This why reading reviews is important first they tried to charge me 250 to put freon in my car then they lied about the diagnosis on my car just to get some money out of me after there "mechanic" couldn't figure out what was wrong. One of the mechanics said they don't charge for checking your car but guy in the office charged me. Took 70 dollars from me after making me wait 3 hours for nothing. I went to a real shop and problems was diagnosed and fix right away. Please don't use this money hungry unprofessional under qualified shop. I wish I had the read reviews first .Hopefully somebody reads this review and I saved someone time and money

Very unprofessional. Stole my dashboard panel and my ac compressor. Did not complete repairs or communicate properly. Owner doesn t even keep track of work being serviced. Employees don t speak English. Very shady!

They are the best! They have amazing customer service which makes the process really smooth. They goes above and beyond for there customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and they know they re stuff.This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I was in and out. They was efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. I highly recommend Superior AutoBody & Repair!!!!!!

My experiance with this auto shop was absolutely horrible. They took almost 2 months to complete work on my car that should of only taken them 2 weeks, they lost my car key and refused to replace it and they lied about how much it would cost to fix my car. They also never pick up the phone and stop working on your car if you do not show up at least 3 times a week to check on it. Do not use this shop!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes

Went to this body shop after an accident with my 2017 Mits Mirage. Insurance totalled car. Purchased 2018 Mits two weeks later, next day it was mysteriously vandalized with under 100 miles on it. It also ended up at Superior Auto body and was also totalled. I had a difficult time dealing with one of the partners. He insisted that I called him too many times and AFTER I TOLD THEM NOT TO TOUCH THE 2018 TOTALLED VEHICLE, they did anyway just to charge my insurance company additional fees. The storage fees were ridiculous, USAA was taken back at the storage fees that they charged very abusive and inconsiderate!!l Held me and my vehicles "hostage" very dishonest. I served my country for 10 years (USMC) and I've seen many thing across the globe, a lot of abuse...but these practices at Superior Auto body takes president over most of the abuse that I've experienced. How does my brand new 2018 get vandalized a day after I got it? I drove it over to Superior to grab my personal belongings from the totalled 2017 Mirage and drove home. I hadn't even shared the news with my family that I had purchased another vehi le, THAT NIGHT MY NEW 2018 WAS VANDALIZED...you do the math!!! Stay away from Superior because they will take you for a SUPERIOR RIDE THAT WILL GIVE YOU NIGHTMARES!!! You wonder why NO REVIEWS???

PLEASE READ ! DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP!!!!! Take my warning and run. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! THEY HAD MY CAR TWO WEEKS FOR A ISSUE AND THERE WAS LITTLE TO NO COMMUNICATION. WHEN I GOT MYCAR BACK THEY HAD CAUSED A ISSUE WITH MY RADIO WHERE IT WOULD NOT COME ON AND TOLD ME HE COULDN T FIX IT. NOT ONLY THAT BUT THINGS WERE IN MY CAR THAT DID NOT BELONG TO ME LIKE MAIL AND KIDS TOYS SO SOMEONE WAS DRIVING MY CAR ?!??? RIDICULOUS ! ALSO A TIRE CAP WAS MISSING AND HE TOLD ME IT WASN T HIS RESPONSIBILITY. VERY JANKY BUSINESS !!!! NO RECEIPT AND NO RESPECT FOR MY CAR. I HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER SHOP TO HAVE MY RADIO FIXED AND TIRE. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE TO SPEND ANY MONEY . 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE.
