Brought my 2000 K1200LT trike for an oil change, tail light lens repair and windscreen install. The BMW dealer, in Manyunk, had told me they don't work on bikes over 10 years old. Roland was easy going and gave me an appointment with no issues. He had to do the work on the sidewalk since my bike wouldn't fit in his shop. The work was done with care and professionalism. This was my first service at this shop but I would highly recommend him for Euro bike repair and service in the future.

Rolland got my Moto Guzzi back to 100% working order within a day after sitting unused for some time! He is reasonable priced, knowledgeable, and a good business person.

I've taken my 2013 Moto Guzzi to Spare Parts 6 or 7 times by now, for mostly routine maintenance and a few other minor things. Roland is personable, accommodating, on-time, and his work has always been good. Highly recommended!

Roland and the team are dedicated to providing stellar service at reasonable rates. Roland went above and beyond to keep my Guzzi on the road, and was always supportive when I wanted to turn a wrench myself. He s mastered the art and science of working on Guzzis (and other foreign makes), which is evident in the passion he demonstrates in his craft.

Roland is the best motorcycle mechanic in the city. The go to place for BMW, Moto Guzzi, Ducati. Especially for older bikes.

I trusted Roland for too long, until I finally found out he's a scambag like many others. I had to replace a blown back tire on my vespa and he asked me $90 in advance for the job (which I thought was unusual), and we agreed to put a Michelin City Grip (which you can buy online for around $50). So I gave him the money and I asked several time if that was it and he said "yes we are all good". So i thought the overcharge of $40 was for labor and I was fine with that (although his labor costs $25/hr and changing a back wheel on a vespa would take ME 30mins...whatever). Next day he calls me to tell me that the vespa was ready and i could go pick it up and told me that my headlight bulb was burnt out and if I wanted him to replace it. I asked him what he'd charge for that and he said $50, I asked him why that much for changing a light bulb and he said "$25 is for the bulb and other 25 for the labor". That's when I started to have a really awful feeling about this guy, because I KNEW how much the bulb costs ($5) and knew how easy is to replace it! So i told him to leave it and that I would replace it myself. When i got to the shop to pick up the Vespa, he presented me the bill with a balance of +$70! I asked "WHAAAT? I thought I paid you 90 dollars already!" And he said that 90 was just the cost of the tire! And that he filled up the engine oil (yes, filled up, not changed!) And he charged me extra $10 for that, for something I NEVER ASKED! I paid the extra money and couldn't wait to get out of there and never put my foot inside that shop again!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Ok, so last week I lost my wallet on 17th street here in Philadelphia. I'm talking s.s card, drivers license, multiple debit cards, and a very luck poker chip I carry around. Well, I was very upset and defeated due to me losing my wallet and having to start all over again. Today, I received a package today in the mail and on the outside it read that the package came from "spare parts" in Philadelphia... with the address to this place I'm currently writing about. Now, I know I didn't order anything.. well, because my wallet was for sure history. I open the package and there it is... my wallet in full tact and with everything inside.Long story short, I've never been to this place of business before... but this goes to show how much these people care. In this city... I did not expect for this to happen and to see that it came from this spare parts (along with a very nice letter) helps me know this place of business is dedicated to helping all people feel amazing! BEST OF LUCK

This place is okay, but they turned me down two times for working on my motorcycle. Don't know why.
