Sunrise Complete Auto has been servicing my auto for over 15 yrs. Tung and his employees are experience, professional and reliable. They have always repaired my vehicle and guarantee their work.

I am a little disappointed with the service from here. I have been to them a few times before with no problems. Thursday, I called the car shop to let them know I would be dropping my car off Friday morning, upon opening, which was at 7:00am! I told them that I needed tires and a headlight fixed. They literally had my car for 10 hours and the only thing they found time to do was fix ONE headlight. They told me the other one was fine which was okay. But to not even get around to my tires was ridiculous! I just did not understand the purpose of calling the day before and drop my car off to not get any work done to my car. It really was a complete waste of my day, especially when I had to catch a LYFT to and from my workplace.

I am very pleased with Sunrise complete auto services for fixing my car that had some electrical issues and following up with me about the car working properly. I really recommend them for any mechanical issues you vehicle have. Thank you Tung.

Tung recently performed maintenance on my wife's car such as tune up, repaired axals along with other stuff and she was very pleased with his work and she's not easy to please. As an out-of-town visitor, my vehicle had a really bad breakdown in Philly (broken ball joint & damaged cv axle). I called Sunrise Auto Services, had the vehicle towed to their shop, and fortunately was able to pick it up on the next day. The front desk person was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained in detail what went wrong with the vehicle, even sent pictures of the areas afterward.Good experience and good service, for which I am truly thankful.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement

My experience was bad, I made the mistake of not asking about payment for checking my vehicle that had air problems, when they gave me the diagnosis the price was very expensive as I agreed to repair the vehicle later due to the high cost. They charged me $500.00 for diagnosis only, that is an exaggerated price, so if you go, make sure to ask prices beforehand because there are workshops that solve the same problem for you and do not abuse.

Had an accident recently. My car runs and drives better after the repairs then it did before the accident.I use this shop for all my auto needs. After waiting 3 days for an appointment, I just bought my vehicle so I asked them to change the oil and inspect for any problems, after waiting all day I finally called them at 4:00 in the evening and they said my car was ready, when I get there, they tell me they have several recommendations for things to be done to my vehicle. Instead of telling me the recommendations before I got there because I sent my vehicle there to get inspected then hopefully fixed, now I have to wait another appointment waist another day to get the recommendations fixed when they could ve just fixed everything when they had my vehicle. Good service, however a waist of A LOT OF TIME.Service: Oil change

I don t normally do reviews but I was impressed with the professionalism of Tung. (Hope I m spelling his name right) He took his time and explained the issue I was having with the ac of my car. Usually people get annoyed, I don t know why, but he was patient. I highly appreciate how well he managed the front desk. I definitely recommend this spot!Services: Auto A/C recharge, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Sunrise is the best! I was refer a few years again for my 99 Maxima. They kept it running for me. Cheaper than the dealership and otger mechanics in the area. They will perform diagnostics and advise the order of importance. That is always better than soneone giving you an an estimate that you have no way of paying. I recommend them family and friends. The staff is friendly as well. A+

As a consumer the last thing you want to think about is am I being treated fair, do they understand that most of us are working-class people w/family and /or retired persons. I believe sunrise complete auto service is as close to fairness and understanding that you will find in the Philadelphia region. I don't argue with them anymore they have proven me less than a 'world's leading authority on car's.' As a matter of fact I've got to call my mechanic, "Sunrise ".Lawrence Cooke04/19/20 6:20p.m

Went to get my tired plugged, dropped it off around 12:15PM, went to the mcdonalds down the street to grab some lunch as it was my lunch hour, mcdonald's was busy and I didn't leave there until around 12:45PM, power walked back to the body shop, once I get there I ask if my car was ready as tire plugs tend to be about 10 minutes or so. He said that the guy was JUST pulling my car in to work on...the time was now 12:52PM...I have 8 minutes left in my lunch hour and they're only just getting my car plugged. I sat in their lobby eating my lunch and it's not finished until 12:58PM...it took them less than 10 minutes but waited until I got back to start...Not only that, they overcharge for a tire plug that's not complicated, just in the tread, AND forgot to put the plug on my tire valve back on! I should've gone down the street at Blessing Auto Body for the $10 tire plug, right across the street from the mcdonald's I went to. I paid about $18 for "labor".

These guys are expensive but get the job done. They do a good professional job. Like the say good work ain't cheap and cheap work ain't good. I bring my car here for all major work. But all the rest I have a few mechanics who's prices can't be beat.

Website says they replace hybrid batteries. I called and they say the do not replace hybrid batteries. They told me to go to the dealerships. But their too expensive.
