THEY RE THE GOAT!!!!! I was referred to them by a few of my colleagues but when I tell you!!! IM SOOO HAPPY I TOOK MY CAR THERE!!! My car looks exactly how it looked when purchased it from the dealer! Plus they have GREAT customer service!! Micheal and Mrs Dorothy definitely made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions (cause I had a lot of them lol). The whole staff even the young man who does the detailing was a breath of fresh air. 10 out of 10! I will definitely come back if I ever need more work done. IM SOO HAPPY!

Hi my sister went here and had a terrible experience. They had her sign a document that allowed them to start working on the car before giving a quote. They then called her and told her it would be 1000$ to replace the passenger side window after they had already started working on the car. That s crazy. Tons of glass still in the car/console after she picked it up. Very disappointed. She s a single mother of 3. Was really trying to find a place she could trust. This wasn t it.

I brought my car in after it had been hit while parked. The damage was on the front-end driver side wheel well, panel, and bumper. The employees at Rocco's Collision were friendly, prompt, and kept me aware of updates on the repairs.I received my car within the expected time window. They gave me a run down of everything that was done and why. The damaged areas looked brand new and like there had been no damage at all. Overall, great service.Regarding the price, the estimates and final fee were as expected. I had to pay the deductible on my insurance. If I had to pay out of pocket, then the value was good for the time and quality of service.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Unfortunately had someone hit my car. However, my insurance company recommended Rocco s. Sure glad they did. From the pick up of the car and the finish it was great service. Everyone was helpful and very nice. Work was great. They also have an awesome app that shows you the cost breakdown and all that of your car. It s really useful. Thanks again!

There was a phone number glitch, which was the reason I wasn't getting any updates or calls.But you came through and Leon was definitely a person of good character that truly truly pulled things together in the best way possible.So I don't want to call just to complain but something really seem out of place was my concern. But this message is to thank you for listening and responding so quickly to my concerns. I'm so appreciative for the excellent customer service provider to me even when I may have been at my worst. Took my car here to have it repaired through an insurance claim. They took a long time to get the quote to my insurance (1 week). I called them multiple times and left voicemails but the calls were never returned. You have to keep calling until you get a person on the line. I will say once you get a person they were always very courteous and polite. In person, also very polite. Lastly, once it was determined that my repair will cost less than my deductible they refused to do the repair claiming that they only repair cars that are going through insurance claims. Had I known, I would have taken my car to a different repair shop on the list of places my insurance gave me. I ended up getting the repair done at "A OK" repair shop on Washington Ave. They charged me the same as Roccos quoted, had the part in a couple of days and made the repair within a day.

I brought in my Toyota Camry 2018 that was T-boned by a crazy driver. My driver side fender was crushed, the driver-side front bumper scraped up and the driver-side door dented. Still drivable.My insurance referred me there because I was dazed when I was hit and didn't get the other driver's info. Hit and run me pretty much.When I arrived at Rocco's Collision on 806 Reed St. there was no parking near the shop, so I parked 2 blocks away. It was cold outside, I think that morning was 36f degrees out.The dude at Rocco's, I don't remember his name but the guy was pretty cool, I told him my insurance sent me there and just by giving my name, he had all my info.No headaches, I like that. He had to look at the car and we were heading out, I was like you going to need a jacket, it's cold outside. He was like nah I'm good lol. He checked the car out, I signed some paperwork and the estimate done date was like 1 week.Now it is that weekish, I picked up my car today. I was a little agitated because of a new rep there not being to pull up my info.Another rep nearby overheard and got my paperwork out, the mechanic pulled up my car.I looked around and under my car, all eyes view looks like I bought it the first day. I couldn't see any damages. Pleased visually, I drove home... feels good, I didn't hear anything weird or feel weird. All is well, I'm happy with the service.I had been to other car repair shops under a different insurance company before, I admit this current one is the most painless and satisfying.

My brand new car was rear ended with back bumper parts all pushed in. Rocco s did an outstanding job and it looks like new again. Outstanding job by the mechanics and great job on the paint. Ordered wrong parts for my car and when my mechanic put the tire on the spare and I didnt realize it was then my issue that they ordered the wrong parts. Charged insurance $7000 worth of work that was not done on the car. Even though they ordered the wrong parts and put them on and told me it was right for 6+ months every time I called or tried to bring it to them. Only did I know it was wrong when my mechanic told me and then I was out the $1600 worth of damage that happened to my car after their mistake went unfixed because I waited too long. Btw roccos dont call me anymore you will be hearing from my lawyers. DO NOT GO TO ANY ROCCOS LOCATION!!!! All owned by the same scums!!!

The location of the shop in South Philly is problematic. Parking is practically non-existent. While my car was being repaired, someone put 100 miles on the car. I'd like to have an explanation for that. The staff was courteous though.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was struck by a city fire truck and brought it in at Rocco's for body repair. Had a great experience overall - would come back for future repairs/recommend to friends!The front desk staff, Lauren, was very friendly and helpful (she some how got me in the day I called even though they were booked for the next 3 weeks)!!!! The mechanic provided me with thorough updates and repaired my car in under a week!Great job again Rocco's!

The young lady(Lauren) at the first desk was amazing... I mean I was very stressed out about when my SUV would be finished and she reassured me not worried and that my SUV is in great hands. I got my baby back in just one week and the Mechanic was so knowledgeable about the issues on my SUV and what top it off also is that I received my baby back clean and shining. Rocco's was fantastic. After a terrible initial experience with Caliber, I contacted Rocco's for my bumper repair. They took my car the same day and completed the repair in three days (counting the day I delivered the car), just when they said they would. Caliber said it would take ten days or more. Rocco's was friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. They even cleaned my car inside and out for free. I can't recommend them highly enough!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very professional and helpful! I brought my car in through a insurance claim. They called me to let me know they had a bit of a back log and offered to tow my car to their Jersey location for free so they could get started right away. They told me it would take a little over a week (I had a lot of work to do), but they finished 4 days before estimated! I could not recommend them more!! I will definitely be getting any future work done at Rocco's.

I hope that I don't need to use Rocco's again any time soon, because I don't want my car to need bodywork again... but if I do have need of their services, I will be happy to return to Rocco's. They were great across the board -- staff at the office were very friendly and helpful, and through the repairs they were in great communication. I never wondered what was going on with my car. Like I said -- next time I need car work done, I'll happily go to Rocco's.Service: Body & Trim

This place was horrible. They were very rude. They don t communicate with you. I was told my car was going to be done Tuesday and they weren t answering. I got my car on a Thursday and they didn t even fix the problem. It took 2 weeks for nothing. I would not recommend black ppl to go there, I don t think we re wanted.

What a great experience!!! Lauren at Customer service I cant say enough. So very professional courteous, and my tech sooooo good. It's a good body shop and I'd like to recommended to my friends. I just give some advices. Please check and recheck the car before handover to the car owner. Quality control is very important. Thank you

Jamie and staff are so wonderful and helpful. Excellent customer service and craftsman job! My car looks new done by replacement of rear bumper and fixed truck door. I received the update info for repair process timely manner. I'll definitely recommend to my colleague and friends.

If you are looking for SUPERIOR body work and repair, especially for a brand new car, Rocco's on 8th and Reed is the place to go. My car was vandalized and suffered damage to both the body and paint. Mike was outstanding, and very sympathetic. He assured me that my car would look exactly the way it did when I bought it. The paint job and body work was OUTSTANDING. My car now looks as if it came off of the showroom floor! They were extremely fast. The anticipated time for the work was 2 weeks. Rocco's completed the job in 5 days. I was surprised to see how clean the interior was as well. I highly recommend Rocco's, and will tell my friends to go to them as well for their automotive repair needs. Thank you, Mike and staff!

Rocco s was amazing from start to finish. The staff was warm and inviting and so helpful in coordinating everything from my ride pick up to speeding along the finish date so that I could get back on the road as soon as possible. I cannot praise all of the staff at Rocco s. Everyone was courteous and very professional. It was quite clear to me what a wonderful service that Roccos provides to its customers. The repair on my car was flawless and made my car brand new once again. Every aspect was wonderful in the repair of my car. I thank everyone at Rocco s.

Went to Rocco's by referral. Their courtesy and professionalism put me at ease. I understood everything that was explained to me concerning my vehicle. I can't even tell that my vehicle was in an accident.Great job Rocco's , you guys are awesome
