If you'll get a car From there, just to make sure to drive at least 30 miles to see if engine light appear. it's true what the other reviews says, I never recommend this place to buy a car, if you get a car from Sam auto & you got any problems with the car in the same day or the next day they will give you a price from AutoZone to get the piece, so You have to pay for the piece & for the mechanic to assemble it, it is what it is, I have to think that they know about the issues from those cars. Why not to be honest & say this car has something or if you don't know & I'm coming today or tomorrow fix the issue because you give your words that the car is great.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Please don t buy from any car from here!!!! I Recently bought a 2013 infinity jx35, drove it 50 miles and check engine light came on. Car now needs two catalytic converters and has transmission issues!! Contacted owner and will not call back!! This place is a scam!! My mechanic said they disconnected the battery before selling it to clear codes!! These ppl are scum!!! I wish I can give zero stars!!! Please ppl do not buy from here!!!! I don t know how these ppl can sleep at night!!!

I regularly service my Mercedes Benz and my Chevrolet Taho at this place.Great service & great people. Finally a mechanic I can trust that will not mislead me. Cars and services price is cheaper than any where else.

Okay...here it goes. Mohammed and Jose' went above and beyond to make sure I was totally satisfied with the purchase of my Mini Cooper. Nick, their online/Car Gurus sales guy was super helpful and maintained communication throughout the entire process. Can't say enough about these guys. Awesome experience.

I bought 2 cars from one of there sales people. The seller on the title is Sam auto. They disconnected the battery cables to clear all warning lights before I arrived to test the car. And by the time I got home all these check engine lights and other warnings came on both cars. I tried to talk to them they won t talk to me. That is fraud. You can t sell cars with major issues without telling the buyers. I will take them to court. Buyers be aware of dealers like these.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

Honestly, I used so many repair shops through the years, but SAM Auto Center gave the best service I ever had. Zero stars if it was an option. I brought my car there to get inspected. They tell me I have a check engine light on and that I need a catalytic converter. They wanted to do the work right away. I said I will take it somewhere else to check it out to make sure that's what I needed because I'm sure the engine light wasn't on so I was confused. I take my car elsewhere and they were able to do inspection and I didn't need any work done.. I'm convinced these people at Sam's lied to me, because I'm a female, trying to get extra money out of me. Would never recommend this place nor will I be returning.Edit to reply to the owners reply:So that's another thing that you guys lied about ... your telling me you don't do that type of work at your shop. But that day your guys told me they can fix it right away. So they were gonna fake fix my catalytic converter and charge me for it since "you don't do that type of work" ... but that day I went you did. Doesn't add up.

Went to look at a car I saw on marketplace at this dealer today. The staff was very friendly and helpful.. after test driving the vehicle I pointed out one or two minor issues with the vehicle they had the manager or owner I think, come out and take a look at the issues I pointed out. they immediately agreed with me and did not try to deny that the car had those small issues. They agreed to repair them if I put a deposit on the car. Even agreed to let me get the car next week and pay the rest o ff after I get paid. They were very honest with me and did not make me feel ripped off or chested this is a small neighborhood spot, not a fancy place but the office was clean. Would recommend this dealer if you are looking for affordable used cars!Edit; they even provided the car fax report for me which shows the car had two previous owners, had no accidents and even had maintaince records!

If I could give these guys a half of a star I would. I am highly disappointed with their service, not only did they diagnose my car wrong the short guy with muscles that s a mechanic there was trying to charge me 2 thousand dollars for something I didn t even need. I specifically told him exactly what was wrong with my car and how it was functioning at the time, he said he ll get right to it being as though I was the first customer there upon them opening. Long story short they had my car for two whole days. No progress report no updates or anything, they never called me with any updates or news on my car I had to drive back and forth to their shop asking questions and jus getting the run around. I ended up spending money on something I didn t have to. I highly recommend no one to this place of business because their business is very unprofessional with the lack of customer service/ satisfaction or anything in that matter.

FINALLY...AN HONEST REPAIR MECHANIC!They are friends of my BFF...and have done my brakes, rotors replacement, oil changed, fluid checks and all for a very fair price! Excellent and knowledgeable mechanics and owners! This will be my Mechanic FOREVER! 4 Days ago...in for another issue...located the problem and fixed it...Then I had an A/C service recharge and another oil change...still fairly priced! Today, in for a tuneup which I expect the same Great Service! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR REPAIRS...plus they have some Nice Used Cars for Sale! You Could Do A Lot Worse!!!!!

I bought my car here and continue to take it back here when it needs any sort of repair. They are so friendly and super efficient. I ve never had to leave my car here overnight because they are so quick. They know me by name and are always eager to help!!

I needed some work done on my car and somehow, made it through the potholes and rusty gate provided for my safety by the mechanic, into the business. The pleasant smell of grease and brake clean met my nostrils upon arrival of the front office giving me a genuine " mechanic's " experience. They quote me thousands of dollars for a rough idle and then says that they have used cars and would give me a deal. I figure why not I'll hear him out and WOW these cars make a Rolls Royce look bad they are so nice! Each car has a DIRTY CARFAX, 2+ owners, accidents and damage reported and to top off the VIP experience rust spots and paint fading/cracking everywhere. I asked him to just give me the car, because ultimately that's what they were worth, $0. He took me inside to show me more cars he had on the computer and a ROACH crawled across the mechanic/salesperson's desk. I screamed and ran for my life out of there as fast as possible. I'd rather have my wheels fall off my car before I go back there. Even at gunpoint.

Went for an oil change and was told it would be $34.99. After it was done, the final price came to $60. Little did I know, this was the least of my worries. 5 miles later the check engine light came on and the car came to a halt. The plug for the oil was never put back on and my engine blew. They would not own up to their mistake and told me to deal with it. Never again.Service: Oil change

Came in for a simple oil change. They tried to up sale me on problems they caused during my routine oil change. When i declined the extra services that was not needed, they sabotaged my car. They ended up charging me $100 for an oil change and cabin filter. When i checked there was no oil and the same filter was being used. COMPLETE RIP OFFS!Service: Oil change

I had high hope's going to this dealership to get a car but it never worked out that way, I highly recommend that you don't buy a car from this place unless your taking a mechanic with you to check the car out.. i bought a SUV from here on July 24th. before I bought it there was noise issue with the car they told me they're going to fixed it the day before i pick it up, it was never fixed. So I proceeded to buy it with a verbal agreement that they would fixed it issue and I was also told that this car came with warranty it did not.. bought drove the car that weekend july 24th-27th. On Monday the car stalled on me while driving, I was able to turn the car off and turn it back on and drove back to my house and park it.. i call the dealership and they said I should take back to them to see what the issue was.. Tuesday July 28th dealership told me they sending a tow truck it never came. Wednesday 29th still no tow truck , called back the dealership the telling me to be patient. Thursday I called my insurance road side Assistant which I forgot I had they came and got the car.. dealership told me the camshaft system is bad and the need to put a new one in, so i told them I'm going to leave the car so they can fixed the issue including the noise issue and inspection for so new stickers. I went out of town to Vegas for 4 days came back Tuesday August 4th and Wednesday August 5th I pick the car up.. issue was fixed including the noise problem but still no Stickers.. Thursday I noticed my AC was blowing cold air so i got it recharged and a oil change for $198. Friday morning heat was come off the hood so I went to look and that when I noticed my Radiator was leaking, I paid out of pocket to get a new Radiator $715.. August 6-8 noise issue is back to it to my mechanic and told him the problem, that whenever ever the AC is on while driving the car makes this fun noise but when it off the car is good. My mechanic told me to take it back to the dealership and let them figure out what's going on. At the same time the AC stop blowing cold air again. And they said there was no noise, they where going to charge me $75 recharged the AC again told them ok cool go ahead but in the process they found out the AC compressor was bad and it would cost me $400 to get it fixed.. that's when I lost it with them. Cause I told them about the noise issue and they told me it was fixed which they never fixed it and I don't trust them to fix anything else on this car.. warranty was not on my car so they lied to me.. PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, if you do make sure you have a Mechanic they with you.. if I could give them ZERO star I would...

Where do I even start? My wife was looking for a nice car for about 10k and all she got was misogyny and disrespect from the people that worked there. When she asked for assistance the "gentleman" asked "if she is ready to buy " and "how does your husband let you buy alone" as if she is a incompetent child. My wife asked about the inspection status of a vehicle and was immediately verbally insulted. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy (the far left) get a car from these jokers.

Worst service I ever had I went for my inspections and the guy stood in my car on his cell phone and he didn't clean my window properly and he turned my heater on all the way high and moved my car with the emergency brake on. Never again. I won't recommend.

Mohamed and Adam are very honest people .. they fix what really needs to be fixed .. very affordable prices, very quick service and they treat costumers very nice and respectfully.. best auto shop I have ever seen in US so far .. great jib guys

Tried to call to schedule a test drive. They immediately asked how my credit was. All I wanted was some photos and information on a vehicle since their website has no images on most of the vehicles. Very rude and arrogant.

*BUYER BEWARE* I don't know if this business is a repair shop or car dealer; but their vehicles for sale need a lot of mechanical work. The vehicles and facility are dirty. Make sure you ask for a Carfax and service records prior to purchasing. They were unable to provide me with either. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SO-CALLED DEALERSHIP

Beware, gentle kind words venomous outcomes, Car had check engine light made a verbal deal to fix the problems prior to me picking up the car, left the lot and 10 min later check engine light back on, indicator code was a bad transmission, upon return, "as-is is as-is" 8 grand gone, 5 grand later new transmission, but what about the window motor, and axel all bad no compassion, much lies and little empathy
