Raphael and the team there is awesome Great guys and I know first hand. Not only do my boss and his company Roccos s Collision work with them but I had my own truck in there .Had a blown head gasket which they replaced and a valve job and got me back out of town in less than three days on time if you re not doing business with these guys you re likely being taken advantage of and you re missing out on some great technicians working on your car.Michael

I will never go anywhere else!! have taken all the vehicles I have had here and Rafael is an amazing mechanic, so kind, very honest and thorough and that is very hard to find. Please patronize this shop! I will always use Ron's Auto for my vehicle needs. Whether it's routine maintenance or when something goes awry, Rafael gets my ancient Pathfinder back on the road so quickly. Love this place, I'd give it 20 stars if I could!!!!

Great staff and service! My bumper was back to normal like it originally was. I also received great advices from Rafeal on fixing some other minor issues. Definitely recommend to everyone!

Amazing, speedy, quality repairwork. I really appreciate the great work they did on replacing the alternator in my car and other repairs. I will make sure to bring my car back here next time I run into any issues. I would highly recommend Ron s Auto Repair to anyone looking for fast and quality auto repairs. I took my car to Ron's to diagnose and fix a brake fluid leak. They had me in and out with new hoses within 24 hours and the price was reasonable. A few weeks later I got another brake fluid warning and gave Ron's a call. They made time for me to come in immediately, diagnosed and fixed the problem within 2 hours (faulty gasket on the new line) and didn't charge me at all for the additional fix. I really appreciate them standing behind their work!Service: Brakes

Was able to fix my front bumper for such a low price I thought I was being pranked! Now it looks much better, and it was all done before the day was over. Will definitely come back again.

It s very hard to find a good mechanic, even harder to find a great one. A phenomenal one, forget about it. Oh, wait, I did twice with Ron s. I thought it was a fluke when I didn t have to get a tow when it was all snow and my battery died. They just walked over, jumped it, fixed it, done. Ok, sure. But when I took my car there yesterday, wait, no, only took my key there. They picked it up, fixed everything (3 issues) and parked it right in front of my house. South Philly, I can t even find a spot as well as they did. Also, mind you, my car is old enough to drink legally. Two hours, a big alignment solve, checking on a rear tire issue and an engine pop, oh, seems they threw in an oil change on top. Good work for two hours. Very professional, very friendly, very reasonably priced and just very awesome. When I get to that certain age, I ll be having them service my wheel chair. My wife and I have been using Ron s for more than 7 years. They are trustworthy, reliable and fair. They don t try to sell you stuff you don t need, but they do excellent work to make your car safe. They are reasonably priced and always get the job done right and on time. I would never take my car anywhere else.

I came to Ron's on a busy Monday (for him) after I had to take off work because my car wouldn't start. Raphael was hilarious and sympathetic, and fit my repair in the next hour so that I could get to work the next day. While I was waiting I saw him deal with several vendors, customers, and neighbors- it is clear that he offers the same kind of compassion and service to anyone who stumbles upon his alley shop. Give his shop a try- you won't be disappointed!

5 stars isn't enough to express how happy I was with my experience at Ron's Auto. My car was towed in after breaking down on the side of the highway and Rafael was friendly, helpful, explained everything that was wrong, gave me a great estimate and got the job done quickly. Ralph is the best. He's thorough with his work and does a great job. The way he interacts with customers he make you feel worry free. I recommend bringing your car there you won't regret it

We decided to take our car here because it is conveniently located for us and are glad we did. We received fast, honest & friendly service. The (I believe) owner went out of his way to find us the best prices and did not try to tack on any unnecessary services to pass inspection, which is easy to do with an old car and novice customer. Will be going back!

Its very unfortunate when this was owned by Ron it was more reasonable. I went there with two different vehicles. One a 98 and 2nd - 2010. I had to bring back both vehicles ( different times) because they messed up on something or the failed to do their job properly.As a Official State inspection station they made a Safety issue for me that it could of cost me my life. Both times i had to rent vehicles costing me more money.I had family recommended me to them but after the 2nd time possibly costing me life.I do wish them well in business but will never be getting my business again or any recommendations.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Wow! What a fantastic experience. I Needed to decide whether or not I was going to keep a car or junk my car. I was afraid my 2005 Nisson Maxima would be to costly to repair. I live in the area and my car was not able to drive. Rafael came and picked up the car took it to his shop and held it for me for several days. The car was experiencing some kind of electrical problem. Everyone knows that with electrical problems that it could be one of a million things that could be wrong and isolating the problem could take a lot of time. What Rafael offered to do was work on the car in and around his other working projects. The benifit of that was that he was able to give me a firm price for the diagnostics. This was fine to me because I was in no hurry to pick up the carAfter some days he was able to determine the problems which turned out to be the catalytic converters getting to hot and damaging some of wiring, along with some other issues.He showed me the damages and explained thoroughly the problems, the solutions and the cost to fix it. (I was able to verify these cost through a little research on the internet, wow thank god for modern technology)It was a no brainer to junk the car. Through his contacts he was able to junk the car for me. Rafael gave me a price for that based on his many years of experience and knowledge and offered to make the arrangements. I was ready to wash my hands of the car. I agreed. (I verified his price with a little research on the net and I was good).Rafael also gave me some great tips to go out and get another car.In closing, Ron's Auto's service I highly recommend. They went above and beyond to help me . I was very satisfied with the experience! Bring your car here. They will treat you right!Thankyou Rafael!

Raphael is wonderful. As a woman, going to a mechanic can be very frustrating. Speaking with Raphael always leaves me knowing my car will be taken care of by experts but also that I can trust that only what NEEDS to be done to my car will!

From Mark Crookston - When my car ovreheated I reached out to Ron's. Though they were already very busy, Rafael accepted me same day, diagnosed the issue and had me back on the road in just a couple of hours. The hosipitlailty I received was amazing and I know where I will be returning for auto needs moving forward. Thanks for making a stressful situation so much better!

I wanna give no star but can't. Asked someone a question and they hung up on me. When I called back "raphael" answered again and said he was the owner Ron. He was rude again until I said I would do Google review on the phone call and he was then nice and said "how can I help" ? I told him I know everything I need to know, goodbye!!!

Be careful of these guys they think they're slick I went there a few times and they could never find out what was causing my car to overheat. Turns out after going to another mechanic a REAL honest mechanic that they never tightened all the hoses going to and from the radiator. Save yourself time and aggregation and find another mechanic, you'll be doing yourself a favor

What a great bunch of guys .. I got quoted 600 for new tires but was only charged 400 after they got a better price .. I was heading on vacation and my battery died dude stopped what he was doing and got me a new battery.. I lived in Philly for over 20 years and never have I met a more honest mechanic.. I trust these guys and that s more then I can say about most business ..

They squeezed me in for a last minute inspection and had everything done, including the repair, same day - which was super helpful since I needed to drive to Gettysburg that evening. Nice guys, too.

They add more fees that we've talked about.They've done the brakes and after that,But on the bills I have found plus ( inspection fees+diagnostics fees )The good think, theYou have to be clear before starting work.
