they said they would be there within an hour. They were there by 9:15 PM and Kalu (spelling??) Was quick and efficient even though I was located on a busy road. He was pleasant, professional, and eased My mind in a not so pleasant situation! I would highly recommend them if you are in Philadelphia and need quick efficient service.

I hit a pothole driving Saturday night. I called Tri-Star the next morning 10am. Paul answered right away, even though it was Easter Sunday. He took my personal info down, tire info down, and told me he would call me right back. Within 10 minutes he called back and found new tires and made the appointment for Monday afternoon. He also asked if we purchased tire warranty because he didn't want to charge us unnecessarily. They had vehicle trouble coming to me but they kept me updated and did what they had to do to make sure they got there only a tiny bit later from the original appointment time. The technicians were very nice guys. They pulled up, jacked up the car, took the tires off within a few mins. Took the wheels to their shop to install and balance and within 45 mins had them back on my car. They came right to where I had to park the car after the blowouts. If I ever have another situation with two blown out tires I will definitely be calling Tri-Star again without any hesitation.

The BEST service! Had a tire blow out last night. I called shops all across the city and no one had the tire I needed. When I called Tri Star Paul answered the phone. He was friendly and was able to find the exact tire within 10 minutes. They came to me and replaced the tire SAME DAY. Which in my experience is unheard of. Top tier service and extremely friendly. Highly recommend calling Tri Star if you are in a pinch.

I had two tires with bulging, but due to my busy work schedule couldn t make it to a tire shop during business hours. These guys were able to come by and take care of it with little issue. Price is a little expensive, but reasonable especially given the kind of mobile service they provide and the convenience. The communication was great, especially when we ran into some hiccups because of my own ignorance about wheel locks. The techs did a great job! Would choose these guys again!

I had a flat tire and called Tri star. Great customer service. They were flexible and courteous. Technician arrived at the time they indicated. He worked quickly and cleanly. The tire was irreparable and they replaced with the donut. From arrival to completion was less than 10 mins and I was on my way.

At first, I didn't believe Paul when he said my horribly cracked rim would NOT ONLY be fixed COMPLETELY but look BETTER than new but baby did he deliver!!!!! Everything down to the paint on the trim was etched to perfection!! I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the craftsmanship!. I also doubted the price in the beginning up until the end because it was a little steep but trust.. You absolutely get what you pay for. I can't rave enough!!! Thanks you so much Paul and Jose and the gifted Craftsman. You guys are an amazing team, I wouldn't trust my business to anyone else!!

They was finna charge me 245$ to switch my tire out and when I got the money they didn't answer I was waiting for a very long time too I have to take the second shift now I look at the reviews and to some bad reviews it says they shut down so Idk if I was gonna be scammed or not But KingDW got me Right for 170$ and we on the road

Tonight I had a flat tire and it s like 2 degrees outside so you can imagine how frustrating that is. Called them up and their service man came in 15 mins..he was professional and quick. Got me back on the road..please use them!! much cheaper than any other service around..thank u Tri Star

I was stuck out of town in Philly on a rainy Sunday with a nail in my tire. I literally had no options as everywhere was closed and booked on Monday. Paul and Jose at Tri Star Mobile Tire Service were absolutely amazing! Professional, reliable and fast. I am so grateful to them for their help. 5 stars all the way!

Paul went above and beyond to help my daughter who just moved to Philadelphia. He guided her through the process to get her tire repaired. He should be commended for his efforts. He saved the day!!!!

I was doing Grub hub deliveries and caught a flat on 15th and Vine. You know how hard it is to get your tire fixed on 15th st. These two nice gentleman pulled up in 15 mins MAX! And put my donut on for me and I was able to make it home safely. Thank you guys so much again for services!Shout out to Paul too (the Representative who answered), he was very patience with me on getting my services done as fast as possible!

I mean words can t express my gratitude you want quality service. I called every company they came to me. They also had my tire size which is hard to find. They were Professsional and quick don t go anywhere else call them you will thank me later. I m still in complete shock how quick they came out I got off the phone with Paul the driver pulled up literally in 10 mins. I recommend them to everyone thanks again guys

Company charged me 325 dollars for service and tire, the tire was a bad tire and lasted me two days, I was in a bad situation at my work place and didn t have a spare so I was desperate but these people are terrible, never EVER go here

I just had a tire repaired by these guys on my rental car. They were prompt and really sweet and thorough. But the real champion of the experience was Paul, who is the coordinator who does the intake calls. Paul went above and beyond to make sure I was squared away with the rental company for payment for this service! He advocated for me on the phone, because I was alone with my toddler and couldn't be on the phone to do so! This was the most incredible, thorough, and kind customer service experience I've had in a LONG time. Thank you Paul!!!!!

My tire pressure read zero on a Saturday before a day of traveling. So I was willing to spend extra dollars for something quick but professional. Paul hooked it up with no hassle and great customer service. Kelly, the technician came through in under an hour (as promised) and did great work quickly and professionally. Thanks guys!

got a bad flat on my way to work & called tristar from a random google search. so grateful they popped up, because they squeezed me in and came straight to the parking garage and mounted/balanced/replaced my tire all while i was working! so convenient & the technician that came out was so kind and helpful.. will 100% use them again (though hopefully won t need to lol) and recommend to anyone who s in a similar situation

I was visiting Philadelphia overnight from DC and had all 4 tires stolen off my Honda Fit. Unfortunately, I had to go back to DC to work, but Paul was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire two week process of fixing my car. He coordinated with my claims adjuster and frequently kept me updated on the status of my car, especially since I was 2.5 hours away. Paul is kind and knowledgeable and I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me through this difficult experience.

Due to recent rainfall in the city, our roads are cracked and full of potholes. I just purchased new tires a month earlier before they blew out. Tri Star was a lifesaver seeing as I needed better tires. The service was quick. I am so happy that I found this site and appreciate how easy and quick the whole process was.I will continue to use and recommend to family and friends.

Awesome service!!! Called around 9pm and spoke with Paul. He was really pleasant and calm, and he listened intently as I explained the situation to him. He was really nice about answering all my questions (specifics about my tires, next steps, etc), and the ETA he gave me of the repair person coming was very accurate. The repair person was just as pleasant and really quick. Also, my spare tire was a full tire but didn't match the rest of my tires, and they're changing that one to match the rest for only the price of the new tire -- no installation fee. Service price is also very reasonable! If I ever run into an issue again, I'll definitely be calling them first.

So grateful to Paul for his kindness and assistance! I was in Center City when my car suddenly wouldn t start (on a Sunday afternoon). I called Paul and asked if he offered towing. He assessed the issue over the phone and sent a technician in 20 minutes to assist without initially charging me. The tech. jumped my battery and got my car started immediately, then gave me further advice to get the battery changed. Paul was kind enough to saving me from an unnecessary towing expense and service work at a auto repair shop that would likely have been more expensive. I m so grateful for their support and highly recommend giving them a call first!

Paul answered all my questions and was very informative and clear about the process, price and estimated time for a tech to come fix my tire. John was my tech. He was prompt and professional and fixed my tire in 15 minutes. Way better than the other roadside assistance company. I will definitely use them again.

This shop and the people who works there are very unique and they do help in every situation or circumstances, I got stuck while driving and call them, they were very fast to come and help me beyond . They provide good and satisfactory services to the customers. Will definitely recommend others here incase of emergency.

Amazing service, today I popped my tire in a pot hole and they were at my rescue. I had my children in the car so I was so worried but I am very happy with the fast results and how eager they were to get the job done knowing I had kids in the car. Amazing will def be telling friends and family & will use them again.
