Nice workmanship, twice as fast as quoted elsewhere (2 vs 4 weeks) and just plain nice guys (and gals!). Helpful in a follow up issue with the same car part - not their fault - which they did complementary, and with a smile. Recommend for sure!

I had 4 areas of my vehicle fixed, hood, side door and front panel along with damage to my bumper. All the work was done with in 4 days and I am very satisfied with all of the work. Before and after pics are shown below. The staff was very professional, and kept me in the loop with the progress of my vehicle. I have been going to Rocco s for over 20 years. I have had both major and minor work done and will say that I have been very satisfied with every vehicle they fixed and highly recommend this business if you need work done on your vehicle.

An awesome experience after some crummy lucky! My car was damaged, and Rocco's was prompt and efficient in getting my car back to me. Everything is fixed, and my car is back to how it was before. There were a few hiccups with my insurance, and Rocco's helped handle everything. They updated me through the entire process and even got my car finished sooner than originally estimated! Will definitely use then in the future.

Rocco's is the best. They care about the community and their customers. I hit a pole in a stereotypical small South Philly street and they took care of it no issue and returned the car in better condition than when I brought it in. Will never take my care anywhere else.

I got my repair done at Rocco's through my insurance. After picking up the car, I realized several problems. First not to mention, my personal item was lost. I asked the manager and yet they said that no one took my stuff and I am for sure that it was there before I dropped off my car.Second, I realized that my car have this noise whenever I drive and press on the accelerator. That noise was not there before the repair.Third, I noticed that the wheel was not aligned. Whenever I drive, you can heard the noise that the wheel is out of round. Overall, I do not recommend their services.

Honest communication, fair pricing, and great quality of work. Rocco's staff kept me up to date about all the repairs on my car as they were happening.The staff is friendly and helpful.They got my car back to me ahead of time and it looks great. Rocco s Collision did an outstanding job repairing my Jeep. The repair itself was flawless and I got my car back two days earlier than promised in great condition. Taylor and the other staff I had the opportunity to interact with were helpful and very nice to work with. Rocco s on Snyder is the only body shop I ll be taking my car to. They processed the paperwork easily, had my car back to me in great condition very quickly and it is the most convenient location in all of South Philly. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The staff at the Rocco s collision on Snyder Ave were the best there is. They were so polite, informative, personable and just all around good people to do business with. I highly recommend taking your car here if you need work done. They even detailed the inside of my car when they were done! It looks like a brand new car! Thanks Sam, Gemma and Jordan for great service!

I had a very terrible experience with Rocco's Collison on Snyder Ave. I wanted to share. I took my car there at the end of August to be repaired. The repair was not the problem, but a parking violation situation which was handled horribly.When I arrived, there were no nearby parking spots available and I did not want to block the active driveway so I double-parked in a handicap spot directly in front of the shop with my hazards on to run in and see if anyone was available to take my car.The receptionist came out to my car and inspected it and told me she would take the keys. I asked her first if I should move the car as it was not in a legal spot. The woman took my keys and told me I didn't have to move it; that someone would be out within a few minutes to drive it inside. I believed her and left with Rocco's in possession of my car with my keys.Just last week I received a parking violation fine in the mail for $301 for parking in a handicap spot. This was a shock to me as no one had informed me that my car received a ticket.I immediately called the shop and spoke to the manager, Leon, who told me he had on file that I was parked in a handicap spot and the ticket issuer was probably called right away and came within 5-10 minutes before they had a chance to move the car.After viewing my ticket online (which the shop still had refused to give me and never informed me about) I saw the ticket was issued at 12:30 pm. I dropped my car off at 8:30 am.I can understand if the shop was busy and they could not take the car in right away, but the employee had assured me not to worry about where my car was parked, the shop neglected to provide or inform me of the ticket received and even went as far as to keep information about the time of the ticket from me, and when I called back today the manager made the receptionist speak to me to inform me that Rocco's would not be paying for the ticket and he refused to speak to me.I am very unhappy with this experience and it is extremely upsetting that the manager of the shop will not take accountability for this mistake or at the very least have kept me totally informed from the beginning. I would have been much more understanding of the situation if the ticket had not been withheld from me and I had not been deceived by the manager. This is unprofessional behavior that has left me with a very negative outlook of Rocco's Collision.And the ticket now has many late fees for this issue because I never received the original ticket. I recognize that I was the one who parked in the handicap spot but the way the manager handled this was completely wrong, so just want to warn everyone if you take your car there don't make my mistake and believe they will move your car in!

My daughter had her car done a few years ago and she was very pleased with the work at the 10th and Snyder store, so I decided to take my baby to them and I met Leon and he made my ride with them easy. He was very knowledgeable of his work and what had to be done and explained detail to detail to me. Thanks for everything Rocco. Two thumbs up

Can't recommend Rocco's enough. Had my hood repaired and it was a seamless experience from start to finish. They were professional, communicated with me regularly over text and phone and did a very quick and thorough repair job on my hood in only a few days. Plus they offer a lifetime guarantee on any of the work they do. They also worked seamlessly with my insurance State Farm to get everything sorted. I'll definitely be going to them again in the future if I have any further issues.

I really appreciate the honesty of Rocco's staff. I had some work done by them covered by my insurance a year back or so. I brought my car back for some city life wear and tear work. They were very up front about the cost of the repair and whether or not it would make sense from a resale value perspective. Hopefully I won't have many needs for collision repair but if I do I would certainly trust Rocco's.

Rocco's was great!!! They kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure I understood what was going on. They send text updates everyday so you know where they are at with your car. The texts worked great for me - I usually am always playing phone tag with auto shops.This is the first auto shop I've used in Philly where both the mechanic AND the front desk staff were extremely friendly. I think that in itself is very rare and I have never had such a pleasant experience. I will always bring my car back here should it need work and would recommend this shop to anyone.

Leon (the manager) and Monique are who I have been in direct contact throughout my car fixing process. They are courteous and well mannered which is vital. I love the work done and will come back if need be in the future

We heard really good things and the online reviews led us here. We must have had an extraordinary one-off experience, because nothing was done well or on time. Staff was rude, unorganized, lost paperwork (and when we did get it, it was incorrect). We received a call that the car was done, but they had missed an entire door. Awful experience and would avoid going here if you have any choice.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
