This shop is so professional and detail oriented. I m so impressed with the quality of work t me. I thought my car was going to be a total loss because of the damages and they assured me it could be fixed. They put me in a rental the first day, they handled everything with my insurance company so I didn t have to worry about anything. They made this entire situation so easy to handle. They also detailed my car, it was so clean and it felt like it was brand new again!! I d refer them to any of my family and friends. Nice place, clean and professional people. Car back to new, no problems. They were a little slow answering the phone, that's ok, kinda busy I guess.Went back on May 8 2023, referred a friend. It's not a good outcome. She couldn't open her door, which they replaced. They said they couldn't fix it and asked her to go to the dealership at her own expense. The door worked when it was damaged. Is that good business?

Great job, great service and great prices. Best price and service in the area. I had my windshield replaced on my 2016 Honda Odyssey. Every where else wanted to charge me between $600-$900, to replace my windshield. I came to skyline auto collision and my windshield was replaced within an hour or two. The job was done correctly and no messes left behind. The staff are nice and friendly. I would recommend this over any other.

This was my 1st time using Skyline & they didn't disappoint! They handled everything professionally from the moment I reached out till the end of the repair. They told me 4 to 6 weeks and i had my car back in 3 weeks exactly. Barbara Anne was extremely helpful & so sweet, she took care of everything with the insurance company for me. they even worked with me on the rental since i was only given a certain amount of money from the insurance Co & my car looks amazing!Service: Body & Trim

Hands down, best auto collision shop ever! They made everything a complete breeze for me. I woke up to my car vandalized and by the time I was out of work, my car was already in shop, and a rental was ready for me. I chose this facility based on a recommendation. They couldn't have been better. The ladies in the office kept in touch and kept me up to date with what was happening with the car and the insurance. They were knowledgeable and very helpful. The finished product was amazing! They did such a beautiful job you would never know know it had been in a accident. The shop is clean, organized and efficient. I couldn't be happier with the result. If I'm ever in need of body work again there is no doubt who will get my business! DO NOT GO TO THEM WORST PLACE IN PHILADELPHIA. So back in July of 2022 I purchased a brand new 2022 Kia Forte. Unfortunately, it was in a accident 3 weeks later to no fault of my own, I took the car to a shop named SKYLINE AUTO COLLISION who was oh so extremely friendly but to later find out they ARE CROOKS. So as far as my vehicle a insurance claim was filed and the at fault party took responsibility and paid for the repairs to this SKYLINE AUTO COLLISION SHOP. They kept asking for more money but I could only pay them what I could afford so they kept stalling and stop returning my calls after a while I forgot about everything because I have another car and I became pregnant, so now in January I decided to call because I have not heard from the shop SKYLINE the lady BARBARA is rude and unprofessional she would always leave me or my husband on hold for 10 minutes or more just to avoid answering questions. When I finally got an answer, she just casually told me that if I want my car, I have to give them $9,000. A few days later I get some sort of mail with what look like some legal documents telling me to give them a title I don't have since I'm Financing the car. Long story short they STOLE MY CAR. And I notice all the people of color have honest reviews from bad service from this place.

This is the worst experience I ever had in my life they didn t buy any new parts I got my car fixed from them a couple months back and noticed it was driving funny and my paint was chipping I took it to another shop and they pointed out every part was either fixed when it should have been replaced or the parts that my insurance paid for were used parts all of this was done with out my knowledge they charged me a 500$ deductible however they completely stole the money from the insurance by not getting the parts that the insurance paid for I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE they are scam artist and try to save money and have your car on the road not driving safeServices: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto detailing, Paint repair

Tom has always taken care of my cars. He does a great job making sure the job is done right and looks great, he treats your car like it is his car. Plus, your car is washed and cleaned when you get it back!

They did good work, but they don't keep you updated on your car. So, your always asking questions and they give you shady answers. You would think its important to tell a customer that there wheel lock key was "stripped," so you cant take your wheels off later, if you need a brake change or something. Smh. I know I gave it to them in prefect working condition and when I got the key back, there was a piece broken off in it. I found it thrown in my truck and nothing was said about it.

they do a great job with exotic cars collision repairs, I saw a lamborghini gallardo completed and they show me the pictures before they fix the collision damages and wow, and wow, they have goods samples of their work on their website

Service was pretty good only issue I have I need hub barings and the mechanic told me I have 3 bad tires which don't make sense because I didn't need the barings before my car was damaged so I guess I still be paying out of pocket for my car being fixed

They stole my sneakers out of my car, and gave my insurance company a hard time getting the car... makes sense though since they went through my car to steal my stuff... never use them again
