I had my tires replaced and an alignment done for my Jeep. They opened promptly. The service men were respectful business men. Services were explained thoroughly, and pricing was very reasonable. Appears to be an honest establishment. I will recommend and return. Thank you for the really good alignment!!!

They taken care of all my vehicles for over 10 years starting with my first car 99 ford explorer lol..The staff/team are knowledgeable even with non tire related issues. I appreciate them alot they saved me multiple times and are very reliable. I recently had multiple tire issues and thankfully they figured out the source rather then allowing me to keep replacing the tire. Thy are very honest people and always have my business regardless what car I m in. I highly recommend their work.

My husband and I love this auto shop. We ve been going to them for years now. They re honest and get the job done. Never had an issue once my car was serviced. This time around my 09 Hyndai Santa Fe needed lots of work done. It s took less then 2 days and they re always super friendly. So glad to have gotten my car back after not being able to drive it for a few months. Thanks Romano family!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Great service. Great customer service. They don't go touching things that you didn't ask for. You tell them a problem and they find what's wrong and fix it. You can tell that they care about their customers. Always good to feel like you are not getting scammed by a mechanic. These guys appreciate your business. I've used them several times so far with both my cars. I will continue using them to service my vehicles.

I have been bringing my car here for years and I always get great service. The staff is friendly, professional, and most important honest. Been a customer for 7years now. 2 different vehicles have had oil changes, wheel alignment, brakes and stickers done here. Never had issue. Good customer service. Very professional, good prices, bilingual also a plus

I took my 2018, Sonata to this establishment for repair of rotors and front brakes in early Jan. I brought my own brakes, they supplied the rotors. Two weeks later, I am still hear grinding. I took my car back on Jan 31, 2022. Advised the mechanic of all the things I needed , grinding of the brakes, a new windshield wiper for the drivers side and an oil change. The mechanic looked at the wiper, touched it and said, "you need a new wiper arm." He never asked me to turn the wipers on to see if the arm moved. Told me to order from the dealership. The dealership quoted a price of $300+ for part and labor. He also, claimed to not have heard any grinding. After taking my car elsewhere, the mechanic was able to fix the wiper arm and replace the wipers. I suggest as a woman car owner, do not take your car here. As the mechanic at Romano's has proved, he does not value the female car owner. He also, seemed rushed in conversationabout the service he was offering. RUN, don't walk away from this establishment.Services: Brake service & repair, Battery

If you re looking for a quality service with a touch of family business, this is the place to go! Have taken multiple cars here and they re the best... they also want you to understand the facts of whatever they re doing on your car. It gets very busy, so the earlier the better.

The only place I trust! The staff is honest and very professional. Feels like I m getting my money s worth here. I came in for a tire balance because another place didn't have the equipment. I drove up, they came up to my car window and asked what I needed, and waved me in. Miguel was great! He was VERY knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Finding a good "car shop" can be a challenge but I know I've found a gem one with Miguel at Romano's. I'll be back and I'll be referring others. Honest mechanics who are quick and courteous with fair pricing for parts and labor. Don t waste your time and money going to pepboys when you can go to a family run local business. My entire family brings their cars here because when we re here, we re treated like a part of the Romano family.

As an ex mechanic, I m always a little weary about who works on my car. But when I need something done that I don t have time or space to do myself, it s off to see Miguel and the team at Romano s! Family owned is the best part. Love having a yarn with the guys as they explain what they re doing. Support local!

I took my car there and they stole a brand new alternator out of my car. I had a dual last altanator. When I got my car back they had changed the new one I just got to an old one. When I called to say that this wasn't my altanator he acted as if they had no clue. I let them service my car twice. This was my first time here..I had a verry pleasant experience. The atmosphere and entire staff was verry welcoming. The mechanics verry knowledgeable, and extremely patient with all my questions. The prices were extremely fair. I felt verry comfortable. I would highly recommend this business.
